The increasing number of global natural disaster has been raising people's concerns, and at the same time, disaster prevention technologies have been developed and advanced continuously. At this stage, it is necessary for the natural disaster prevention industry to be aware of the current status of the disaster prevention technologies and strength their competitiveness of technologies. This study investigates not only the current situation on the domestic natural disaster prevention industry, focusing on competitiveness of technologies, but also analyzes technologies based on type of disaster and type of technology by survey. The analyses reveal that there are differences in a way that companies categorized by annual revenue feel based on their competitiveness of disaster prevention technologies. This paper provides with suggestions, and policy implications are discussed.

국가 간의 자유무역협정을 통한 세계 경제는 통합화를 추구하고, 이러한 결과로 국가 또는 기업 간의 경쟁이 점점 가속화되고 있다. 시대적 Paradigm은 세계 경제의 통합과 경쟁 방식의 변화이며, 이러한 가운데 소비자들은 건강과 Wellbeing에 대한 관심이 혁신적으로 증대되고 있다. 특히 U-Health의 필요성 증대, 지속적인 U-Health 시장 수요의 증가의 전망되고 있으며 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 건강관리 비용이 GDP의 7% 상회할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 국가는 국가 경쟁력을 위해, 지역은 지역 경쟁력을 위해 U-Health 산업의 육성을 간과할 수 없다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충북 지역의 독자적 생존노력 강화 차원에서 차별적인 U-Health 서비스의 우수 브랜드 개발을 통하여 지역 경제활성화 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 충북 지역은 U-Health 분야의 Power Brand 제정을 통한 충북 지역의 U-Health분야의 독자적 경쟁력을 구축할 수 있다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 U-Health 제품에 대한 효율적 마케팅전략 전개 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 SWOT 분석을 통한 경쟁력 확보 전략, STP 분석을 통한 지역 산업화 전략, Marketing Mix 전략을 통한 산업의 활성화 전략을 연구하였다.

국내 차세대 이동통신 산업은 1994년 세계 최초 CDMA 상용화에 이은 CDMA2000 및 W-CDMA 구축, 세계 최초 최고의 무선 인터넷 기술인 WiBro기술의 개발 및 보급, 꿈의 통신으로 여겨지는 3.9세대 LTE시스템 구축과 보급으로 세계 최고의 뛰어나 기술력을 가진 산업으로 발전하였다. 이러한 우수한 국내 이동 통신 인프라는 기존의 조선 및 선박과 같은 전통산업과 바이오 및 의료기기와 같은 신산업과의 융합을 통하여 국가 경쟁력 한층 더 향상 시키는데 기여하였다. 또한 휴대폰분야에서도 국내 기업이 세계 최고의 경쟁력을 가진 기업으로 성장하는 등, 차세대이동통신 산업은 타 산업과 달리 기술의 빠른 추종자 (Fast Follower)에서 기술 선도자 (First Mover)로서의 지위를 가지게 되었다. 그러나, 이동통신 시스템 분야에서는 이미 중국 업체가 세계적으로 약진하고 있으며, 휴대폰 분야에서는 선도 기업과의 경쟁 및 견제, 후발 주자인 중국 및 대만 기업의 추격에 직면하고 있다. 한편 국내 휴대폰관련 중소 중견기업은 급격한 단말 환경변화에 따라 많은 어려움에 처해 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신 기술 선도자로서 지속적인 경쟁력 확보 및 대-중소기업 동반성장 생태계 조성을 통한 모바일 최강국 달성을 위한 이동통신 분야 국가 연구 개발 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 제I장에서는 차세대이동통신의 개념 및 분류 기준에 대하여 알아보고, 제II장에서는 차세대이동통신에 대한 국내외 현황과 국내 기술 수준 및 기술 경쟁력을 고찰한다. 제III장에서는 기술 선도자로서의 차세대이동통신 분야의 비젼을 제시하고, 이러한 비젼을 실현시키기 위한 국가연구개발 추진 전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 제IV장에서는 우리나라 이동통신 미래상과 함께 국가연구개발 전략에 대한 결론을 맺는다.

This study assesses the national AI competitiveness of 38 OECD countries with focus on AI human capital, AI infrastructure, and AI innovation capacity. Utilizing the fuzzy-set ideal type analysis method, these countries were categorized into eight distinct types based on their national AI competitiveness levels, leading to the derivation of pertinent implications. The analysis identified a category termed "AI Leading Country" consisting of North American, Western European, and Nordic countries, along with several Asian nations including South Korea. Remarkably, the United States demonstrated dominant global national AI competitiveness, achieving the highest fuzzy scores across all three evaluative factors. South Korea was classified as an "AI Leading Country" primarily due to its superior AI infrastructure, but its performance in AI human capital and AI innovation capacity was found to be moderate relative to other analyzed nations; thus highlighting the necessity of sustained focus on the accumulation of AI human capital and bolstering of AI innovation capacity.

경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

Autonomous-driving is a major technology that leads to the fourth industrial revolution. Due to recent advances in autonomous-driving technologies and deregulation, it is expected that commercialization of autonomous vehicle with level 3 or higher will begin in earnest. This research aims to evaluate the competitiveness of technology through patent analysis in autonomous driving field. In this study, patent trends were analyzed and patent indicators were analyzed for patents in Korea, the United States, Japan, and Europe that were published and registered until July 2021. Through this, it is going to identify detailed technologies that need to be focused on in order to be competitive in autonomous driving technologies and diagnose Korea's national competitiveness.

The purpose of this study are as follows. First, to analyze relative LQ index of the No. of character company, the No. of employee and the amount of revenue. Second, to analyze the strength and weakness about technology competence, human resource competence, infra competence and network competence of regional character contents R&D. The results are as follows. The relative competitively LQ index results of company infra indicated all regional area are over 1 LQ index. But, in case of except of seoul & kyunggi, the competence LQ index of R&D which is jeju, dongnam(pusan & kyungnam) are in order. Final result suggested that the high competitiveness of regional character industry are seoul & kyunggi, jeju, dongnam area.

본 자료는 2011년 4월 18일부터 10월 17일간(6개월)에 걸쳐 연구된 자료로써, 국내 골판지원지산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 지식경제부 무역위원회에서 실시하였던 "골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사" 연구용역 보고서를 인용한 것으로써, '골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사'는 골판지산업의 경쟁력 실태, 구조적인 문제점 등을 분석하여 향후 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 방안을 찾고자 연구를 시작하였다. 최근 들어 국내 골판지업계는 글로벌 경쟁심화에 따른 폐지 등 원료확보 경쟁, 국내외 환경규제 강화 등 대내외 여건이 나날이 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 조사에서는 전체적인 연구 진행 방향 및 골판지원지산업의 현안에 대해 학계, 산업계, 업종단체 및 주무부서 담당자등 전문가 의견을 광범위하게 수렴하여 국내 골판지산업이 지속적인 성장세를 유지할 수 있도록 경쟁력 강화 전략 및 정책방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 특히 해외 골판지산업의 비교분석을 통해 국내 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 찾는 한편, 중국 등 덤핑수입에 대한 무역구제지원제도 활용가능성을 검토하였다.
