Recently many countries around the world are actively promoting smart city projects to address various urban problems such as traffic congestion, housing shortage, and energy scarcity. Due to development of the Internet of Things (IoT), the development of a smart city with sustainability, convenience, and environment-friendliness was enabled through the effective control and reuse of urban resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical trends of IoT and present a development plan for smart city which is one of the applications of the IoT. To this end, the news articles of the Electronic Times between 2013 and 2015were analyzed using the text mining technique and smart city development cases of other countries were investigated. The analysis results revealed the close relationships of big data, cloud, platforms, and sensors with smart city. For the successful development of a smart city, first, all the interested parties in the city must work together to create new values throughout the entire process of value chain. Second, they must utilize big data and disclose public data more actively than they are doing now. This study has made academic contribution in that it has presented a big data analysis method and stimulated follow-up studies. For the practical contribution, the results of this study provided useful data for the policy making of local governments and administrative agencies for smart city development. This study may have limitations in the incorporation of the total trends because only the news articles of the Electronic Times were selected to analyze the technical trends of the IoT.

Previous studies related with the relationship between R&D and innovation have focused on the role of R&D on innovation, and the empirical results have been not consistent. Although government policy supports have been considered a crucial factor to make innovation, it is true that there are little studies investigating the moderating effects of government policy supports on the relationship between R&D and innovation. The studies related with government policy supports mainly examined the direct effects of government policy supports on innovation. Using 2008 innovation activity table from STEPI, this study investigated the effect of R&D on innovation and the moderating effects of government policy support on the relationship between R&D and innovation. The data used in this study contains 532 Korean small and medium sized firms and information was collected over 3 years(2006-2008). The empirical results reports that R&D positively influences innovation and the moderating effects of government policy on the relationship is statistically significant. Therefore, This study suggests that R&D is required to firms for innovation and government policy supports are needed for connecting the R&D and innovation.

최근의 CALS 시스템 구축 가속화 및 전자상거래 활성화 분위기는 정보기술의 전략적 활용의 초점을 개별기업 위주에서 기업간 협력체제 구축과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기업간 전자적 결합(Electronic Integration)으로 옮기고 있다. 우리는 정보기술의 공유를 기반으로 새로운 기업간의 관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 관계를 전략적으로 활용함으로써 기존 사업에서의 경쟁우위 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사업기회를 창출할 수 있다. 관련기업간의 데이터 표준화를 통한 정보의 공유는 CALS 시스템 구축의 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있는데, 정보공유의 범위는 산업별 특성과 제품별 특성에 따라 달라질 수밖에 없으며, 관련기업간의 교섭력(Bargaining Power)에 의해서도 영향을 받게된다. CALS 환경에서는 개별기업의 정보전략에 따라 수직적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도와 수평적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도가 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 정보공유의 범위를 설정하는 데에는 기업간에 이루어지는 업무의 성격, 공급-제조-유통으로 연결되는 관련기업간의 구조 등도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 CALS 시스템 구축과정에서 우리가 고려할 수 있는 정보공유의 범위를 관련업무공유, 시스템공유, 부품 설비공유, 시설공유 등의 관점에서 분석하여 봄으로써, 각 산업별로 진행되고 있는 시범사업들의 시스템 영역의 범위를 재조명해보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 집중적으로 다루게 될 정보공유의 범위에 대한 내용은 CALS 시스템을 개발하려는 기업들의 응용서비스 개발 및 정보전략 구축에 중요한 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.진" 사업에 대한 표준 설정을 위하여 노스캐롤라이나주 지방보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 표준체제를 예로 들었다. 다음으로, 경제적인 효율면에서 볼 때 "보건교육/건강증진" 사업에는 단기 혹은 장기 투자가치가 있는가 하는 것이다. 새로 태어나는 미국 지방 보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 활동은 지역 시민 및 그 단체가 광범위하고도 자연 다발적으로 참여할 때만 성공할 수 있다고 결론 지울 수 있다.한 분야별 전문가시스템 개발을 지양하고 MCRDR이론을 기반으로 한 범용성 있는 전문가시스템 개발 툴의 개발에 관한 연구를 소개한다. 후 새로운 지식을 얻는 반복적인 Explanation-based Data Mining Architecture를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 의의로는 데이타 마이닝을 통한 귀납적 지식생성에 있어 귀납적 오류의 발생을 고메인 지식을 통해 설명가능 함을 보임으로 검증하고 아울러 이러한 설명을 통해 연역적으로 새로운 가설지식을 생성시켜 이를 가설검증방식으로 검증함으로써 귀납적 접근과 연역적 접근의 통합 데이타 마이닝 접근을 제시하였다는데 있다.gical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projec

