As a result of research on the establishment of an infrastructure to revitalize the region of Inje gun in order to enjoy the high quality of the Inje gun residents in Gangwon do, the analysis of the target sites that are easily accessible and easy to use by the residents of Inje gun resulted in a type of park with a quality of life. It is analyzed that the urban art park is the most suitable for enhancing the city cultural experience and relaxation, and promoting emotional life. There are many ecological parks, theme parks, and experience parks in each country, but it is desirable to plan them in the form of city parks to differentiate themselves by capturing the characteristics of Inje gun.

It is important for the people in the 3D printing industry to determine which factors influence the decision-making that determine the adoption of 3D printers and the role of the factors. Through this, we intend to find ways to contribute to the development of 3D printing industry in Korea by increasing utilization of 3D printer used in domestic companies and increasing investment in related industries. 3D printers are making rapid progress according to the development of technology, the public interest, and the activation of investment. Foreign countries have made remarkable progress in equipment, materials, software, and industrial applications, but they are lower than expected in Korea. It is necessary to introduce a smooth 3D printer in order to revitalize the 3D printer industry and enlarge the base, but it is insufficient for actual introduction and field application. The independent variables that represent economic, technological, and environmental characteristics were selected through a literature survey, and a model for accepting integrated technology for convergence of societies in the 3D printing industry was proposed. This study confirms that economic factors such as output unit price, government support, and environmental factors such as 3D contents should be developed organically for the introduction of 3D printing technology and equipment. This require systematic and effective support from the government, and it is necessary to improve the economic support, related laws, and systems that can be directly experienced by the user as a user. As the domestic 3D printing industry develops with economic, technological and time investment, 3D printing industry should be the key engine of the 4th industrial revolution.

Recently, the convergence of genre-mixed collaboration and technology-mixed collaboration in performance art strategically fuses different goals and different properties, satisfying anticipated demand, and developing into experimental forms that bring out convergence contents of new value. To supplement problems of convergence attempts and heighten levels of completion, the effective collaborative processes of media experts must be studied and improved. This thesis attempts to study effective collaborative production plans of convergence performance that correspond to the demands of the times through multimedia convergence performance prototypes(Live performance play + Pre-made digital animation). It categorizes performance production processes into pre-production and production and researches the effective collaborative production processes of convergence performances that utilize these two forms of media through work selection, production direction establishment, human resource constituents, production schedule plan establishment, visualization processes, and performance practices and rehearsals. Continuous research must be conducted based on convergence performance contents planning, changes in production methods, and an understanding of distinct characteristics among convergence contents for the industrial development systemization and vitalization of convergence contents to be made possible.

In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.

Korea has been designated as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage with outstanding value among intangible cultural heritage. We have supported various exhibitions and performance activities, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Public Events. However, in recent years, more diverse policies have been pursued in order to revitalize transmission activities and the State is leading the Completion examination system. In order to improve the utilization of crafts, we introduced a Craft Bank System. In addition, to increase the marketability of crafts, we have implemented the certification system for crafts. For the diversity of transmission activities, we are promoting the Transmission Education School System. In order to fuse traditional activities, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition is being held and the World Heritage Forum is being pursued. In this study, we analyze various policies of the new intangible cultural heritage and investigate the problems and seek ways to improve them.

It is current status that currently-used 'electronic cash' cannot go beyond the physically and commonly-used as it is used by digitalizing the existing commodity money. Especially in case of bitcoin, though it is issued only by the activity called 'mining' without the issuing body and used in some countries in relatively-active way as it is admitted as the currency in the way that proves the transaction through 'BlockChain' in the form of P2P for the transaction among the individuals, it has several issues due to the characteristics it has. So, this research is willing to suggest the alternative plan to matter of policy, managerial and technical problems regarding the vitalization plan of bitcoin.

The purpose of this study is that there viewing at the future development direction and awareness of the cultural contents industry targeting college students for the activation of the domestic cultural content industry. And we want to find the need of the security industry & Concert Hall Safety. Recent worldwide it has occurred 'Soft target' terror targeting unspecified civilian in the cultural space of theater and music venues, stadiums etc. But security and safety systems against terror in Korea are very deficient situation. US security market has increased sales significantly interest in increasing against crime and terrorism prevention and depending on the price cut and technology development. It is expected to require a security industry in a variety of applications to the cultural contents industry development about Korean pop music and theatrical performances, and internet and mobile games stc.

With the development of big data technology, data is rapidly entering a hyperconnected intelligent society that accelerates innovative growth in all industries. The convergence industry, which holds and utilizes various high-quality data, is becoming a new growth engine, and big data is fused to various traditional industries. In particular, in the medical field, structured data such as electronic medical record data and unstructured medical data such as CT and MRI are used together to increase the accuracy of disease prediction and diagnosis. Currently, the importance and size of unstructured data are increasing day by day in the medical industry, but conventional data security technologies and policies are structured data-oriented, and considerations for the security and utilization of unstructured data are insufficient. In order for medical treatment using big data to be activated in the future, data diversity and security must be internalized and organically linked at the stage of data construction, distribution, and utilization. In this paper, the current status of domestic and foreign data security systems and technologies is analyzed. After that, it is proposed to add unstructured data-centered de-identification technology to the guidelines for unstructured data and technology application cases in the industry so that unstructured data can be actively used in the medical field, and to establish standards for judging personal information for unstructured data. Furthermore, an object feature-based identification ID that can be used for unstructured data without infringing on personal information is proposed.

Our country should continuously make efforts to secure the international competitiveness of the current domestic agriculture in a variety of industries converged with agriculture in order to get over the disaster due to global warming, cope with imported produces caused by FTA and scientific implementation technology provided by advanced countries like USA and European Union in spite of domestic agriculture advancement. Also, as domestic ICT technology is a world-class level, it is essential to make strategies of creating a high value such as the increase of productivity, efficiency and quality throughout the whole phase of production, circulation and consumption with the convergence of the existing agriculture technology and IT core technology including information management and automatic control. Therefore, this paper suggests standardization items which lead global standard and implementation direction on standardization through analysing the current situation of agriculture-ICT convergence in our country and technology/standardization trend.

Recently, due to the spread of the Korean Wave, as worldwide interest in Korean culture and the appearance of Korean celebrities increases, overseas expansion of Korean beauty companies have been activated. Despite the global economic downturn, Beauty Industry is continuing to grow, Korea's growth rate is remarkable level. Despite this growth in order to maintain a steady growth since the beauty industry is small and polarization based on the Beauty-IT Convergence Technology creates new markets, that require development of Beauty-IT Convergence Industry. For the status and prospects of the Beauty Industry, some research has been carried out, not all the studies carried out so far for Beauty-IT Convergence Industry. Therefore, this study is significant that Beauty-IT Convergence Industry's first research. The global Beauty-IT Convergence Industry is at the beginning yet, tThe government selected research topics of Top-Down approach to Beauty-IT Convergence technology, granted extra points, supported by establishing long-term Technology Roadmap as other industries, such as by establishing a global market strategy for the systematic occupation and promising technology development planWe will get focused training.
