chaos이론은 현재 사회과학과 자연과학의 많은 분야에 있어서 연구 수단 또는 연구 대상으로서의 폭발적인 인기를 누리고 있다. 열 . 유체역학, 동력학, 구조역학, 화학(화학 분야에 있어서의 chaos개념은 Prigogine(1978년Nobel상 수상자)과 Stengers의 저서에 잘 기술되어 있음), 플라즈마 물리학, 전자공학, 전기공학 등 우리들에게 친숙한 학문은 말할 것 없고, 의학, 생태학, 생물학, 인구학, 경제학, 회계학 등에서도 종래의 것과는 완전히 다른 시각에서 현상을 분석하고 예측하 려는 노력을 하고 있다. 그리고 최근에는 computer graphics 에서도 간단한 수식 모델로 fractal set를 형성시켜, 각종 나무, 꽃, 파도, 구름등 자연의 산물들을 성공적으로 묘사하고 있다. Gleick는 chaos이론에 의한 각 분야에 있어서의 새로운 현상을 Newton-Einstein 이후의 또 다른 과학 혁명이라 부르고 있다. 그리고, 지금까지의 서양 학문이 줄곧 세부화의 길을 달려 왔으나 chaos에 의해 그 과정이 역으로 될 것이라는 인식이 일고 있다. 이는 chaos의 질서의 법칙이 보편타당성(universality)의 일면을 갖고 있다는데 기인되며, 종합화를 지향하는 동양의 제반 학 문과 그 성격상 일맥상통한 점이 있어, chaos학이 동양인의 기호 학문이 되리라 믿는다.

도서관학에서 교과과정과 교수법을 분리해서 생각할 수 는 없다. 특히 교수법의 중요성은 누구나 공감하고 있으나 지금까지 도서관학은 자체에 알맞은 교수법이 개발되지 못한채, 전통적인 교수법을 답습해오던가 아니면 법률학, 경제학 등 다른 학문분야의 교수법을 그대로 도입해왔기 때문에, 도서관학교수법이 한계를 벗어나지 못하였던 것이다. 그리고 도서관학교수법에 관한 문헌도 좀처럼 보기드물며, 설상 있다고 하여도 대부분이 그 이론을 체계화시키지 못하고 도서관학교육운영상의 절차와 기술만을 다루고 도서관학에 적합한 교수법을 다루지 않은 것이 그 특징이라 할 수 있다. 이 책은 Josefa E. Sabor 교수가 저술한 ${method}^s$ of Teaching librarianship (Paris: Unesco, 1969)에 수록되어 있는 Curriculum을 번역한 것이다. 1976년 8월 Lausanne에서 개최된 IFLA, 총회에서 도서관학교분과위원회(Section of Library Schools)가 “도서관학교의 기준, 1976”(Standards for Library School, 1976, IFLA Journal vol.2, No.4, 1976, pp.209-223)의 “Curriculum" 조항(p.220)에서 이 책을 권장한 것만 보더라도, 이 책은 종전의 도서관학교수법을 탈피해서 실제로 도서관학에 적합한 교수법을 시사한 것이라고 볼 수 있다.

21세기 건설산업 생존을 위한 대토론회가 지난 3월 28일 서울 르네상스호텔 3층 다이아몬드 볼룸에서 대한건설단체총연합회의 주최와 매일경제신문사의 후원으로 개최되었다. 이번 토론회는 최근 건설산업이 건설업계의 경영혁신 등 적극적인 대처에도 불구하고 경기침체가 장기화되고 경쟁이 심화되는 등 생사의 기로에 서 있다고 판단, 이제는 건설산업계가 스스로 생존을 모색함은 물론 과거의 관행과 사고방식에서 탈피하여 시대의 변화에 걸맞는 새로운 패러다임을 모색하기 위해 개최된 것이다. 이날 토론회는 제1주제 건설산업은 왜 위기에 처해 있는가?(음성직/중앙일보 수석논설위원), 제2주제 건설산업은 제값을 받고 있는가?(김경래/한양대학교 건축공학과 교수), 제3주제 건설기술경쟁정책이 존재하는가?(이규제/대림산업 주식회사 전무이사), 제4주제 건설산업에 대한 정부의 역할은 무엇인가?(동의대학교 경제학과 교수) 등 4개의 주제발표와 언론계, 건설관련정책주관부서 담당자, 업계전문가 등 각계의 인사들이 토론자로 참석하여 현 건설산업의 문제점과 나아갈 방향에 대해 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 다음 내용은 이날 발표된 주제 내용을 간추린 것이다.

This paper explores the relationship between technological characteristics within process innovation and selection of the firms of different organizational forms in the evolution of an industry. For this purpose, this paper develops a simulation model for industrial change that replicates dynamic competition for process innovation. The simulation analysis found the following causal relationship. First, the stronger innovation impact in terms of productivity jump tends to enlarge the productivity difference among the incumbent firms and increase the speed of productivity catch-up by the large diversified firms, Second, the possibility of entry, and eventual dominance by the large diversified firms increase when the innovation-productivity linkage is stronger and there is less cumulativeness in productivity determination. These results imply that technological characteristics are important factors that have influence on whether or not the large diversified firms can enter and succeed in an industry.

