Recently, the trend is an increase in prep and existing entrepreneurs returning to farming, people who take over the business and work on a secondary inauguration, and those who are in the field of processed food or exposing farm arisen from the activation of the sixth industry. However, the fact is that majority of an agricultural education is about production process technology education of farm product and processed food under a government-affiliated organization, so the education for start-up, management, or marketing are scarcely proceeding. Rapidly changing customers' demands and trends, agricultural product and food market opening cause a crisis in the field of agrifood. To turn this crisis into opportunity, return farmers need to be fully qualified as an entrepreneur and enterpriser, so that they improve their business mind-set such as plaining, manufacturing and marketing items in a customer perspective, and have ability to take action against imported goods. Also there is a necessary education to change recognition and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur. This study gives a proposal that an agricultural education should expand and strengthen for practician in the field of agrifood to inspire mind-set, change recognition, and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur, and aim at basically figuring out reality of current agricultural education which has not been systematically studied yet, and also establishing theories associated with that. This study is composed of present state, content, drawback, improvement plan of the current agricultural education intended for five of education managers and instructors who provided various education about inception towards farmers, returning farmers, and prep entrepreneurs who have already started up or get ready to do the business in agrifood field.

국내 창업행사 가운데 최대 규모를 자랑하는 '2005 대한민국창업대전'은 창의적이고 우수한 기술혁신 아이디어를 보유한 기업의 성공적 창업을 도모한다는 목적을 가진다. 학생 및 예비창업자들의 참신한 사업아이템을 발굴해 포상하는 한편, 실험실에서 연구 개발된 신기술의 사업화를 한 걸음 앞당기는 역할을 하기도 했다. 3일 동안 풍성한 결실을 맺으며 성료한 창업대전은 벤처 미래, 더 나아가 한국경제의 미래를 밝힌 희망의 현장이었다.

미래 청년기업가들의 우수한 창업아이템과 기술이 한자리에 모인 국내 최대 창업행사‘2004 대한민국창업대전’이 12월 3일부터 사흘 동안 서울무역전시장에서 열렸다. ‘새로운 도전, 성공의 첫걸음(Challenge, Beyond Success)’이라는 슬로건으로 열린 행사에는 중소기업청 김성진 청장과 협회 장흥순 회장, 한국여성벤처협회 이영남 회장 등 유관 기관장들이 대거 참석했으며, 행사 기간 동안 4만 여명의 관람객이 행사장을 찾았다. 중소기업청이 주최하고 벤처기업협회가 주관한 이번 행사에서 학생부 69팀, 일반부 50팀 등 총 119개 팀이 참가하여 창업아이템의 열띤 경합을 벌였다. 또 1:1 맞춤상담, 기술거래장터 및 기술발표회 등의 부대행사와 창업성공을 기원하는 대굿, 패션쇼 등 다채로운 행사가 열렸다. 김성진 청장은“무한경쟁시대는 기술발전을 끊임없이 요구하고 있어 창업활성화는 미래를 위해 중요한 요소”라며“우리 경제의 희망이자 내일인 창업에 매진하고 있는 모든 이들의 성공을 기원한다”고 말했다. 중소기업청은 앞으로 창업대전이 명실상부한 종합창업행사로 자리매김 할 수 있도록 행사규모를 지속적으로 확대시키고, 포상훈격 격상 및 입상자들에 대한 종합적인 사업화 연계지원 등을 강화해나갈 계획이다.

21세기 지역경제는 양 중심의 원가우위 추구에서 탈피하여 진 중심의 기술우위 추구를 목표로 하는 패러다임의 변화를 요구하는 바, 산업구조의 고도화 및 변화가 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 대기업 위주의 산업 구조에서 벗어나 경쟁력 있는 중소기업 주도의 산업구조가 형성되어야 하며. 기술집약적 벤처기업의 창업을 활성화하고 대기업의 사업구조 전환을 유도하는 새로운 산업 및 문화시스템으로써의 지역단위의 네트워크가 구축ㆍ확장되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 시대적 배경 속에 지자체내 창업보육센터간 연계의 필요성은 더욱 절실히 요구되며, 각 창업보육센터는 각기 특화된 창업지원 인프라를 통하여 예비창업자 및 창업기업가에게 창업에 필요한 능력개발 및 지식정보를 제공하면서, 헙력체계 및 네트워크를 구축하여 상호 보완적으로 협력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충남지역의 특색과 창업보육센터 현황을 고찰하여, 충남지역 창업보육센터가 나아가야 할 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

