Information modeling that is broadly applied in digital archiving process privides conceptual process that can be used to guide the creation of descriptions for the objects of preservation. However, it has faced with the limitations on substantially applying to the creation of preservation metadata records. This research proposes the concept of Resource Cluster in order to address these problems and efficiently describe the objects of preservation during digital archiving process. It also constructed Preservation Description Framework (PDF) based on RDF in order to substantially manifest preservation descriptions. This framework combines the structure of OAIS Reference Model and Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) and can be an alternative approach to the creation of preservation metadata in more efficient and effective ways.

본 논문에서는 u-Korea를 구축하기 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스의 단계별 진화모델을 개발하고자 한다. u-Korea 서비스의 단계별 모델을 개발하기 위하여 우선 유비쿼터스 소요 기술을 분류하여야 하고 이것은 네트워크, 미들웨어, 단말 및 응용으로 구성된 각 계층 유비쿼터스 기술구조로 구분될 수 있다. 그리고 각 기술의 발전 방향 등을 토대로 각 계층에 대한 로드맵을 작성 한다. 다음 단계에서는 소요 기술의 개발 수준과 구성 요소를 기반으로 유비쿼터스 서비스를 위한 참조모델을 제안하고, 각 서비스의 지능화 수준과 서비스 기술 로드맵에 따라 첫번째 P-to-M 커뮤니케이션, 두 번째 상황인지, 세 번째 자율성 단계로 유비쿼터스 서비스의 점진적 3단계 발전 방안을 제시한다. 그 후 제시된 진화 방법에 따라서 보건 복지 분야의 국내외 유비쿼터스 서비스 사례를 분석하고, 점진적으로 개발되어지는 유비쿼터스 모형을 적용하여 보도록 한다.

이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.

there needs a new Geographic information system development Technology of the abstraction, encapsulation, modulation and hierarchy using Graphic representation of object modeling Technique. The method is based on composite object of Graphic data with the hierarchy concepts and abstraction of Graphic information in order to improve data abstraction of the graphic data file and described concept of multiple inheritance and classification that supports a wide variety of graphic class such as mesh unit, layer. segment and so on. in simple case of software development using SPICE model and object modeling techniques. this thesis suggested object representation of Graphic data which can reduce software development life cycle and the cost of software maintenance.

XML is rapidly becoming technologies for information exchange and representation. It causes many research issues such as semantic modeling methods, security, conversion far interoperability with other models, and so on. Especially, the most important issue for its practical application is how to achieve the interoperability between XML model and relational model. Until now, many suggestions have been proposed to achieve it. However several problems still remain. Most of all, the exiting methods do not consider implicit referential integrity relations, and it causes incorrect data delivery. One method to do this has been proposed with the restriction where one semantic is defined as only one same name in a given database. In real database world, this restriction cannot provide the application and extensibility. This paper proposes a noble conversion (RDB-to-XML) algorithm based on the similarity checking technique. The key point of our method is how to find implicit referential integrity relations between different field names presenting one same semantic. To resolve it, we define an enhanced implicity referentiai integrity relations extraction algorithm based on a widely used ontology, WordNet. The proposed conversion algorithm is more practical than the previous-similar approach.

성공적인 u-City 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 가장 중요한 역할을 수행하는 기능으로 u-City 통합운영센터가 지목되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-City 통합운영센터의 효율적인 운영 모델을 제안하였으며 이를 위해서 먼저 u-City 기술 참조모델을 기반으로 하는 표준화된 u-City 서비스 도입 및 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 기존에 제공되고 있는 각종 도시 정보서비스를 점진적으로 u-City 서비스에서 수용하는 전략으로서 점진적 서비스 융합 방안을 제시하였다.

REST(Representational State Transfer)는 분산 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 모델이며, 세계에서 가장 큰 분산 응용인 Web에서 사용하고 있는 웹 구조 스타일 모델이다. 현재 웹의 기본 요소는 URI, HTTP, XML(HTML) 이며, REST는 이러한 인터넷 표준만을 사용한다. REST 에서 리소스의 식별은 URI로, 상태는 상태가 표현된 문서(리소스)로써 HTTP를 통해 전달된다. 리소스의 내용은 XML로 기술하며, 리소스 탐색 및 참조에는 HTTP의 표준 메서드인 GET, PUT, POST, DELETE 등만을 이용하는 것으로 분산 컴퓨팅을 모델링하고 있다. 따라서 서비스마다 다양한 메서드를 기억하여야 하는 SOAP 기반 웹 서비스에 비해 REST 모델의 분산 컴퓨팅 응용은 확장성 및 웹 친화성 측면에 있어서 매우 유리함을 알 수 있다.

The location information of wired 112, 119 emergency call is provided immediately by subscriber database of KT. But emergency call made by mobile phone should be ask location information to mobile network. This paper proposes the network protocol for mobile emergency service refer to TIA/EIA/J-STD-036-A with reviews about technical issues, legacy factors and related researches. The mobile emergency service is divided to mobile emergency rescue service and mobile emergency alert service. The network reference model for mobile emergency rescue service is released in domestic sector. In this paper, the interfaces between modules of the network reference model, and service scenarios, message flows are defined. Supplement to mobile emergency rescue service, the network reference model, interfaces and message flows for mobile emergency alert service are developed.

This study designed a suitable preservation metadata for archives of Korean traditional arts. To accomplish this task, we consulted OAIS reference model and PREMIS data dictionary, analyzed various preservation metadata. and surveyed resource characteristics of Korean traditional arts. We adopted elements with namespaces, honored original definitions and scopes by not violating principles of designing application profiles, and extended elements where necessary.

Recently, most of the public institutions are developing ITA(Information Technology Architecture) & BSC (Balance ScoreCard) system. ITA's reference model is provided for the consistency, reusability, and interoperability. By the way, PRM(Performance Reference Model), one of the ITA reference models, is needed to link with BSC system. In this paper, we provide the linking method of ITA and BSC.
