Pattern Analysis of Noise Radiated from Household Refrigerator (가정용 냉장고에서 방사되는 소음의 패턴 분석)

  • The noise pattern of a household refrigerator is dependent on the characteristics of its operating cycle which is repeated with a specific pattern depending on various parameters, such as room temperature and performance of its mechanical parts. Analysis of noise pattern is essential prior to evaluation of sound quality of a refrigerator. In this study, 14 units of refrigerator were classified into 4 types according to noise pattern and sort of mechanical part, which helps to analyze characteristics of refrigerator noise. Sound quality metrics(loudness, sharpness, roughness, and fluctuation strength) were calculated to compare noise pattern of the 4 types of refrigerator. The results of this study can be useful to decide noise performance of refrigerator.

Design of the Ku-band Phase Locked Oscillator for high power and low phase noise. (고출력, 저위상잡음 Ku-대역 위상동기발진기설계)

  • The phase locked oscillator having a low phase noise and high output in Ku-band was designed. To obtain the low phase noise and high output characteristics of oscillator, the nonlinear equivalent circuits of p-HEMT was analyzed by TOM method and we have decided the trade-off bias point between the low phase noise and the output power of oscillator. The designed phase locked oscillator with prescaler for stable operation, experiment results exhibits output power of 1003m with phase noise in the phase locked state of -824BC/HB at 10mz offset from 13.250Hz, and simulation result of 1003m output power in the phase noise -840Bc/Hz at 10KHz offset frequency respectively. a good agreement has been obtained between simulations and experiments results.

  • 티타늄과 티타늄 합금은 재료적 특이성 때문에 심장 혈관 임플란트에서 일반적으로 사용되어 왔다. 일찍이 적용된 예로는 인공심장판막, 심박조율기의 보호케이스, 혈액 순환 장치 등이 있다. 하지만 물질유도혈전증(Material-induced thrombosis)은 혈전폐색에 의해 기인한 기능 손실로 심장혈관 임플란트 장치의 주된 합병증으로 존재하고 있으며, 심장혈관 임플란트의 혈전유전자는 심장혈관장치의 발달에 주된 난관 중 하나로 남아있다. 그리고 텍스처 혈액 접합 물질(Textured blood-contacting material)은 1960년대 초반 이후부터 혈액순환 보조 장치의 임상실험에 사용되고 있다. 접합 물질에 내장된 텍스처 섬유조직 표면은 형성, 성장, 안정적 부착, 생물학적 내벽(neointimal layer) 등 유도 혈액(entrapping blood) 성분에 의해 형성된다. 공동(cavity) 형상의 용해 가능한 미립자를 사용하는 SCPL법(Solvent casting/particulate leaching method)은 티타늄 기질 이전에 형성된 폴리우레탄 위에 텍스처(texture)를 생성하기 위해 사용되었다. 또한 콜라겐의 부동화(不動化)에 의한 공동(cavity)은 혈액 접합면에 잔존하기 위한 내피세포를 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다. cpTi로 층화된 PU 기소공성(microporous)은 구조적 특성과 혈전증 감소를 위한 생물학적 내벽 사용의 잠재성을 평가하기 위한 세포 공동체 실험을 통해서 평가되었다.

  • 2004년 2월~5월까지 대구시 달서구 00동 소재에서 연쇄방화가 발생 되어 수사를 하여 오던 중 우리경찰서에서 다방면으로 수사하여 차량화재 방화범 000를 검거 후 기소한 상태에서 공판이 진행되던 과정에서 변호인 측에서 일회용 라이터로는 차량을 착화 또는 발화의 가능성이 현저히 어렵다는 이유로 피고인의 무혐의를 주장하는 변론이 제기되어 00지방검찰청 000 담당검사의 요청에 의하여 혐의를 입증하고 검증할 수 있는 자료를 제출하고 검증자료가 없으면 본 건의 조건에 따르는 실험을 실시하고 감정결과를 제출하라는 지휘에 의거 우리경찰서 과학수사팀에서는 차량(프라이드)을 1대 구입하여 지방경찰청 과학수사팀, 국립과학수사구소 남부분소 이공학실 화재 연구실과 연계하여 차량화재 실험을 실시하고 실험과정 및 발화 행태와 양상을 구체적으로 증명할 수 있는 자료를 조사연구 분석하고 국립과학수사 연구소에서는 00지방검찰청에 촬영 데이터 원본영상과 촬영물, 그리고 감정서를 작성, 실험 결과를 문서화하여 제출하여 혐의를 입증한 사례 연구로 피의자에 대한 혐의 입증시 상황이나 정황 증거보다 실체적 진실증거의 중요성을 재인식 하고자 한다.

