본 연구는 수출중소기업의 재직자를 대상으로 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향 및 글로벌마케팅역량의 하위 변수인 글로벌확장성을 매개변수로 하여 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도와 수출성과 간의 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 독립변수는 기술역량의 하위변수인 연구개발역량, 기술축적역량으로 구분하였고, 수출금융제도를 사용하였다. 전국에 거주하는 수출중소기업의 재직자로부터 수집한 설문지 242부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기술혁신역량은 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량은 수출 성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출금융제도는 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수출금융제도는 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기술혁신역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

(주)산호수출포장은 수출용 목재상자, 철재상자 제조업체로 지난 20년간 축적된 노하우와 경험을 바탕으로 꾸준한 성장, 발전을 거듭해 온 수출포장 대표 기업이다. 특히 중량물 수출포장 부문은 약 300여개 이상의 거래사와 연간 약 130억원 이상의 매출을 유지하고 있으며 지속적인 품질 개선과 기술 개발로 ISO 9001/ISO 14001, 그리고 철재 제조 부문 3개의 특허와 2개의 실용 신안을 획득하여 국제 경쟁력과 기술력을 고루 갖추어 수출포장의 전문화에 앞장서고 있다. 본 고에서는 (주)산호수출포장의 수출용 BOX의 소재전환에 따른 구조 및 공정 개선 사례와 수출품 포장의 고정방법 개선 사례에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 중량물 및 수출 포장업계의 발전을 독려해 보고자 한다.

The country with a relative abundance of human capital conducts relatively more R&D in the steady state than its partner. This country acquires the know-how to produce a relatively wider range of innovative goods. High technology comprises a large share of the national economy in the human-capital rich country and real output growth is faster. This prediction would seem to accord weakly with empirical observation of Korean economy.

This study focused on the Technology export of Korea SMEs. Therefore this study made an empirical analysis for investigating the competitiveness of technology export in Korea SMEs and using panel data 2003-2011 of technology trade data between 72 Countries. In particular, the study deduced the correlation between technology export in Korea SMEs using the variables of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D and Per capita GDP, distance, population, free-trade index, firm R&D against industry value added of country, Patent grants by country to USA fixed effect model in panel linear regression model. It is found that the Technology export of Korea SMEs made a significant effect on the per-GDP, Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D. The results suggest that the study should use technology gap variables and the strategy for activating the Technology export of Korea SMEs should be made for future works.

군사력은 국가경쟁력을 대표할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 세계 각국에서는 군사력 증진을 위한 군사장비의 수출과 수입이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라의 방산수출은 2006년 2.5억불에서 2017년 약 12배 증가한 31.2억불로 2011년부터 6년 연속 20억불 이상 성과를 달성하였으며 방위산업 수출은 탄약 부품류 위주의 수출에서 첨단 기술력에 기반을 둔 고부가가치 무기체계로 수출품목이 다양화 되고 있다. 이렇듯 우리나라도 이제 방위산업 기술보호에 대한 관심과 노력이 반드시 필요한 시기가 도래하였다. 본 연구에서는 수출 시 또는 적의 피탈에 의해 무기체계가 노출되는 상황에서 핵심기술의 유출을 방지하기 위한 기술보호기법에 대해 조사하고 실제 무기체계에 적용하여 구현하였다.

Korea achieved its highest ever defense export performance in 2022. Defense exports are the most effective way to promote the defense industry by exporting Korea's weapons to foreign countries. In addition, to continuously supply excellent weapon systems, a solid defense industry must be established. So defense industry exports are an important issue at the national level, the Korea government is actively supporting policies for the Presidential office as a control tower. In particular, the topic of entry into the defense industry export big4 is being raised in Korea. As an innovative defense export promotion plan, this paper presents a strategic plan of joint research and development that export customized to the needs of purchasing countries and securing cutting-edge technology that can possess world-class weapon systems. In other words, in order to secure cutting-edge technology, the military must break away from existing methods and boldly select cutting-edge technology, provide sufficient budget support, and grant autonomy to development agencies. A rapid acquisition system must also be introduced so that this technology can be applied to advanced weapons in a timely manner. Export joint research and development is intended to promote flexible technology transfer excluding ultra-sensitive core technologies and to form strategic partnerships, taking into account the purchasing country's willingness to possess cutting-edge technology. Through this, we have helped Korea's defense industry exports enter the world's big4 through groundbreaking new strategy.

방위산업의 경우 사업기술 향상의 지원을 위하여 제공하고 있는 산업구조조정자금, 연구개발지원자금 등을 활용하여 방산 물자 수출을 도모하고 있는 업체를 직접적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안을 강구하는 것이 검토되어야 한다. 이외에도 관세환급, 수출입대금결제 방법에 대한 개선 및 연불수출에 대한 지원 등 보다 과감한 자금지원이 있어야 방산 물자의 수출이 제고될 수 있을 것으로 본다.
