Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

국가과학기술종합정보서비스(NTIS: National Science & Technology Information Service)는 국가R&D 사업정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가R&D 지식포털이다. NTIS의 효율적 기획 및 업무운영 총괄을 위하여 NTIS 표준운영절차(SOP: Standard Operating Procedures) 수립의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 본 연구에서는 선진이론 모델 및 국내사례를 분석하고, NTIS 구축에 참여한 내부의 환경적 요건과 운용체계 요구사항을 고려하여, NTIS 운용체계에 가장 실무적으로 적합한 NTIS SOP를 수립하였다. 이와 더불어 NTIS 운영주체간 NTIS SOP 정보의 효율적 공유를 위하여 NTIS SOP 공유시스템을 구축함으로써, 업무별 권한별로 NTIS SOP를 공유하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

최근 의료기술 발전에 따라 질병의 예방 및 관리에 대한 소비자의 요구사항이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항에 부응하기 위해 IT와 의료분야의 융합으로 u-헬스케어 서비스가 실현되고 있다. 언제 어디서나 의료서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스의 활성화는 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용이 전제조건이 될 것이다. 그러나 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용으로 인해 의료정보에 포함된 개인정보, 병력정보 등의 프라이버시가 침해될 우려가 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용상에서 발생하는 보안 요구사항을 검토한다.

Today's organizations make a large investment in information technology (IT) that supports knowledge management. The perceived importance of transactive memory systems (TMS) is increasing in the aspect of team performance. This study aims to understand the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and usage from the perspective of the relationship between IT support for knowledge management and TMS for team performance. To this end, this study analyzes the survey responses obtained from 224 members of 37 different teams using IT support for knowledge management. The results are as follows. First, the effect of IT support on knowledge management was significant in TMS. Second, the mediating effect of IT support on knowledge management through TMS was higher than its direct effect on knowledge sharing and usage. Third, IT support for knowledge management had a greater effect on knowledge sharing than on knowledge usage. Fourth, the effect of TMS appeared to be ordered by tacit knowledge sharing, explicit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge usage, and explicit knowledge usage. Fifth, the relationship of team performance with knowledge sharing and usage was significant in the order of tacit knowledge usage, tacit knowledge sharing, and explicit knowledge usage.

Digital literacy is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge sharing on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of digital literacy of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, digital literacy was found to significantly affect student knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Results show that video and animation literacy is the most influential factor and image literacy is the second-most influential factor for student knowledge-sharing. Those results can be used as a framework for developing digital literacy program.

본 눈문은 스토리지 클라우드 서비스와 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 결합된 시스템을 설계하려고 한다. 최근에 다양한 스토리지 클라우드의 등장과 SNS 인기가 급상승 하고 있지만, 서로 자료를 공유하며 의견을 주고 받는 시스템은 거의 없는 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 학교 및 기업과 같은 인적 네트워크가 필요한 곳에서 원활한 자료 공유와 SNS와 같은 자유로운 의견공유가 효율적으로 되도록 하는 시스템을 설계하려고 한다. 본 시스템을 통해 개인적인 스토리지 클라우드와 SNS를 접목해 사용자 저장 공간을 통해 언제 어디서든 SNS을 통해서 관계된 사용자간의 자유로운 자료 공유를 사용하여 추후 다양한 도메인에서 실용화가 이루어지리라 기대한다.

지속적 품질개선은 물론이고 획득관리업무 전반에 걸쳐 효율성을 제고하기 위하야 정부와 산업계간의 정보공유 체계가 수립되어야 한다. 국방부, 각군, 국과연, 품관소, 체계업체 및 부품업체가 인터넷을 통해 국방기술 정보를 공유하고 활용할 수 있는 체계를 구축하여야 한다. 현재 산재되어 있거나 취급하고 있지 않는 각종 정보를 일괄 공유함으로써 정부, 산업계 공히 군수품 연구개발 및 생산에 관련하여 사전 대비할 수 있고 산업 발전 추세에 신속한 대응이 가능할 수 있어야 한다.

광대역 유무선 네트워크 기술과 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전으로 스마트 TV, 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC와 같은 스마트단말의 등장으로 사용자가 여러 단말을 가지게 되었으며, 상황에 따라 가장 적합한 단말을 사용하거나 보유한 여러 단말을 함께 사용하여 새로운 멀티미디어 사용 경험을 하게 되었다. 또한 W3C은 웹 환경에서 다양한 웹 어플리케이션 개발의 기반이 되는 HTML5 표준과 개방형 웹 플랫폼을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 단말에서 지원하고 있는 웹 기반 플랫폼을 기반으로 웹 콘텐츠와 웹 서비스를 공유할 수 있는 공유 스크린 서비스 플랫폼의 기능을 도출하고 플랫폼을 설계한다.

National Research Data Commons aims to build a system that can be used jointly by arranging analysis resources such as computing infrastructure, software, toolkit, API, and services used for data analysis together with research data to maximize the use of research data. do. The sharing and utilization system for publications and research data in the R&D process is well known. However, the environment in which data and tightly coupled software and computing infrastructure can be shared and utilized is insignificant and there is no management system. In this study, a data model is designed to systematically manage information on digital research resources required in the data-oriented R&D research process. This will be used to register and manage digital research resource information in the National Research Data Commons Service.

본 연구는 발전 기술이 다양한 우리나라 원자력 발전소들 사이의 운전 경험에 대한 정보가 원자력 발전소의 운전 성과에 미치는 효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 기존의 원자력 발전의 학습 효과 분석은 주로 단일 발전소를 대상으로 수행되었다. 그러나 어떤 발전소의 운전 경험이 운전 성과에 미치는 효과는 그 발전소에만 국한되는 것이 아니고 다른 발전소에도 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 발전소들 사이의 운전 경험에 대한 정보의 공유에 대한 분석이 요구된다. 그런데 모든 발전소의 운전 경험이 동일한 가치를 가지고 있다고 볼 수는 없다. 동일 부지와 동질적 발전 기술을 가진 발전소들 사이에는 운전 경험의 운전학습효과가 클 것이지만 다른 부지와 이질적 발전 기술의 발전소들 사이에는 운전 경험에 관한 정보의 공유 비용이 높을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 동질적 기술을 가지고 있는 발전소들 사이의 운전 정보의 공유가 대체적으로 더 활발한 것으로 분석되었으며 동일 부지에 있는 발전소들의 운전 경험이 운전 성과 향상에 미치는 효과가 큼을 알 수 있다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 예상과 일치하는 것으로 기존의 다양한 원자력 발전 기술의 도입이 발전소의 운전 성과 측면에서는 비효율적이었음을 지적하는 것이다.
