첨단 유도 무기 관련기술은 자주국방 실현의 필수적인 조건일 뿐만 아니라, 자동차, 선박, 항공기, 로봇 등의 분야에서 이용되는 핵심기술이며 고부가가치 기반기술이다. 따라서 본 센터의 연구성과는 무기체계의 기술수준을 세계적으로 향상시킴은 물론 제반 산업분야에 큰 파급효과를 가져올 것으로 믿는다. 자동제어특화연구센터는 국방부에서 추진중인 "방위력 개선사업"의 일환으로 대학의 고급기술 인력을 국방과학 기초연구에 활용하기 위하여 설립된 것으로 군에서 필요로 하는 자동제어 기술에 대한 기초연구의 중심적 역할을 수행하는 대학 연구센터로 발전하는 것이 최종 목표이다.

기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

현재 세계 각국의 정보사회의 구현에 필수적인 정보기술개발에 총력을 기울이고 있으며, 이러한 노력의 결과 개별적으로 발전하여 오던 정보기술은 최근 급속하게 시스팀기술화되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 기술개발은 체계적 기술개발이라는 측면에서 살펴보면 다소 미흡한 감이 있었다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 정보기술의 체계를 현재 사용되고 있는 모형을 중심으로 살펴보고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Various technologies have been developed to more efficiently share content such as P2P, CDN, and CCN. These technologies take a common approach that content request packets is responded by distributed network nodes or hosts, not by a single content distributor. Such approaches not only resolve network congestion around content distributors, but also make it possible to distribute content regardless of the system and network status of content distributors. However, when receiving content from distributed nodes/hosts, not from authenticated distributors, users cannot practically identify which node/host sent content to them. Due to this characteristic, various hacking caused by the malicious modification of content is possible. Therefore, to make such approaches more secure, a content authentication technique is required. In this paper, we propose a improved operation of MHT used in CCN for authenticating distributed content. Then we evaluate the proposed method by comparing its performance with the existing technology.

In autonomous car, significant progress has been achieved in technical aspects, but it is deadly slow to solve its various legal problems for commercialization of autonomous car. This paper surveys the road driving eligibility, a typical legal issue in autonomous car. Problems on current laws and regulations are analyzed, and some remedies are suggested. Technical development should be performed collaboratively with law and regulation revision, and understanding these legal issues would be very helpful to the engineers who develop autonomous cars.

과학기술의 인력수급과 양성 못지않게 과학기술인의 복지 문제에 대한 개선의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 과학기술인의 퇴직 후 복지 문제는 과학기술부 산하 정부출연연구기관(출연연)이 중심이 돼 지난 2004년 과학기술인공제회가 의욕적으로 출범했지만 아직도 지지부진한 것이 현실이다. 과학기술인 퇴직연금사업의 여건과 전망, 문제점 등을 짚어본다.

This study was conducted to deduct the facing problems by analyzing the reflected computing environment of a cadastral surveying fee calculation process for all cadastral surveying items and suggest an improvement plan for the process, corresponding to the cadastral surveying environment. An analysis of the problems showed that the current cadastral surveying fee calculation process was complicated compared to other relevant fee calculation processes. Although work process has been improved due to the changes to current cadastral surveying technology and the digital cadastral management system, it has not been reflected. This article suggests simplifying the current universal nine-step process into a four-step process. In addition, the improvement plan for the improved work process with computer files to be applied before and after field surveys is suggested. The cadastral mapping process is divided into four steps to make it suitable for a computing environment and the corresponding process improvement plan is suggested.

WTO 체제의 등장과 기술경쟁의 가속화로 기술의 확보가 기업경쟁력의 핵심으로 등장하고 있는데, 우리나라 정보통신 산업의 경우 민간부문의 기술개발 활동은 그 투자면에서 뿐 아니라 기술관리 측면에서도 취약성을 면치 못하고 있다. 이에 우리나라 정보통신산업체를 대상으로 연구개발전략의 실태를 조사하여 그 문제점과 개선대안을 탐색한다. 실태조사 결과 정보통신산업체들의 연구개발전략은 아직 전사적 차원의 "Total R&D"개념이 다소 부족하고 장기적인 관점에서의 연구개발 활동이 미흡한 것으로 나타나, 중장기기술개발계획과 연계된 전략적 연구관리체제의 도입이 필수적이다.

Recently, as part of an effort to reduce the high accident rate in the construction industry, the smart construction safety technology is being introduced, and some institutional improvements are being made simultaneously. This study has been carried out to identify the effectiveness of such an improved institution and to draw additional opinions for improvement to spread the field application of smart safety technology. A survey was conducted for participants in the construction industry, and awareness of the improved institution and additional requirements for spreading smart safety technology in the construction site were investigated. As a result of the investigation, high interest in the field application of smart construction safety technology has been confirmed, and some issues such as safety management costs and duplication of on-site safety paperwork have been raised. The opinions derived through this study will be used as baseline data for future institutional improvements for the introduction and diffusion of smart construction safety technology in the construction site.
