Development and Application of Development Principles for Clinical Information Model (임상정보모델 개발원칙의 개발과 적용)

  • To be applicable under electronic health record system in order to ensure semantic interoperability of clinical information, the development principle for clinical information model to reflect objective and function is required. The aim of this study is to develop the development principles for clinical information model and evaluate the Clinical Contents Model. In order to develop the principle, from November 2008 to March 2009, the surveys about 1) definition, 2) function and 3) quality criteria were done, and 4) the components of advanced model were analyzed. The study was processed in 3 levels. Firstly in the development level, key words and key words-paragraph were driven from the references, and the principles were drawn based on the clinical or functional importance and frequency. In the application level, the 3 experts of clinical information model assessed 30 Clinical Contents Models by applying it. In the feedback level, the Clinical Contents Model in which errors were found was modified. As the results, 18 development principles were derived with 3 categories which were structure, process and contents. The Clinical Contents Models were assessed with the principles, and the 17 models were found that they did not follow it. During the feedback process, the necessity of the advanced education of the principle and the establishment of the regular quality improvement strategy to use it is raised. The proposed development principle supports the consistent model-development between clinical information model developers, and could be used as evaluation criteria.

고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -전문대학을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 1주기 기관평가인증제가 대학 균형성과표(BSC) 4가지 관점의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 고등교육기관의 1주기 평가인증제에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 대학 조직의 균형성과표(BSC) 및 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 대한 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 독립변수인 기관평가인증제 즉, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심의 정도, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성, 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도가 대학 균형성과표(BSC)의 고객관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 4가지 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 검증하였다. 기존의 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 관한 선행 연구들은 주로 평가인증제 체제 자체의 성과와 각 평가요소에 있어서 대학의 변화에 초점을 두고 성과를 분석함으로써 정작 기관평가인증제가 평가인증의 평가대상인 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 대한 분석은 제대로 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 점에서 기관평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 첫째, 기관평가인증제중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 고객 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 고객 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 내부프로세스 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 내부프로세스 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도와 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 학습과 성장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성은 학습과 성장 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 재무 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기관평가인증의 평가준비와 자체평가 과정을 통해 실질적인 교육체계 혁신이나 내부프로세스 효율성 향상으로 인해 교육의 질이 개선되어 학생의 만족도와 선호도가 높아지며, 아울러 안정적 재원확보와 재원의 효율적 관리를 가져오는 것으로 해석된다. 그리고 기관평가인증제도에 대한 인식과 관심은 인증 획득이라는 목표를 설정하게 하고, 기관평가인증의 자체평가를 통해 인증평가에서 요구하는 기준 이상을 충족하도록 학습과 혁신이 이루어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학령인구의 급감 등 급변하는 대학의 대내외 환경에서 생존을 넘어 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위해 평가인증제를 다양한 대학의 경영성과로 연계할 경영전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

