  • 본 논문에서는 2GHz의 패치폭과 그라운드면의 폭이 같은 QMSA의 구조를 설계 및 제작하였고, QMSA의 구조를 변형하여 용량을 장하한 QMSA와 기생소자를 갖는 QMSA를 제안하였다. QMSA의 구조는 한 쪽 끝이 전기적으로 단락된 λ/4의 구조로 설계하였으며, 용량을 갖는 QMSA는 상측 평행 평판과 하측 평행 평판 사이의 용량을 구성시킴으로써 리턴로스와 공진주파수의 변화를 비교 평가하였다. 또한, 기생소자를 갖는 QMSA의 구조는 상측 평행 평판위에 기생소자를 가변함으로써 안테나를 소형화할 수 있었다. QMSA는 2GHz의 중심주파수를 갖고 2%의 대역폭을 갖으며, 용량의 변화와 기생소자의 길이에 따라 공진주파수의 변화를 보였다.

The Effect of Temperatures on the Biological Characteristics of Two Aphid Parasitoids Aphelinus asychis (Walker) and Aphelinus varipes (Förster) (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) on Two Aphid Hosts (진딧물 기생봉 목화면충좀벌과 진디면충좀벌의 기주와 온도에 따른 생물학적 특성 비교)

  • This study compared the Aphelinus varipes and Aphelinus asychis in terms of how they parasitized the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii and green peach aphid, Myzus persicae. Host-feeding, parasitism, emergence, the proportion of females and development time were all studied at 15, 20, 25 and $30^{\circ}C$ in controlled climate cabinets. When A. gossypii were provided for the two aphid parasitoids, the number of aphids killed by host-feeding for A. varipes (5.4 and 9.7 aphids) at $15^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ was higher than those for A. asychis (2.0 and 2.9 aphids). At $15^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$, the parasitized A. gossypii were higher in A. varipes (11.1 and 21 aphids) than in A. asychis (7 and 12.3 aphids). The emergence rate was also significantly different between A. varipes (83.3%) and A. asychis (69.4%). The proportion of females was higher for A. asychis (75.2 and 73.9%) than for A. varipes (19.5 and 48.6%) at $15^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. No significant differences were found in development time between the two parasitoids. When M. persicae were provided for the two parasitoid species, the host-feeding number and the emergence rate of two parasitoids were not different at all four temperatures. The M. persicae were more highly parasitized by A. varipes (12.1 and 17.1 aphids) than by A. asychis (6.1, 10 aphids) at 20 and $25^{\circ}C$. The proportion of females for A. varipes (65.3 and 90.0%) was higher than that for A. asychis (34.4 and 78.8%) at $15^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$. The development time from oviposition to the adult emergence of A. varipes (19.9 d) was significantly longer than that of A. asychis (16.5 d) at $20^{\circ}C$. Development times decreased with increasing temperature for both in two parasitoid species.

  • Plant-parasitic nematodes were surveyed at peach orchards in Gyeongbuk province for three years from 2000 to 2002. Species, density, frequency, Simpson's index, Shannon and Wiener index, and prominence value were analyzed. Plant-parasitic nematodes were isolated from 97 orchards out of 124 orchards. More important plant-parasitic nematode genera on peach were Tylenchorhynchus nudus, Criconemoides informis, Paratylenchus elachistus, Pratylenchus vulnus, and Helicotylenchus digonichus. Aphelenchus sp., Tylenchus sp., Heterodera sp., Scutellonema sp. were found, but were not important. Root-knot nematodes were not found even though they were serious in foreign countried.

