Automatic Mesh Generation System for FE Analysis of 3D Crack (3차원 균열의 유한요소해석을 위한 자동요소분할 시스템)

  • This paper describes an automatic mesh generation system for finite element analysis of three-dimensional cracks. It is consisting of fuzzy knowledge processing, bubble meshing and solid geometry modeler. This novel mesh generation process consists of three sub-processes: (a) definition of geometric model, i.e. analysis model, (b) generation of bubbles, and (c) generation of elements. One of commercial solid modelers is employed for three-dimensional crack structures. Bubble is generated if its distance from existing bubble points is similar to the bubble spacing function at the point. The bubble spacing function is well controlled by the fuzzy knowledge processing. The Delaunay method is introduced as a basic tool for element generation. Practical performances of the present system are demonstrated through several mesh generations for 3D cracks.

  • 가상강좌에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고 각종 교육기관에서 다양한 방식의 서비스를 제공하고 있음에도 가상강좌의 효과 즉, 가상강좌 수강생들의 만족을 측정하는 도구의 개발은 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 특히 초기의 가상강좌가 정보기술을 이용한 실험적인 형태에서 벗어나 기존의 오프라인 교육을 대치할 수 있는 중요한 도구로 대두되고 있다는 점을 감안할 때 가상강좌의 효과를 측정하기 위한 도구는 좀 더 종합적인 접근 방식이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상강좌 특히 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 가상강좌의 네 가지 요소인 학습관리시스템, 강의 컨텐츠, 학습에 대한 인적 서비스 그리고 학생 자신의 심리적 상태 등을 고려한 종합적인 접근에 의한 가상강좌 만족 모형을 제시하고 그 측정도구에 대한 타당성을 검증하도록 한다. 이를 위해 정보기술 사용 측면, 정보품질적 측면, 서비스 관리적 측면 그리고 사회심리학적 측면에서 가상강좌 측면에 만족을 주는 이론적 변수 및 측정도구를 제시하고 측정도구에 대한 타당성을 실증적으로 검증한다.

  • 최근 모바일 영상기반 응용 분야에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 모바일기기로 촬영된 영상에서 문자정보를 추출하고자 하는 많은 연구도 진행되고 있다. 자연이미지로부터 문자정보를 추출을 위한 전단계로 문자영역 검출이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 문자영역의 지역적 에지 및 연결요소 특징을 고려하여 조명 및 복잡한 배경에서도 문자영역을 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 에지 검출은 캐니-에지 검출기로 추출하고, RGB 컬러분포 패턴을 분석하여 컬러 양자화를 함으로서 연결성분을 추출한다. 각각 추출된 에지 및 연결성분으로부터 문자후보 영역을 검출하고, 각각의 결과를 결합하여 최종적인 문자 후보 영역을 검출하고, 문자 후보 영역에 대한 검증을 수행함으로서 최종적인 문자영역을 검출한다. 제안한 방법은 다양한 환경에서 얻어진 자연이미지를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 에지 및 연결성분의 두 가지 특징을 결합함으로서 자연이미지에 존재하는 다양한 형태의 문자영역을 효과적으로 검출하였다.

A Study of Semiconductor Process Simulator with User Friendly Framework (사용자 친숙형 반도체 공정 시뮬레이터의 구성에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we modeling the oxidation, diffusion, and ion-implantation for semiconductor process simulation, and construct the integrated framework for efficient execution and continuous process simulation. For oxidation process, to predict the accurate LOCOS shape and stress distributions, stress-dependent viscous model was performed using SVP algorithm. For diffusion process, predeposition and OED simulation was performed using point defect theory. For ion implantation, Monte-Carlo method based on TRIM simulation was performed with various process conditions. For input to each unit process, we used the dialog boxes which are windows application's standards. This dialog box allows us to verify and minimize input error at input steps. Using the combination of compiler's function and windows's API function, simulation was done with small memory size.

  • This research developed chemical flow control system(CFCS) essential for spinner equipment in nano semiconductor manufacturing process under the 100nm to prevent complex process defect due to missing spread after chemical injection. The devices developed in this research, which can be swiftly replaced in case abnormal state element changes or wafer manufacturing defect occurs, are anticipated to improve module yield as well as real-time monitoring on the state element. In addition, as a result of mounting H/W and S/W system to control detailed operation sequence in production line and executing performance check and verification, we can be exactly detected in five abnomal process type.

  • A complete mixing aeration only activated sludge system was operated for the mathematical analysis. The unit, 4 liter capacity, was fed by an industrial waste containing a much amount of glutamic acid in a laboratory study. The observed results were compared with the generated dilta presented by the previous mathematical models.

  • This study analyzed the creative properties of public service advertisements and public content in outdoor advertising. The results of a case analysis focusing on outdoor advertisements for fundraising are as follows. First, government ministries were mainly found as advertisers. Second, most of the advertising messages were about policy promotion by the government and public institutions, with few public content or public interest messages. Third, in terms of expression, text took up more weight than visual elements, and illustrations were the main visual expression element. This proves that the public content of domestic outdoor advertisements mainly has a strong purpose of conveying direct information.

  • Today, the city greatly increase the interest in the night, increasing the importance of building and landscape lighting is a trend. Landscape lighting and a combination of factors, especially the media has been expanding in the domestic media facade. The facade of the building for the implementation of the screen to install the LED, or are projecting the image through the projector. The facade of this study present a paradigm shift in traditional media based on interactive and works by combining the artistry of the item type, art, colors, patterns, and interactions were drawn into 5 main topics. This section of the 83 kinds of domestic. Other media facade sample was classified. Categorized by 5 types of lighting techniques, lighting system, manner of expression, changing the way lighting design elements were based. Thus, the current trend changes, depending on the technical value and artistic value of the applied media facade lighting design should be applied to identify the elements and the combination of media facades and IT skills beyond simply directing programmed to communicate interactively with various designs Must be for you.

  • This paper is about multimodal storytelling experience applying Virtual Reality technology in museum. Specifically, this research argues virtual reality in both intuitive understanding of history also multimodal experience in the space. This research investigates cases regarding use of virtual reality in museum sector. As a research method, this paper conducts a literature review regarding multimodal experience and examples applying virtual reality related technologies in museum. Based on the literature review to investigate the concept necessary with its related cases. Based on the investigation, this paper suggests constructing elements for multimodal storytelling based on VR. Ultimately, this paper suggests the elements of building VR storytelling where dynamic audio-visual and interaction mode combines with historical resources for diverse audiences.

  • Since the major requisite of software production is manpower, the core element of the competitive power of software is also manpower. However, economic treatments and social status of software manpower are in a very unsatisfactory situation. While Korean government has been continuing to drive the policy to foster the local software industry, the most cultivating policies of software industry are adjusted to the focus to create the local market in software field, reinforce the global competitive power, and intensify the competitive basis of small and medium size business organizations. So it is true that manpower which is key players and core elements of the software industry, have been shunned by the government policy. The purpose of this study is to initiate the necessity of the policy for technical manpower in the software industry and to suggest a policy program to uplift the treatment of them. To achieve this purpose, this paper will analyze the structural relation between variables about software policy and suggest policy programs to improve the treatment of manpower in the software field.