Entrepreneurship by seniors who have accumulated skills and expertise in the industrial field is very important from a social point of view. This study aimed at seniors to find out the major start-up capabilities of seniors in an economic situation where instability factors and uncertainties are amplified due to the social structure of jobs that has changed due to COVID-19 during the 4th industrial revolution and the rapidly progressing high interest rates and global supply chain problems. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify how variables affect entrepreneurial intention. In addition, from the perspective of mindset, which is the individual psychological characteristic of pre-entrepreneurs, we tried to empirically verify whether growth mindset and fixed mindset have a significant effect on senior entrepreneurship intention. The psychological characteristics of founders were approached from the perspective of mindset, and an attempt was made to apply them to the field of entrepreneurship and to obtain practical implications. This study empirically analyzed the effects of growth mindset, fixed mindset, technical competency, network competency, and funding competency, which are components of mindset, on senior entrepreneurial intention, and verified the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was verified that the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy was significant in the influence of growth mindset and technological competency on entrepreneurial intention, and it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency are important variables in senior entrepreneurship. The study results provide the following policy implications. In order to activate senior entrepreneurship, first, to maximize the effect of founder education, programs such as customized entrepreneurship education that match the growth mindset characteristics, which are the psychological characteristics of founders, are needed. Second, it is required to expand the base of technology startups by expanding government support, such as expanding low-interest policy financing, for senior startups with technological capabilities and expertise. Third, it is necessary to provide institutional support for starting a business, such as providing a start-up program even before retirement, so that the expertise and technology accumulated by seniors can be linked to start-ups even after retirement.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학의 도전적 창업문화 정착, 대학생의 창업역량 강화로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업 확대에 필요한 창업교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 창업의 국가경제적 의의와 함께 대학생의 진로 대안으로서 주목받고 있지만 우리나라 대학생의 창업인식은 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 대학생의 창업아이템이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖출 만큼의 창의성이 뒷받침된 기술기반 창업과는 거리가 먼 경우가 많다. 최근 정부 및 대학에서 창업의 중요성을 인식하고 다양한 지원정책과 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 창업문화 확산을 통한 창업도전의 저변 확대, 시장과 산업 트랜드를 바꿀만큼의 시장 전환적이며, 창조적 파괴가 동반된 창업을 활성화하는 데에는 부족함이 많다. 이에 본 연구는 H대학교 신입생 1,092명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대학생 창업인식을 분석하고 대학의 창업교육 고도화를 위한 유의한 사실을 발견하였다. 실태조사 결과를 이용하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 창업교육 고도화 방안을 제시하였는데. 첫째, 생애주기적 진로대안으로서 창업의 의의 인식, 둘째, 학생의 개인적 특성에 기초한 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램의 개발 운영, 셋째, 창업 전문성을 갖추면서 동시에 교육자로서의 역량을 갖춘 대학 내 외부 전문가들을 네트워킹하여 이론-실무의 우수한 창업 교육자 풀 구성 넷째, 효과적 창업교육 전략 및 프로그램 개발과 실행을 위한 구체적 대안으로 창업교육 목적의 명확화, 교육목적에 부합하는 실천적 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 국내외 우수 창업교육 콘텐츠의 적극적 활용, 창의적 문제해결 능력 강화를 위하여 교육학적으로 효과적인 방법의 모색 등을 제시하였다.

