새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

In the knowledge-based economy the innovation through continuous research and development(R&D) is crucial for the economic development and competitiveness of the region or country. The role of university as an institution which creates and diffuses new knowledge and technology should be highly emphasized these days in that context. This study explores the university-industry collaboration. More specifically, technology transfer and knowledge exchange between a university and external industrial partners are examined and the influences of such activities are, then, evaluated in the aspects of innovation and competitive advantages of the industrial partners. The case study on the Chonnam National University indicates that the considerable amount of knowledge and technology developed within the university tended to transferred to local areas, namely Gwangju and Jeonnam region. It can be claimed that the university, at least Chonnam National University, has positive impacts on the regional economy through technology transfer and knowledge share.

This paper analyzed a patent trend for technological domain of hydrogen fuel cell, can improve future energy and pollution problems. Patent analysis is used in establishing a technological roadmap which it can discover the current technology capability and future technological development direction. However, the previous patent analysis is qualitative analysis and simple statistical analysis. The reason why it incorrectly analysis patent does not reflect the current technology environment. The current technology environment is development through recombination of technologies. In addition to, the speed of technological development is rapidly growing. So, qualitative analysis does not satisfy the analysis requirements of the times. This paper utilized KP(Knowledge Persistence)-based main path analysis and text mining methods to reflect the current technological environment. As a result, we found core patents, main technology development, and promising technologies for technological domain of the hydrogen fuel cell.

지능화(Intelligence) 전반적인 경향 : 생산분야에 있어서의 지능화는 인공지능(AI)기법이 활용되면서 부터 관심을 모으게 되었다. AI기법이라고 하여도 그에 관련된 기술은 Software기술, 지식표현과 같은 기초기술 에서 부터, 지식공학, 화상인식 이해, 자연언어 이해, 음성이해 등의 응용기술에 이르기까지 다양한 분야를 포함하고 있다. 여기서는, 최근 실용화 면에서 주목을 받고 있는 지식공학의 실용 또는 그 응용시스템인 expert system(전문가시스템)에 주목하면서, 설계와 공정설계 중에 최근의 AI활용과 동향을 요약해 보기로 한다.

본 논문은 지식경영의 기술적 기반을 확보하고 숨어있던 지식을 명시화하여 공유하는 데 성과를 거두고 있는 지식경영 선도기업들이 지식경영 활동을 업무 성과와 직결시키기 위해 시도하고 있는 활동들에 주목한다. 지식경영이 업무와 별개로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 업무 프로세스와 통합되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 우선 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 반영한 설문지를 바탕으로 지식경영 사용자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석 기법을 활용하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검증하였다.