한류 문화산업은 드라마로부터 시작하여 K-Pop으로 영역이 넓어지는 장르의 다양화와 함께 동남아에서 남미, 유럽까지 지역적 영향력도 커져가고 있다. 문화산업 관련 직종 중 기획-경영 분야에는 문화 예술에 대한 지식과 함께 경제학, 경영학, 기술 분야(CT: Culture Technology)의 다양하고 고도의 융합지식 필요하다. 한류 문화산업 전문가는 또한 한류 문화상품이 영향력을 미치는 중국, 일본, 베트남, 서남 아시아권의 지역정보와 해당 국가의 문화, 법, 제도 이해가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 한류 문화산업의 전문가를 양성하기 위한 산업계의 수요를 분석하고 이들을 양성하기 위한 체계적인 교육과정을 도출하는 프로세스를 제시한다.

정보통신기술의 발전으로 유 무선 인터넷 사용자가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데 무선 인터넷을 이용한 m-Commerce 의 활성화가 기대되고 있다. 이와 더불어 무선 인터넷에서 안전한 m-Commerce를 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 모바일 기기 환경에 맞춘 무선 인터넷 PKI 서비스가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 성능, 네트워크 환경, 서비스 종류, 사용자의 보안 요구 사항에 맞추어 경제학 이론에서 출발한 MAUT(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory)와 간결한 휴리스틱스(Simple Heuristics) 알고리즘을 이용한 보안 등급 프로토콜을 동적으로 결정하는 적응적 보안 정책 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 바탕으로 PKI와 X9.59 기반의 보안 e/m-Commerce를 구축한다.

본 연구는 학교 및 대학 비정규직의 증가 원인과 실태를 파악하고, 이들의 사학연금법 적용에 관하여 형평성과 보장성 측면에서 분석하였다. 1990년대 노동유연화의 일환으로 교육 영역에서 비정규직이 빠른 속도로 증가해 온 가운데 최근 강사법 개정 등 학교 및 대학 비정규직의 처우나 위상에서의 변화가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들이 사학연금법에 적용될 경우, 퇴직급여 측면에서는 지금보다 유리해질 수 있으나, 직무상 재해, 실업, 그리고 모성보호 측면에서는 보장성이 떨어지거나 해당 제도의 부재로 인해 불리해질 수 가능성이 존재한다. 또한 장기재정추계를 실시한 결과, 단기적으로는 재정수지에 긍정적일 수 있지만 중·장기적으로는 점차 부정적으로 작용할 수 있음을 예측할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 학교 및 대학 비정규직을 사학연금법에 적용하기에 앞서 사학연금 차원의 제도 개선이 반드시 선행되어야 함을 제언하였다.

An energy modeling analysis method currently has been considered as a new approach for energy policy research, because the importance of renewable energy use has been emphasized more and more. This study used RETScreen model as a clean energy decision making methodology for adaptation to climate change and elimination of various pollutions. This modeling method includes five step standard analysis; energy model, cost analysis, GHG analysis, financial analysis, and sensitivity & risk analysis and it also assesses both conventional and modern energy sources and technologies. This methodology for the photovoltaic(PV) energy modeling is used to evaluate the energy production, financial performance and GHG emissions reduction of photovoltaic projects. In addition, the PV application systems are classified into three basic applications; On-grid system, Off-grid system and water pumping system. This study assesses the renewable energy techno-economic modeling method with the feasibility analysis result of 10 MW PV power plant in Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates. Furthermore this study stresses the importance of renewable energy model research by applying to domestic PV power plant which is now in preparation.

The effectiveness of the library operation with the least volume is to bring the same amount of utility as the library operating with the largest volume. The major objectives of this study are to evaluate the library collection of Library and Information Division, Korea Rural Economic Institute, the sample library, by the fields and areas of research, and to prepare an alternative for future library collection of KREI. In order to accomplish these objectives, use studies, relative use method, list-checking, and questionaries were used for the analysis.

Korea has passed the Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Facilities in 2015, and the integrated environmental management under the BAT standard is underway. To summarize the nature of integrated environmental management, it is the regulation by the integration of the management of the multi-pollutant source and the technical standard of BATs. In general, in environmental economics, regulation-based on technical standards are known to be inefficient. This paper attempts to evaluate the efficiency of BAT standards from an economic point of view. A simple multi-pollutant model demonstrates that the inefficiency of the environmental tax with imperfect information in a single pollutant situation is amplified under multi-pollutant conditions. The simultaneous introduction of BAT and IPPC can be partially explained by this logic. It is also highlighted by the strengthening of BAT standards by EU, as a countermeasure to the potential deterioration of air quality caused by the change of effective environmental taxes accompanying the fuel and emission price changes.
