Digital content industry is expected to grow due to the development of new devices and technologies, convergence between genres and technologies. However, Financial support system for the field of digital content has not been activated due to the digital content industry has the characteristics of a lot of initial investment costs and an uncertain profitability. This paper deals with the financial plan of activation of digital content businesses using technology evaluation. For this purpose, first, examine status of digital content businesses(status and sales financing, etc). Second, discuss development methods of digital contents finance based on the analysis of the digital content industry. This study is useful for deriving the development methods of digital contents finance using the technology valuation.

Korea has been showing a high interest in convergence centered on information and communication technologies for the past 10 years. However, with successful convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication sectors, successful convergence cases such as IPTV have been excluded. In some fields, The performance that citizens can experience is limited. In addition, the combination of the Internet of things and the big data shows that infinite data in the natural and social environment surrounding service users can be created and utilized to create better services. However, the division between departments and departments, And the limitations of policies and systems that can promote convergence of information and communication technologies. Therefore, in order to create new industries through the fusion of the Internet of things and big data, it is necessary to investigate what kind of inhibitory enzymes are present, to investigate the problems, to solve the problems, to develop technologies for activating the Internet and big data, And suggests ways to utilize the policy to promote convergence of related technologies.

본 연구에서는 과학·수학·정보 융합 교육 활성화를 위하여 한국의 융합 교육 연구를 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 한국의 융합 교육이 겪는 문제점을 도출하였으며, 과학·수학·정보 융합 교육을 활성화하기 위한 해결 과제를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 과학·수학·정보 융합 교육의 활성화를 위해서는 과학·수학·정보 융합 교육 모형 개발과 역량 기반 교육 모델, 교수-학습 및 평가 모델 개발이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 활용하여 후속 연구에서는 과학·수학·정보 융합 교육을 활성화하기 위한 교육 모델 개발을 진행하여야 한다.

2030년대는 BT시장이 활짝 열리는 시대로 고도화된 IT기술, 데이터 해석기술, 집적회로 개발기술, 생화학기술 등 모든 영역의 기술이 필요할 것이며, 앞으로의 기술개발은 융합을 전제로 하여 IT와 BT의 융합이 관건이 될 것으로 기술개발의 시너지를 내기 위해서는 관련 산업과 대학이 물리적으로 적정한 위치에 임해야 할 것이다. 우리나라에는 2009년 말 현재 819개의 산업클러스터가 만들어졌으며, 한국산업단지공단이 집적화 된 산업단지에 여러 가지 지원시설, 지원제도 등을 제공하고 있으나 기술융합을 위한 지식재산서비스에 관한 지원제도는 미미하거나 거의 없는 실정에 있다. 이를 위해 우리나라 산업단지의 현재 기능을 살펴보고 문제점을 분석하여 산업클러스터 내의 기업들이 서로 유기적인 협력을 통하여 융합기술 개발의 시너지 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 길을 모색하며, 특히 한국산업단지공단에 꼭 필요하다고 판단하는 지식재산 관련 지원제도(지식재산지원본부)의 기능과 조직구성에 대한 개념과 산업클러스터 내의 기업에게 지식재산전략 수립을 지원할 수 있는 Flow를 제안하여 산업클러스터의 지식재산서비스 지원방안을 제시하였다.

융합적 특성을 갖는 u-Home 서비스는 다양한 기기 및 네트워크의 상호 연동을 필수적으로 수반한다. 초기 단계인 홈네트워크 산업의 육성을 위해서는 핵심기술의 개발뿐만 아니라 기술표준의 제정, 상용화 적용 및 인증제도의 확립, 융합형 신제품.서비스의 시장형성을 위한 법규와 제도의 정비 등 다방면에 걸친 산업기반 구축이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 u-Home 기술동향을 간략히 살펴보고 표준화 및 서비스 활성화를 위한 정책방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본고에서는 산업-IT융합포럼의 국방 분과 운영 경험을 토대로 국방에 IT를 융합하여 발전시키기 위한 현안을 살펴보고 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보화 관점에서 국방 내 외부 요인을 검토하여 1) 빠르게 변화하는 정보기술에 대한 군사적 적용가능성을 시험 검증하여 신속하게 도입할수 있는 방법 2) 검증된 상용기술 제품에 대하여 중장기 기획관리 절차를 생략하고 빠르게 전력화할 수 있는 제도적 방안 3) 무기체계 개발에 있어 국산 소프트웨어의 채택 4) 현 방산업체가 제작하는 무기체계에 필요한 소프트웨어 개발과 관련하여 일반기업에게도 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 방안을 중점적으로 살펴본다. 특히, 기존 정보화보다는 큰 틀에서 국방과 IT의 융합을 활성화하기 위하여 국가의 산업-IT융합 정책과 보조를 맞추되 국방 내부의 변화에 초점을 두고 IT 시범사업의 활성화, 상용 제품 및 기술의 검증을 위한 실험부대의 설치 및 운용 등의 다양한 개선대안을 제시한다.

디지털 의류는 디지털 기술이 의류에 자연스럽게 융합되면서 옷을 입은 사람뿐만 아니라 외부의 디지털 기기와도 자유로운 소통이 가능한 의류이다. 1990년 후반부터 유럽과 미국에서는 섬유기술에 IT 기술을 융합하는 연구가 계속되고 있으며, 직물부품 및 직물회로를 구현하여 의류에 적용한 바 있다. 초기 디지털 의류는 군복과 같은 특수용도로 개발되었으나 요즘에는 MP3 플레이어 내장 의류, 색깔이 변하는 의류, 헬스케어 의류 등 일상생활용도의 의류가 개발되는 추세이다. 디지털 의류는 신소재 산업, 센서 산업 등 기술 집약 산업의 활성화는 물론, 기존 전통 산업에 IT 기술을 접목함으로써 섬유, 패션, 의류산업의 확장과 활성화에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로 우리나라가 디지털 의류 시장을 선도하기 위해서는 섬유 IT 및 의류 IT융합 핵심기술의 확보가 시급하다. 본 고에서는 섬유 IT 융합분야의 이해를 높이고자 디지털 의류 기술 개발의 동향을 살펴보고 향후 기술발전 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

디지털기술의 발전과 전송망의 광대역화에 따라 기존에 통신과 방송으로 각각 분리되었던 콘텐츠, 네트워크, 단말기 및 서비스의 경계가 허물어지는 융합화현상이 가속화되고 있다. 특히 방송분야와 통신분야의 경계가 모호해지며 통신과 방송 네트워크 및 서비스시장 간 융합현상이 나타나는 방송과 통신의 융합화, 즉 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 서비스는 대표적인 융합화의 큰 흐름을 보여주는 현상이다. 하지만, 지난 수년간 법적 제도적 장치를 마련하는 각 부처 및 산업내의 이해관계가 상충되면서 이러한 사회변화에 능동적으로 대처하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 관련법 제정과 사업자 선정 이후에도 방송통신융합 산업이 활성화가 되기까지 많은 난관에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 방송통신융합(IPTV) 산업의 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구를 통해 모색과 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
