미국의 무기체계 획득과정과 정책은 매우 거대하고 광범위하며 복잡하지만 비교적 "과학적이고, 전문적이며 또한 객관적이고, 효율적인 방법"으로 추진하고 있다고 생각됩니다 따라서 우리도 군의 규모와 특성, 그리고 임무가 미국과는 다를지라도 전력증강의 지향목표와 개념은 같다고 볼때, 그들의 장점은 과감하게 인용하여 우리의 무기체계 획득과정과 정책수립에 좋은 참고로 삼아야 한다고 생각합니다

세상은 우리가 생각하는 것 보다 훨씬 빠른 기술의 발전이 이루어지고 있으며, 기술의 장벽은 점점 무너져 세계 어느 곳이든 시장이 될 수 있는 글로벌화 된 세계로 급속도로 변화하고있다. 이런 시대적 변화에 따라 세계 유수의 기업들은 지적재산권을 획득하여 기술력을 인정받고 이를 통해 기술력의 우위를 점하여 자극 또는 그들의 경쟁국으로의 기술 진입을 위한 발판으로 마련하고 있는 현실이다. 그만큼 이제는 지적재산권의 획득을 위해 세계 각 국의 기업들은 R&D 투자와 지적재산권 관리에 대해 많은 노력을 하고 있다.

(주)이오시스템이 지난 8월 23일 역삼동 르네상스 호텔에서 열린 '2012년 제2회 신기술인 증서 수여식'에서 'UV-C 대역 검출을 위한 필터용 필름 제조기술'로 신기술인증(NET)을 획득했다. 지식경제부 기술표준원과 한국산업기술진흥협회가 공동 주관하는 신기술인증은 국내 기업, 연구기관, 대학 등에서 개발한 신기술을 조기에 발굴하고 우수성을 인증함으로써 개발된 신기술의 상용화와 기술거래를 촉진하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study explores the application of Mission Engineering, a concept and methodology adopted by the U.S. Department of Defense, to the Republic of Korea's defense planning and management system in response to the rapidly changing security environment. Through literature review, analysis of prior research and case studies, and focus group interviews (FGI), key elements of Mission Engineering were derived. Based on these findings, improvements for the ROK military's requirements planning and rapid acquisition system were proposed. As a result, three critical elements for applying Mission Engineering were identified: operational concepts, required capabilities, and acquisition. Suggestions for improvement include transitioning to a mission-oriented requirements planning system, applying Mission Engineering methodology when formulating operational concepts, supporting decision-making to shorten acquisition timelines, allocating budgets for rapid acquisition, and strengthening the capabilities of requirement-setting units. This study confirms the necessity and applicability of Mission Engineering and is expected to serve as a foundation for the future development of the defense planning and management system.

Aquila 는 거의 10여년 전부터 표적획득지시 등 정채임무를 해온것으로 알고 있다. 그 이후 수많은 새로운 자전임무와 요구가 제기되어 있으며, 그중 어떤것들은 Aquila와 상이한 특징을 가진 무인항공기에 의해서 성취되어 왔다. 미육군은 이러한 변화하는 상황하에서 여기세 기술하고 있는 작전요구에 충족할 수 있는 최적의 무기체계를 획득하기 위하여 준비중에 있다.

Recently, remodeling construction project has been prevalently conducted in major city areas in Korea. However, remodeling construction project has a difficulty in conducting a construction because of non-existing drawing or lack of drawing information. To solve these problems, modeling techniques by using reverse engineering have been widely studied in other industries such as aerospace and automobile industry. But reverse engineering techniques have not been used in remodeling construction projects because those technology haven't supplied less accuracy during required time for surveying. So, this study suggests optimal method of acquiring accurate 3D laser scanner information for reverse engineering at interior remodeling project.
