To ensure PKI systems' reliability, the security for PKI systems evaluation is required. But, unfortunately, the systematic security evaluation and certification of PKI systems is insufficient. In Korea, Firewall and intrusion detection system's security evaluation and certification has been enforced, but research of PKI systems’ evaluation is insufficient. This paper provides a PKI system evaluation criteria. This paper specifies a 7 level of the functional and assurance security requirements for a PKI system. And this PKI system evaluation criteria provides a compatibility with CC(Common Criteria) and KISES(Korea Information Security Evaluation Systems).

The purpose of this study is to develop technology valuation system for technology transfer, which is using and supporting knowledge information. The valuation system comprises estimation of latent business profit by supporting formatted patent and technology-products market information, analysis of contribution profit by using industrial standard and innovation step and value of technology by using a real option equation. This study suggests a successful system in order to valuate the technologies quantitatively, and to use and support knowledge information from KISTI databases or other selected internet Information.

본 논문에서는 FPLMTS(IMT-2000으로도 불리움)에서 무선전송기술의 중요성 및 이에 따른 무선전송기술 평가절차와 이 평가에 사용될 요구사항 및 목표의 개요에 대해 다루었다. 이러한 무선전송기술의 평가에 따라 가장 적합한 무선전송규격이 표준화 됨으로서 차세대 이동통신시스템에서 모든 사람이 언제, 어느 곳에서나 통신이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 간략하게 설명하기 위해 평가절차 및 전체 통신시스템의 부분으로서의 무선전송기술은 그림으로 표시하였고 요구사항(Requirement)과 목표(Objectives)는 표로 표시되었고 권고안의 여러 절들이 하나의 표에서 참고될 수 있도록 동시에 표시되었다. 마지막으로 사용된 권고안들에 대해서 부록에 간단히 설명하였다.

연구개발의 성과는 투입 자원의 크기로만 결정되는 것이 아니라, 이를 어떻게 효율적으로 관리하느냐에 보다 크게 의존된다. 따라서 한 국가의 기술혁신능력은 연구 개발의 관리 능력에 의해 좌우되며 이의 요체는 연구기획·평가기능이라 할 수 있다. 최근 첨단 기술의 주도권을 둘러싸고 선진국들 간의 개발 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 각국은 국가적 차원에서 대규모의 전략적 연구개발의 대형화·복합화 추세가 가속화되고 있고, 이에 대응하여 연구 기획·평가에 있어서 새로운 체계적인 방법론 및 기법이 요구되고 있다. 본 토에서는 '80년대 이후 선진국을 중심으로 변화·발전하고 있는 연구평가의 새로운 접근 방법을 파악하고, 미국,일본,EC,영국의 연구 평가 추진 현황 및 사례를 분석함으로써 우리 나라의 연구평가 시스템의 구축에 관한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. This study is intended to understand defense technologies that require the convergence of various technologies and the integration of systems, and to propose valuation methods that reflect the characteristics of each field. The measure of technology level, integration (system integration technology) between technologies, preparation of manufacturing, and maturity scale of the weapons system to be valued are measured according to the items of measurement factors to verify system performance, and to present a framework for estimating the quantitative values of core technologies using system maturity. Considering the characteristics of each technology field, the research suggests a proper valuation method. In evaluating the value of defense technologies, A proposal is made to evaluate the value of defense technology by competent technical experts in each field, using SRL, which can be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria reflecting the technical characteristics of each field, and to evaluate the completion of the entire system in quantitative terms.

최근 들어 정보통신산업의 발달과 더불어 벤처기업 및 소규모 중소기업이 가지고 있는 기술의 가치평가 및 이를 바탕으로 한 기업의 가치평가에 관한 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업들이 가지고 있는 기술들은 생명공학, 정보통신, 나노관련기술 등 미래의 불확실한 상황에 따라 쉽게 변화할 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 전통적인 가치평가기법으로 가치를 평가하기 어려운 기술들이다. 따라서 이러한 첨단 기술들 혹은 불확실한 미래를 가지는 기술들에 대한 가치평가는 새로운 접근방법 및 시각이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 전통적으로 널리 사용되어지고 있는 기술가치평가방법을 기초로 좀 더 미래상황에 영업적으로나 전략적으로 유연성이 있는 가치평가시스템에 대한 툴을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 들어 침입방지시스템이 차세대 보안 솔루션으로 자리를 굳히고 있다. 국내외의 보안 업체들이 IPS 발표하고 있는 가운데, 국내에서도 IPS의 고입에 대한 관심이 점차 증대되고 있다. 침입방지시스템은 침입탐지시스템을 이용한 보안관리의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 도입되었으나, 아직까지 침입방지시스템에 대한 정의고 명화하지 않고, 침입탐지시스템과의 파이도 확실히 규명되지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 침입방지기술에 대하여 분석하여 보고, 침입탐지시스템에 대하여 기술을 비교하여보고 성능평가 방안에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

This study aims to design a digital portfolio assessment system in ubiquitous computing(DPASUbi). To achieve that goal, the following issues were worked: Review of various theoretical discussions on portfolio and an analysis of existing programs to select elements to be included in the DPASUbi. Educational evaluation scenarios for the DPASUbi were developed based on the elements. The system was designed on reflecting these elements, that is, learning activities, assessment and usage of portfolio, ubiquitous technology and database. This system will provide guidance on what methods and assessment procedures should be applied in the ubiquitous computing environment totally different from the conventional one. Also, The new system will be helpful in indicating what kind of techniques should be required in the real educational evaluation.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of new operation system for port container terminals. We assumed that the operation system of container terminal consists of monitorig ＆ control system, operation system, planning system, and information technology, and we selected total 19 technology alternatives. Through the results of questionnaire and interview received from field expert, we established the evaluation model and analyze the productivity improvement by estimating the weight and the priority of productivity for operation system. From the developed model, we provide useful implications to introduce new technologies of operation system for domestic container terminals.