다산 정약용의 『중용』해석에 대한 일고찰

  • 이 글은 다산 정약용의 "중용자잠"과 "중용강의"를 주자의 "중용장구" 및 "중용혹문"과 비교 고찰함으로써, 다산의 "중용"의 해석에 나타난 경학적 특징을 드러내는 것을 목적으로 한다. 다산의 "중용"해석을 살펴보려는 우리는 우선 "중용"에 대한 다산의 분장절(分章節), 그리고 "중용"이란 책의 성격을 규정하는 데에서 출발하였다. 주자는 "중용"을 이학(理學)의 관점에서 이해하였지만, 다산은 천명(天命)으로 일관된 책으로 규정하면서 '소사상제지학(昭事上帝之學)'으로 규정하고 있다. II장에서는 '중용(中庸)'을 어떻게 규정하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 주자는 '중(中)'을 불편불의무과불급지명(不偏不倚無過不及之名)으로 규정하고, 용(庸)은 평상(平常)이라고 정의했다. 이에 대해 다산은 중용(中庸)의 연원에 천착하면서, 중(中)에 대한 주자의 정의는 수용하지만, 용(庸)에 대한 해석에는 반대의 입장을 표명하면서 용(庸)이란 경상(經常) 혹은 항상(恒常)으로 해석해야 한다고 주장한다. III장에서는 주자와 다산의 "중용" 해석에서 가장 큰 대비 점을 이루는 구절을 살펴보았다. 그것은 곧 수장(首章)의 구절에서 "군자(君子) 계신호기소불도(戒愼乎其所不睹) 공구호기소불문(恐懼乎其所不聞)"에서 '불도불문(不睹不聞)', "막견호은(莫見乎隱) 막현호미(幕顯乎微)"에서 '은미(隱微)와 신독(愼獨), 그리고 "희노애락지미발(喜怒哀樂之未發) 위지중(謂之中) 발이개중절(發而皆中節) 위지화(謂之和)"에서 '미발(未發)'이라는 구절을 어떻게 해석할 것인가와 연관된다. 여기서 주자는 이학(理學)의 관점에 입각한 해석을 제시했으며, 다산은 상제학(上帝學)의 관점에서 실천지향적 해석을 제시함을 고찰하였다. 주자는 성정(性情)의 체용론의 관점에서 이 구절을 해석했지만, 다산은 모두 상제(上帝)의 조임(照臨)을 자각한 신독군자의 계신공구(戒愼恐懼)로 해석함을 살펴보았다.

  • The end of the 1990s due to the rapid development of Internet communications and two-way communication advertising, public relations, online music, video, movies, e-Book, and distribution of digital content is actively underway. The combination of Internet and TV, as well as born of IPTV and interactive digital content industry's future has become a key industry. However, these two-way communication that illegal adult sites, illegal Bulletin, illegal Ads, PR, shopping mall, illegal music copying, video replication, such as negative due to the emergence of IPTV and is always around us and should be recognized. For example, on the Internet, which has been operating in the ocean sounds from the music copyright issue, the prosecution decided to prosecute because of the digital cultural content, copyright issues has become an important issue. Status and issues of this paper to learn the digital content, using intelligence to solve these problems, two-way communication advertising, public relations and practice of digital content, practices and courses of students vulnerable to offers for the analysis simulation.

Availability of Energy and Reconstruction of Thermodynamics(I) Thermodydamics of the Reversible World (에너지의 가용성과 열역학의 재구성 (I) 가역세계 열역학)

  • In conventional thermodynamics, energy is regarded as a physical quantity transferring from one system to another, but in present study, the real energy is regarded as a physical quantity coming out from one interaction and absorbing into another interaction between two systems. To reconstruct thermodynamics with such a point of view, available work is distinguished from half work in conventional work concepts, and a special space named reversible world is proposed in which every process is reversible and the only measurable quantity is available work and just the equality between the intensities of two systems can be verified. As results, thermodynamic laws are arranged into two principles in the reversible world-conservations of energy elements and conservation of available energy. It means the exsistences of state properties corresponding to transferring energy elements and the available work. The former are extensive properties and the later is named potential work which is a property of the composite system and a kind of mathematical distance. The conventional available energy (exergy) and internal energy can be explained as the special cases of potential work, and the conventional first law of thermodynamics can be derived from the principle of the conservation of available energy. With these new concepts, the description of thermodynamic processes is more comprehensive. The second law of thermodynamics is no longer needed in the reversible world.

A Morphological Study of Intrachondral Articulations in the Korean Water Deer (한국고라니 갈비연골속관절에 관한 형태학적 연구)

  • Intrachondral articulations are the synovial joints that occur within costal cartilage in artiodactyls. The anatomical structure of Korean water deer differs from that of other deer. However, there have been no reports on the occurrence and shape of intrachondral articulations in the deer. To provide information on these articulations, we examined the occurrence and shape of intrachondral articulations in the Korean water deer by gross findings, radiography, computed tomography (CT), and histological observation. These joints often occur in the second to the tenth ribs. Morphologically, they are spheroidal joints, especially from the third to the eighth ribs, and their configuration is discernable in gross findings, radiography, CT, and histological sections. These basic results would be helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the lateral thoracic wall of the Korean water deer.

Proximity Measurement between Communication Objects (통신 객체들 간의 친밀도 측정)

  • Many countries including the US and ED oblige telecommunication service providers to retain communication logs for a certain amount of time. The retained data are used for the purpose of the investigation, detection, or prosecution of serious crimes, but of huge size. In order to efficiently extract information such as a correlation between criminals and suspects, we must eliminate unnecessary data that occupy a large portion of communication logs. In this paper, we propose how to measure the proximity between communication objects using communication logs. The proximity let the collected data be analyzed efficiently: analyzing the data in the decreasing order of proximities or removing the data with low proximities before analyzing. The experimental results show that there is a correlation between proximities of our proposed measurement and estimation by people.

The right to life and Capital punishment (헌법상 생명권과 사형제도)

  • The Capital punishment is a sentence which imposes the defendant to be put to death for his crime, thus depriving him/her of life and it's the heaviest punishment of all. It is a very sensitive issue in the sense that it denies a person's life and dignity. It is also an on-going issue which continues to cause political and ethical controversies. Although there is no direct stipulation acknowledging capital punishment in the constitution, there is controversy on the existence of indirect basis. The Art. 12. I. can not be regarded as an indirect provision if it is interpreted to have criminal punishments stipulated by written law. As the supreme Court and the Constitution Court are supporting the capital punishment which seems unconstitutional, legislative examination is inevitable. Considering the fact that the Constitution is neither for nor against the death penalty positively, it is possible to abolish it by enactment of a law and thus, constitutional amendment would not be needed.