  • 겨우살이는 땅에 뿌리를 박아서 사는 것이 아니라 흡근(吸根)으로 살아있는 나뭇가지에 뿌리를 박아 살아가는 기생목으로서 엽록소를 가진 상록관목이다. 모든 나무들이 낙엽진 겨울에도 홀로 푸름을 유지하고 있어 신성시되고 있다. 더욱이 잔가지가 Y자로 계속 갈라져 그 끝에 육질의 앞이 프로펠러처럼 역시 Y자로 붙어 있으며, 겨울에 투명한 노란색에 가까운 콩같이 둥근 열매가 달리는 것이 특이한 모양을 했음인지 많은 민속과 전설을 낳았다. 겨우살이는 우리나라뿐만 아니라 외국에도 널리 분포하는데 우리나라에서는 겨우살이라고 부르고, 일본에서는 야도리기(기생목(寄生木)), 중국에서도 기생목 또는 동청(冬靑), 상기생 등으로 부르며 라틴어로는 Viscum, 불란서 말로는 gui, 프랑스어로는 mistel이라 하여 모두 신비한 식물로 취급하는 점만은 공통적이다.

STUDIES ON THE TREMATODE LERVAE INFECTED IN THE HARD CLAM, MERETRIX LUSORIA (대합에 기생하는 흡충유 유충의 연구)

  • Larval morphogenesis and infection rates of Cercaria pectinata Huet were investigated in regards to histological changes and mortality of the hard clam, Meretrix lusoria $(R\ddot{o}ding)$, in Buan located on the Western Coast of Korea. The trichocerous cercariae, Cercaria pectinata, and its sporocysts parasitize mainly in the tissues of goand, digestive gland and gills of the hard clams. One branched sporocyst grows into a great number of cylindrical sporocysts, and a heavily infected clam possesses 2,000 to 5,000 cylindrical spo ro cysts. Each of them produces approximately 30 to 70 germinal cells and cercariae. Of 2,639 clams examined 347 individuals $(13.2\%)$ were found to be infected. The infection rates showed seasonal variations, the rate being highest $(29.6\%)$ in July, and lowest $(2.0\%)$ in March. Whereas, the infection rates did not change significantly with the changes of size class of the shell. No infection was observed in Meretrix petachialis (Lamarck) collected from Myeong-ji, Kimhae Gun located near Busan. In the iefected clams, the gametogenesis (oogenesis and apermatogenesis) did not undergo completely, therefore the heavily infected clam seemed to be castrated. Also the tissues of the digestive gland and gills were compressed by the multiplication of the parasites. When they were kept in aquariums in the laboratory, high mortality has occurred in the infected clams. All of the 60 infected clams died within 35 days.

  • The study of cultural consumers plays an important role in selecting actors, location selection, marketing, and scenarios in movies and series, and in box office factors. In particular, the study of cultural consumers of OTT original contents can produce viewer-tailored works by utilizing massive viewing data, social media user analysis, and location-based information. The research method analyzed the emotional vocabulary of text mining N-gram, CONCOR, and Bayesian classifier machine learning. Through the Netflix work 'Parasyte: The Gray' based on a comic book, the analysis of cultural consumption patterns of cultural consumers, actor selection, implications of genre change, complex human emotional narrative, location selection, and the effects of VFX were analyzed. In addition, the changed story development and storytelling structure were examined through Dan Harmon's 8 stages of hero storytelling. This study will save costs and time in cultural content development and the entertainment industry through the response factors of cultural consumers in OTT original contents and considerations for production.

  • The infection of parasites causes all kinds of parasitosis. The parasites that causes ophthalmic diseases are Protozoa, Nematodes, Cestodes and so on. These parasites has specific connection chains in between parasite and vector, parasite and host, host and host. If these connection chains were polluted or exposed into the worsened environments, the parasite are infected into human body which is its host. The parasite causes the destroy of organic tissues or inflammation and allergic responses by its toxicity and resistance of the host. In worst case, it might cause blindness. In order to prevent these disease, we should keep the clean and clear living environment of every human being.

  • This study was carried out with blue mussels at Otsuchi Bay in Japan from August 1981 to May 1982, in order to investigate the effect of the parasitic pea crab (Pinnotheres pholadis) on the reproductive capacity of host blue mussels (Mytilus edulis galloprovincialis). The results show that pea crabs delay gonad development of host mussels about one month and lower their fatness rate by intercepting nutrients. The parasitization with pea crabs is thought not to prevent spawning activity itself, but to reduce the number of germ cell resulting in the reduced space of gonads.