This study is aimed at compare and evaluate the environmental impact of End-of-Life Vehicle(ELV) on the eco-friendly technology dismantling and recycling system, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. In this study, it was analyzed for the environmental impacts of raw materials, disassemble process, recycle parts separation and waste treatment into the process of ELV treatment by greenhouse gas and resource consumption, etc. Through this study, the indoor rail type dismantling technology were recycling rate applied on the alternate system was increased by approximately 8%. As a result, it was 3 to 88% by improving the environmental impact category. In addition, the added benefit of approximately 8 - 62% in pre-market occurred through the recycling rate, improve parts reuse rate of ELV. Through the results of this study, legal compliance, improved reuse and recycling ratio, used parts market reach, enable exports has identified the need for the effort that the dissemination and diffusion of eco-friendly technology.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the image of nurses and major satisfaction on the nursing professionalism among nursing students in university and to presents basic data for making positive nursing professionalism. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from May 30 to June 4, 2019. 184 copies were in the final analysis for data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression was used. As a result, the factors of affecting on the nursing professionalism were followed by character, motivation for nursing, future prospects of nursing, image of nurses and major satisfaction. The multiple regression explanatory power was 63.6percent of the total changes in nursing professionalism. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the development of education programs to create positive image through positive self-image and enhance learning satisfaction in order to increase nursing students' professionalism.

This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.

The background and objective of this study are as follows. Gwangheemun, one of the 4 small gates of Seoul Castle is a space to represent ordinary people and it is a valuable cultural heritage that shows the process of technical transition of fortification technology during Chosun Dynasty. It is a place that we can expect to play a role as a field where history and culture mix and communicate together. But currently, the environment and facilities around Gwangheemun have fallen behind and become old, so they need to be reorganized as their local feature is not shown distinctly. We need to vitalize the new traditional space that shows local feature. This study has drawn out the method, contents and the result of study like as follows. This study aims to establish an identity based on the historical and cultural backgrounds and suggest the contents to vitalize the space of Gwangheemun as a traditional cultural heritage. By this, this study aims to create a historical and cultural space where people can enjoy, eat and look around. Therefore, based on the historical and cultural feature, it gives an identity as moonlight street, and it has developed and suggested 5 contents to vitalize space: Gwangheemun maintenance, plan, castle restoration plan, village inside the castle, village outside the castle and fashion art street. Contents to vitalize space has a meaning as a specific developmen method of urban restoration, and we can expect to be used as a direction to develop the area to enhance the cultural quality of life of both inhabitants and visitors by forming the brand identity of surrounding area with traditional cultural heritage.

There are differing opinions among scholars as to whether "chuseo" (ugly writing) should be considered as one of the schools in modern calligraphy. Those who do not recognize "chuseo" argue that it lacks traditional rules for stroke formation and therefore loses its distinctiveness. However, the existence and development of "chuseo" are closely related to the constant exploration and reform of modern calligraphy, as well as the increasing aesthetic awareness and changing aesthetic standards of calligraphers with changing times. As a result, there are now more people who recognize "chuseo" as a legitimate form of calligraphy. Calligraphers who lead the times learn and accumulate experiences by adhering to traditional calligraphic principles. However, there are calligraphers who discard the traditional Confucian concept of "chungyong" (中庸) and display "ugliness" in their works. Ok Heung-hwa and Jeung Sang are two such calligraphers who created their own style by incorporating ancient oracle bone inscriptions as their main focus and folk calligraphy as their bloodline. This paper aims to explore and study the definition and formation process of "chuseo" by analyzing the works of Ok Heung-hwa and Jeung Sang. At the same time, it aims to summarize the characteristics and aesthetic beauty of "chuseo".

The study is about domestic industries following the migration of hubs (innovation, manufacturing) to other countries and the hub-oriented US industries (batteries, semiconductors, electric vehicles). Additionally, the ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China may have also played a role in companies moving their operations to the United States. The result of such a move could potentially include job creation in the United States, as well as increased investment in the U.S. manufacturing sector. However, it is also possible that there could be negative consequences, such as higher prices for consumers or disruptions to supply chains during the relocation process. However, such IRA, Chips Act scenario would likely also have negative consequences (Inflation in the home country) for the countries whose industries moved to the US, as they would lose jobs, investment, and possibly face economic difficulties as a result. As the result of the empirical analysis of the export scale of Korea and the United States, changes in the movement of global supply hubs are related to factors such as geopolitical price increases and consumption declines. In order to respond to these changes, this paper emphasizes the need to prevent the result of de-advantage by moving the production area of the scale.

The purpose of this study is to provide adequate datas on number of people who are in golf related field and also further expend that number for golf industry. The main stream of this study is to map out present golf related jobs and how this study can help golf industry in general. To make a greater improvements on golf industry with more job opportunity following ideas were presented. First, improving education on "hand on experiences on the field of golf industry" Better educating potential employees for golf industry for the right positions can enhance overall work environment. To do so, the society and the schools must come to agreement to provide adequate curriculum for people. Second, implementing "a golf club division program." The support from Ministry of Culture and Sports and Tourism Department, which are govern by Republic of Korea, are aggressively working to expend the golf business and also recruit elite personnel like former tour players to work on the field to better operate the whole system. Third, performing a thorough research on current golf related jobs and numbers and diversity on the field. Fourth, developing a specific and a differentiated golf job fields for better future for people and students who majored in golf industry. So that they cam feel secured and have a sense of dignity. Finally, strengthening the golf industry's competitiveness. The golf related companies have to step up to higher gear. With working in harmony between golf industry and government can assure of brighter future for our next generation.
