본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원이 개발한 포도 저장용 유황패드 개발의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 장기저장용 살균패드 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액(할인율 7.3% 기준)은 최대 2,441.735억원, 최소 2,183.26억원 평균 2,312.498억원으로 추정된다. 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 700 이상으로 나타나 장기저장용 유황패드개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 감귤시험장에서 개발된 감귤신품종인 하례조생의 개발의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 감귤신품종 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액은 할인율 수준에 따라 최소 638.7억 원 (할인율 10%)에서 최대 1,088.7억 원(할인율 6%), 평균 829.17억 원(할인율 8%)으로 추정되고, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 60 이상으로 나타나 신품종개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 감귤시험장에서 개발된 감귤 다공질 필름 멀칭재배법의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 감귤다공질 필름 멀칭 재배법 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액은 할인율 수준에 따라 최소 421.64억 원(할인율 10%)에서 최대 550.18억 원(할인율 6%), 평균 480.34억 원(할인율 8%)으로 추정되고, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 20 이상으로 나타나 감귤 다공질 필름 멀칭 재배법 개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

정보화 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사실 기반의 데이터, 데이터의 전달을 위한 네트워크기술, 그리고, 정보를 원하는 목적에 맞게 처리하여 원하는 사용자에게 전달하여 부가적인 가치를 부여하게 하는 응용 소프트웨어로 크게 나눌 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 응용 소프트웨어 중에는 기술적, 관리적, 문서적인 측면에서 체계적으로 관리되어 있지 않아, 그 상품성을 제대로 인정 받지 못해 진정한 가치를 평가 받고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 일반 응용 소프트웨어를 상품화하여 제대로 그 가치를 평가 받을 수 있도록 준비하는 과정을 제안하고자 한다.

The aim for this study is to suggest a practical model to measure the financial values of the achievements from corporate research and development(R&D) projects. Performance indicators for R&D projects were identified from the extensive literature reviews and the evaluation methods to convert them into financial values were proposed to overcome the problems of excessive predictions and subjective expert assessments in existing methods. The proposed model was applied to R&D projects of an IT company in Korea for its validity test. The model is expected to be a turning point in economic evaluation of corporate R&D projects in general due to its practical and reasonable scheme.

기술에 대한 선점이 기업 경쟁의 핵심이 되는 현 시점에서 관심 있는 기술의 경제성, 발전 가능성과 같은 기술 가치를 판단하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 시점에서 어떤 기술에 진입하는 것이 옳은지에 대한 의사 결정을 지원할 수 있는 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 기술의 진입 여부를 결정하는 것은 현재 시점에서의 기술의 가치를 판단하는 것과 일맥상통하므로, 가장 대표적인 기술 가치 평가 소프트웨어인 미국 NTTC의 TOP INDEX에서 사용한 평가 항목을 기준으로 하여 기술 진입 가능 지수를 개발하였고, 계산된 지수 값에 의해 기술의 진입 여부를 판단하게 된다. 추후 성능 테스트를 통하여 개선 방향을 도출하고 지속적으로 보완할 예정이다.

With the introduction of proptech, this study aims to find out the changes and necessity of introducing blockchain technology, one of the most popular technologies, in real estate electronic transactions. In addition, it is intended to develop evaluation indicators that classify newly created values within real estate electronic transactions and calculate the relative importance of each value area through technology application. To this end, the value that can be created when applying blockchain technology to real estate electronic transactions was classified according to the hierarchy, and considering that the evaluation criteria are complex and the importance can be measured differently depending on various factors, an analysis was conducted according to the AHP method for experts in practical and academic fields. As a result of the analysis, general value showed the highest importance in the first dimension, and digitalization of real estate information showed the highest importance in the second dimension.

This technological advancement caters to the demand for real-time data processing and facilitates accurate and effective valuation, considering the diverse nature of the financial market. Numerical analysis techniques serve as crucial decision-making tools among financial institutions and investors, acknowledged as essential for performance prediction and risk management in investments. This paper analyzes Korean patent trends of numerical analysis-based financial systems, considering the diverse shifts in the financial market and asset data to provide accurate predictions. This study could shed light on the advancement of financial technology and serves as a gauge for technological standards within the financial market.

지식기반경제에서는 기식을 창출하거나 활용하는 능력이 기업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 될 뿐만 아니라 국가적 경쟁우위의 기본이 된다. 산업경제에서 지식기반경제로의 이행이 가속화됨에 따라 부동 산 및 설비 등 유형자산 보다는 노하우, 특허권 등의 무형자산이 기업 경쟁력에 미치는 영향이 더욱 커지고 있다. 유형자산과 마찬가지로 기업이 소유하고 있는 무형자산인 특허권의 합리적 가치평가도 중요하다. 왜냐하면 특허 가치의 정확한 평가는 기술 거래 시장의 활성화를 가져올 수 있고 또한 기업의 특허전략 수립에 필수적이기 때문이다. 하지만 유형자산과는 달리 무형자사인 특허권의 정확한 가치평가는 매우 어려운 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 특허가치 평가에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 살펴보고자 함에 있으며, 그 중에서도 제품 특성에 초점을 맞추었다.