전기자동차 개발

  • 내연기관의 가솔린자동차보다 역사가 오래된 전기자동차는 상대적으로 주생성능과 가격 경쟁력의 열세로 그 자취를 감추었고 최근까지 주로 특수목적의 단거리 저속차량으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 1890년대 후반부터 전세계가 자동차배기가스에 의한 대기오염과 지구온난화 현상등의 문제를 심각하게 공감하게 되었고 마침내 미국 캘리포니아주에서는 전가자동차의 강제판매를 규정화하게 이르렀다. 이 규정에 의하면 1998년도부터 차량 판매대수의 2%를 전기자동차 판매로 강제요구하고 있다. 이 비율은 2000녀도에 5% 2003년에는 10%로 늘어날 계획이다. 따라서 미국에 많은 자동차를 수출하고 있는 일본, 독일 및 여러 유럽국가에서는 이 사업에 막대한 자금을 투자하며 개발에 몰두하고 있다. 미국의 Big3도 에너지성의 도움으로 최근 USABC를 결성하여 전기자동차 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 지금까지 기존의 가솔린자동차 기술에 있어서 일본과 독일에 상대적 열세에 있었던 미국도 이번 캘리포니아주의 전기자동차 강제판매 규정에 따른 전기자동차 사업으로 미국자동차 시장의 새로운 판도를 조성하겠다는 의도인듯하다. 국내에서도 정부가 이 사업의 중요성을 심각히 인식하고 G7사업과제의 하나로 선정하여 산, 학, 연 각층의 전문가가 참여하여 성공적으로 개발을 마칠 수 있도록 적극 지원하고 있다. 지금까지의 평균주행성능을 보면 최고속도 100-120km/h, 일층전 최대주행거리 150-200km 정도이며, 아직 양산체제에 돌입하지 않았기 때문에 가격면에서 경쟁력이 없는 실정이다. 그러나 1990년도에 들면서 각종 요소부품들의 기술수준이 급성장을 이루어서 앞으로 10년정도 후면 성능과 가격면에서 가솔린자동차와 대등한 수준의 전기자동차 개발이 실현될 수 있으리라 예측된다.는 영향받지 않았다. Clonidine의 심박수 감소작용은 .뇌실내및 정맥내 diltiazem이나 nifedipine 처리후에 감약되었다. 5). 뇌실내 clonidine$(30{\mu}g)$ 처 리후 뇌실내 diltiazem$(400{\mu}g)$과 nifedipine$(350{\mu}g)$의 혈압하강및 심박수 감소효과는 영향 받지 않고 그대로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 diltiazem과 nifedipine은 가토뇌내에서 methoxamine에 의한 혈압상승의 작용점인 alrfia-1 adrenoceptor의 흥분에는 영향을 미치지 못하나 clonidine의 작용점인 alpha-2 adrenoceptor의 흥분에 의한 혈압하강및 심박수 감소효과는 억제한다고 추론하였다.thin 함량은 110.6 mg/L로서 산업적인 생산성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구를 통하여 개발된 변이주 B76 및 이의 대량 발효를 위한 최종조건의 정립은 향후 astaxanthin의 산업적 생산공정에 필요한 기초자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다.색총말내에 소형의 도형, 소형의 장형 연접소포 및 DENSE CORE VESICLE의 3가지 연접소포를 가지고 있었고 출현빈도수는 촉각엽에서 가장 큰 33%이었다. 제5형 신경연접은 축색종말내에 중등도크기의 원형, 대형의 원형연접소포 및 DENSE CORE VESICLE을 포함하였고 13%의 출현빈도수로 관찰되었다. 배추횐나비의 촉각에 있는 지각신경세포가 뇌의 촉각엽으로 뻗어 들어가 위의 5가지 신경연접중 어느 형을 형성하는지를 관찰하기 위하여 좌측 촉각의 기부를 제거하여 지각신경세포를 절단하였는데 그 결과, 좌측 촉각엽에서 제4형의 신경연접이 퇴행성 변화를 나타내었다.

Drop Impact Analysis of Outside Cooling Unit Package of System Air-Conditioner and Experimental Verification (시스템 에어컨 실외기 포장품의 낙하충격해석 및 시험적 검증)

  • This research examines the drop impact of an external cooling unit package of an air conditioner system. The packaging is composed of a shock-absorbing material, which protects the package contents by absorbing the impact energy and other parts for fixture. Accurate quantification of the impact acceleration experienced by the package contents is necessary to design an effective packaging with minimal volume and sufficient shock absorbing capacity. Explicit time integration was used for the drop impact analyses. A finite element model of the package was constructed, material testing and material model selection were carried out, and sensors for data acquisition were modeled to obtain accurate simulation results. The results were compared with real physical test data. Due to imprecise modeling of the damping, the acceleration and strain values predicted by the simulation were larger than those from physical test. However, the trend of the history data and the peak deceleration value in the direction of impact showed good agreements. Thus, the analysis model and scheme are suitable for the design of an air conditioner cooling unit package.

Analysis of collapse course of mudstone cut slope and suggest countermeasure (이암 절토 사면의 붕괴 요인 분석 및 대책방안 제시)

  • This study analyzed the collapse course of a mud stone cut slope during the construction of a express and suggested a countermeasure. Experiments were carried out on bedrock mudstone to investigate the engineering characteristics and the slope stability analysis at the time the design was reviewed. In addition, stability analysis, considering the strength softening characteristics of the slope due to the Swelling-Slaking phenomenon, was also performed. As a result of the Swelling-Slaking test, the slake durability was Low-Medium, and the swell potential was Very Low. A review of the stability analysis performed at the time of the design showed different results from the actual results because LEM analysis had been performed without considering the engineering characteristics of mudstone. As a result of additional stability analysis considering the strength softening characteristics, the slope collapse point and the maximum shear strain point of the stability analysis were the same and the standard safety factor was not satisfied. As a countermeasure, a slope mitigation method was found to be most appropriate. The mitigation slope was calculated by Finite element Analysis. A comparison with BIPS to determine the applicability of a mitigation slope revealed most of the unconsolidated mudstone.

