The Relationship of Factors that Effects on Acceptance Intention in Smart Eduction (스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 간의 관계 분석)

  • 이 연구는 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 정보기술수용모형(technology acceptance model) 관련 선행연구를 토대로, 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 잠재모형을 개발하였다. 잠재모형의 예비타당성 검증절차를 거친 후, 이를 통해 수정된 모형을 검증하기 위해 경기도 A 연구소의 스마트교육 체험학습프로그램을 이수한 초 중 고등학생 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구결과, 다음과 같은 가설들이 채택되었다. 상호작용성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 I). 상호작용성은 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미친다(가설 II). 상호작용성은 지각된 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 III). 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 IV). 사회적 영향과 상호작용성은 서로 영향을 미친다(가설 V). 지각된 유용성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VI). 지각된 사용용이성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VII). 또한 연구모형의 적합도 검증 결과, $x^2$값은 6.600, 유의확률은 .086으로서 유의수준 .05에서 모형과 자료가 일치한다는 영가설이 채택되었으며, GFI, CFI, TLI 값은 각각 .98, .99, .99로 높은 적합도 수준을 보였다. 다만, RMSEA 값은 .09로서 다소 높은 값을 보이지만, 수정된 연구모형의 적합성을 해하는 수준은 아닌 것으로 판단되었다.

  • The present study analyzed the effector that has an influence on continuance intention to use YouTube that is a prime platform to distribute visual contents. Whether the dispersion of information communication technology succeeds or not is determined by a more extent which user uses active and continued than adopts fast. From this point of view, we employed partial least square(PLS) path modeling to analyze structural causality among constructs in the post-adoption model(PAM). As a result, all paths given in PAM except for the path 'confirmation-satisfaction' were validated. Especially, confirmation mediated with satisfaction than perceived usefulness has a more effect on continuance intention. Finally, we described the limitation of the present study and the suggestion for future research.

  • This study is focused on analyzing the difference by demographical characteristics of users on acceptance behavior of tourism omnichannel based upon Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. Through field survey with 392 respondents, the results are as follows. Partially differences on acceptance behavior are found according to gender, age, education and job as demographic characteristics of tourism omnichannel. And the difference by demographic characteristics on acceptance behavior about preferring tourism information is not significant. However performance expectancy and effort expectancy as factors of UTAUT are significantly positive in thirties group of tourism omnichannel users.

  • 본 연구는 정보시스템이 조직에 수용된 후의 이용단계에서 사용자의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계 모형을 도출하고, 실증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 성격심리유형과 주관적 지각인 기대일치, 자기주도성, 자기효능감이 정보시스템 수용 후 단계에서 지속적인 사용을 예측할 수 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 정보시스템 도입 초기의 기술수용관점에서 설명하였던 TAM과 그 확장모형들과는 달리, 수용 후 정보시스템 지속사용 성과 요인에 대한 인식을 사용자 중심으로 하는 방향으로 관점의 변화가 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

  • BSC(Balanced Scorecard: 균형성과표)는 1992년 기존의 성과관리접근법의 한계를 인식한 Kaplan & Norton(1992)에 의해서 발표된 후 새로운 성과관리시스템이자 다양한 혁신을 통해 경쟁력을 키우려는 많은 기업들로부터 각광 받고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 경우 변화와 혁신을 강조하는 참여정부의 출범 이후 공공분야의 BSC도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 많은 공공부문 기관들이 도입을 추진하고 있다. 하지만 BSC관련 기존의 연구들은 대부분 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보거나 도입 프로세스에 관한 연구가 대부분이어서, BSC 수용에 있어 중요시 되는 요인들에 관한 실증연구는 부족한 실정이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현되는 BSC를 보다 효율적으로 활용하기 위하여 BSC 수용요인에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC를 활용하는 사용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 통하여 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한것이다. 구체적인 BSC 사용자들의 적극적인 활용을 장려하여 기업의 경영성과를 높일 수 있도록 BSC 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 추출하고, TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본으로 영향정도를 파악하여 BSC를 이미 도입한 기업과 앞으로 도입하려는 기업들에게 사용자들의 보다 적극적인 활용을 장려할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 있다.

  • The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between tourists' intention upon UTAUT and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel considering moderating effect of trust and purchase propensity. As the results, 1) there are partially significant and positive relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention. There are partially significant and positive moderating effect of 2) trust and 3) purchase propensity upon the relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel. In order to increase the purchase intention of diversified customers, it is necessary to secure the reliability of OmniChannel which integrates the on-off line, for the future, more in-depth study of purchase propensity of tourism omnichannel should be needed.

  • This study aims to analyze the relationships among factors which influence acceptance intention of smart education. Based on literature reviews related with previous technology acceptance models, a potential model and seven hypotheses were suggested. Questionnaire was carried out among 132 students from elementary and secondary schools. They have experiences of utilizing applications of mobile devices for instructional goal. Cronbach alpha of the questionnaire was .78. The collected data were analyzed through path analysis. The results of this research are as follows. Seven hypotheses were adopted: Interaction will affect on perceived usefulness, Interaction will affect on perceived ease of use, Interaction will affect on acceptance intention, Interaction will affect on social influence, Social influence will affect on perceived usefulness, Perceived usefulness will affect on acceptance intention, Perceived ease of use will affect on acceptance intention. The model revised through the results of path analysis had good-fitness. That is, overall fit measures (RMSEA, CFI, NNFI), indexes that show the suitability of the model were quite good.

  • Recently social shopping, combining e-Commerce with Social Network Service, become a brand-new eBusiness model. In this paper, we aim to identify the structural relationship of the factors affecting the intention of using social shopping. Reviewing the previous works of social shopping, internet shopping and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), we extract factors affecting the intention of using social shopping and build a structural research model among these factors. To analyze the structural relationship among theses factors, we perform an empirical study - gathering data from a survey and analyzing gathered data using EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) and SEM (Structural Equation Model) to identify the structural relationship. We also analyze moderating effect of past experience of social shopping and gender. As a result, We also can find that two factors - Perceived usefulness and Expected enjoyment - are the key factors influencing acceptance of social shopping and that more segmented strategies are required to attract customers since factors affecting Intention to use are somewhat different according to past experience and gender of respondents.

  • This study proposed a theoretical framework that could explain the service use of a community informatics. The proposed community informatics use model was developed based on three theoretical models: (1) Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) from social psychology: (2) Uses and gratifications approaches from media use research; and (3) Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) from information technology use research. The proposed model consists of three basic components: expectations of the outcomes from use, approvals from important others, and perceivied controllability over using the service. The initially proposed model was assessed using structural equation modeling, and then re-sepcified in order to propose a better fitting model. The initially proposed and revised community informatics use models were discussed with their theoretical and practical implications.

  • Developing various ubiquitous computing services (U-services) is being propelled throughout the industry. As U-services are being penetrated into our daily life, research on the factors influencing the acceptance of U-services is highly needed. In this line of study, we examined previous literatures about information technology acceptance and UTAUT model, and applied UTAUT model to U-service acceptance. To characterize the U-services into our research model, we newly introduced 'context based personalization' factor. Since the respondents could not directly experience the U-services yet, we adopted scenario-based questionnaire. For this, we deliberately developed U-service scenario. And then this U-service scenario is verified using capability-based assessment method. Using data collected from 251 respondents, this study found that 'context based personalization' factor was positively and significantly related to the acceptance of U-service as well as UTAUT model's 4 factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions.