정부는 더불어 잘사는 경제, 성장의 과실이 국민 모두에게 골고루 돌아가는 경제를 국정과제로 제시하면서 역동적인 벤처창업 생태계를 만들기 위해 창의적인 벤처기업과 혁신적 창업자 육성을 중점 추진하고 있다. 정부의 다양한 노력에 힘입어 벤처투자금액 및 기술창업기업이 지속적으로 증가하는 등 벤처창업 생태계가 지속적으로 개선되고 있으나 COVID-19 이후 성장률이 급격히 낮아지고 청년층의 실업률이 급등하는 등 우리 경제는 저성장 국면이 장기화되고 있는 상황이다. 경제의 성장 활력을 증진시켜 부가 가치를 높이기 위해서 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 통한 일자리 창출이 당면과제로 부각되고 있고 특히 4차 산업혁명 환경에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 혁신형기업의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있는 상황에서 우리 경제의 당면 과제인 성장잠재력 회복과 일자리 창출을 위해서는 기술 기반 중심의 벤처창업의 활성화가 가장 효과적인 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 위한 정부의 다양한 육성시책을 고찰하고 기술 기반 벤처창업기업의 생존과 성장, 및 일자리에 미치는 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 벤처투자금액이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서도 민간 금융기관 입장에서 벤처창업기업이 여전히 고(高)위험-저(低)수익 대상으로 여기고 있는 벤처투자시장의 구조적 문제점을 해결하기 위한 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

최근에는 거의 모든 분야에서 ICT와 같은 기술기반 산업과의 융합을 통한 창업현상이 두드러지고 있어, 이들을 대상으로 한 연구는 개인 수준뿐만 아니라 팀 수준의 특성을 함께 살펴보는 것이 더 현실적인 상황을 반영하고 실무적인 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. 팀창업일 경우 기업의 성과는 개인-팀 역량의 혼합 결과로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 기존 선행연구에서는 창업기업의 성공과 실패를 가름하는 다양한 요인들을 제시해왔으나, 이러한 요인은 창업자의 개인적 특성, 보유하고 있는 자원 등에서 찾는 선행연구가 대부분이다. 관련 연구들을 종합하면 창업기업의 성장은 창업가 특성, 자원, 전략, 산업, 그리고 조직 구조 및 시스템의 함수로 정리된다. 그러나 창업팀에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 초기 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 창업가의 특성인 창업역량(entrepreneurial competency)에 초점을 두고, 창업팀의 역량에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는 살펴본다. 개인의 특성에 집중해온 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업역량의 영향력을 창업가 개인 수준 및 팀 수준으로 구분하여 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 예비 창업가 및 초기 창업기업이 안정적인 사업화를 위해 팀구성을 어떻게 해야하는지 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 정부 지자체 민간 등에서 창업지원사업 운영 시 팀구성이 잘 된 창업기업을 선발하는 기준을 수립하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the support system of the government and the local governments for enhancing the success rate of the startup firms affected the performance of the enterprises according to the behavior characteristics of the founders. It is divided entrepreneurial support system into entrepreneurial policy support such as entrepreneurial education, mentoring and consulting, and funding of startup support such as policy fund and R & D fund, distinguished the behavior of founder into behaviors for discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and behaviors for exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. In order to analyze whether it affects the corporate management performance, a research model was created based on the previous research and hypotheses were set up, and the hypotheses were verified based on this questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the support for entrepreneurial policy has a positive effect on the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur. Second, it is found that the startup support such as policy fund affects the behavioral characteristics for finding the opportunity of the founder, but it does not affect the behavioral characteristics for the opportunity exploit. Third, it was found that the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur founding opportunity and exploition of entrepreneurial opportunity influenced the performance of the company. According to the this study, the following conclusion were obtained, First, it is necessary to apply different policies according to the stage of growth of startup companies. Second, startup companies grow through the stages of development of new technologies and ideas, commercialization, and marketing, at each stage, entrepreneur must overcome the so-called Death Valley, which requires funding.

창업도약기업의 제품개선 훈련프로그램은 초기기업이 자신이 보유한 기술역량 중심으로 제품 및 솔루션 개발 후, 시장(고객)에 출시했지만 잘 안 팔릴 결과이고, 초기기업들이 지속적인 사업성장(성공사업)을 하게하기 위해 매력적인 목표고객이나 시장이 원하는 목소리를 반영하고, 이에 부합하는 자사의 핵심기술역량을 파악 및 확보하게 하여 경쟁자와는 차별적인 제품을 개발할 수 있는 역량과 플랫폼 제공이 필요할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 운영된 제품개발/개선 훈련프로그램의 효과성을 파악하기 위해서 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 특성에 따른 훈련프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 통해 현업적용도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사 대상은 2017년 11월에 창업도약패키지 후속지원사업인 제품개선 아카데미 참여자중 203개 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업도약기업의 매출신장을 위해 학습의 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