An Exploratory Case Study on the Operation of Internet Shopping Malls for Small-and-Medium Sized Firms (중소기업 인터넷 쇼핑몰 운영에 관한 탐색적 사례 연구)

  • The internet-based business is considered as a new strategic alternative for small-medium size companies. However, very little research about them has been reported. The objectives of this study are to analyze factors influencing the operation for the sites(we call, 'internet shopping mall') which small-and-medium sized firms have built, and to provide the general directions of the successful internee-based business for the small-and-medium sized firms. This paper reports the case studies in which the internet-based electronic commerce practices of 6 small-and-medium sized firms were examined over a 3 month period. In the meantime, this paper reports their present business condition, system environment, positioning, marketing strategy, forward business expectation, and market barrier. This study also focuses on two environmental dimensions of system development; One dimension is on-line only or off-line widened, and the other is self-built or outsourcing. The results found in this study are as follows: 1. The internet shopping mall broadens the company's activity to new business areas. 2. The degree of system outsourcing of the small-medium size company depends on its IT ability and resource capability 3. The marketing strategies on their internet shopping mall differentiate with their business area and market environment. 4. Each interviewed company has its own success and failure factors, in addition to the general factors. 5. Each interviewed company has a positive response for their internet shopping mall for its future. 6. The lack of capital, technology, and government support is the barrier to the improvement of the internet shopping mall system.

  • It is crucially important to exchange and manage the financial information of an organization for the reason of complexity and diversity of information caused by its implicit information involved. Especially, according to the development of information technology, various approaches appeared to manage financial data of organization. For example, XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) is one of the technologies dealing with the above criteria. Basically, XBRL is a business reporting language to define and exchange financial information, such as a financial statement of organization. XBRL is an international standard which enables the exchange of information between information providers and consumers by adding the tags involving the information of circumstantial factors of data. However, XBRL is not able to describe semantics because XBRL is fundamentally based on XML(Extensible Markup Language) having the purpose of expressing and structuring data. Therefore, this paper aims to enable semantic information to XBRL through the semantic technology. The objective of this paper is an ontologization of the knowledge to perform sharing, reusing, discovering, and inferring the knowledge described and conducted by XBRL. In order to achieve the above objective, this paper suggests the methodology for the ontologization of the category and instance document of XBRL. Furthermore, this paper points out the possibility of suggested methodology in a practical business through indicating the advantages of the knowledge described by XBRL.

  • This study focuses on the development of dynamic assignment for evaluation and application for dynamic route guidance strategy. Travelers are classified according to information contents which they received pre/on trip. The first group have no traffic information, so they travel with fixed route. The second group have real-time shortest path and travel according to it. The last group have car navigation system or individual method(cellular phone, PDA-two way communication available) for traffic information on trip. And then they are assigned in accordance with the proposed multiclass dynamic assignment model. At this time the last group is gotten under control with DFS(decentralized feedback strategy). In use of this Process we expect that various traffic information strategy can be tested and also be the key factor for success of ITS, location of VMS(variable message sign), cycle of information, area of traffic information, etc).

Hydraulic Stability and Wave Transmit Property of Stacked Geotextile Tube by Hydraulic Model Test (수리모형시험을 통한 다단식 지오텍스타일 튜브의 안정성 및 파랑 전달특성에 관한 연구)

  • Geotextile have been used for the past 30 years for various types of containers, such as small sandbag, 3-D fabric forms and aggregate filled gabion etc. While they are mainly used for flood and water control, they are also used against beach erosion fir shore protection. Especially, large-sized geotextile tube structures are used in various innovative coastal systems involving breakwaters. This paper presents the hydrodynamic behavior of geotextile tubes based on the results of hydraulic model tests. These tube are generally about 1.0 m to 2.0 m in diameter, thou띤 they can be sized for any application. The tubes can be used solely, or stacked to add greater height and usability. Stacked geotextile tubes will be created by adding the height necessary for some breakwaters and embankment, therefore increasing the usability of geotextile tubes. The hydraulic model test was conducted as structural condition and wave conditions. Structural condition is installation direction to the wave (perpendicular and 45$^{circ}$$), and wave condition is varied with the significant wave height ranging from 3.0 m to 6.0 m. Compared with previous test result, the stacked geotextile tube is more stable against wave attack than single tube. Also, the case of none-water depth above crest is more stable than 0.5H of water depth above crest. The incline installed stacked tube is more effective for wave adsorption.

Model Integration of Systems Design and Safety Analysis Processes for Systematic Design of Safety-Critical Systems (안전중시 시스템의 체계적인 설계를 위한 시스템 설계 및 안전 분석 활동 모델의 통합)

  • In safety-critical systems (SCS), failure may result in accidents with serious damage to human beings and property. As systems become more complex and automated, the goal of acquiring safety has attracted increasing attention lately in the defense industry, as well as the rail, automotive, and aerospace industries, among others. As such, the Department of Defense and international organizations have established appropriate standards and guidelines for systems safety and design. To this end, there has been research on the processes, methods, and associated tools for safety design. However, those results do not seem to sufficiently utilize system architectural information. The purpose of this paper is to provide a more systematic approach to SCS design. To better identify potential hazards, design information at each level of system hierarchy is exploited. Based on the results, an integrated process model was developed by combining the processes of system design and safety analysis. As a case study, the resultant integrated process model was applied to the safety design of an automobile system, which shows useful results for safety evaluation.
