5월은 81년도 소득분에 대한 소득세 확정신고의 달이다. 각 양축가들이 별도로 경리직원 또는 세무고문을 두고 세법 소정의 장부조직을 하여 기장에 의거해 세무신고를 하는 경우는 별 문제가 않되겠으나 대부분의 경우는 그렇지 못하여 정부 추계 결정을 받거나 기타 세금 문제에 별로 접해보지 못한 양축가들에게 소득세 확정신고의 달에 즈음하여 축산업과 관련한 소득세 신고에 대한 기사를 게재한다.

본 기사에서는 현재 시장을 지배하는 세 종류의 병렬 컴퓨터 구조들, 즉 대칭 멀티 프로세서 구조(SMP), 클러스터 구조, 그리고 ccNUMA 구조(NUMA로 더 잘 알려져 있음)에 대한 오해에 관해 이야기하고자 한다. 각각의 구조들이 가진 특성들이 OLTP환경, 의사 결정 지원 작업 부하량, 고효용성, 그리고 시스템 관리 측면에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는가 하는 문제에 토론의 초점을 맞추고자 한다.

This study investgated citation pattems of publication by researchers in eledncal and electronics engineering in Korea. As sources to derive citation$ Koran Peridcals Index (KPI) and the INSPEC database were seleded, and some 235 articles indexed in KPI and 189 arbcles indexed in INSPEC yielded 3,414 citations. It Identhd the citation behavior of researchers in the field, compared citabn behavior by author affhation (government, universities, and industry/cnmprues), and compared the catation patterns exhibited by articles taken from Kroean and non- Korean publications. Based on the fin-, it was concluded that the citation analysis results could ydd helpful information for the provision of library and information center services and collection development. It a h provided recommendation for the mformation senrim in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.

Objective : The purposes of this study are to examine the correlations among work ability and sleep quality in bus driver and to find the factors affecting work ability. Methods : The participants were 120 inpatients with bus driver. The Work Ability Index(WAI) was used for measuring work ability and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was utilized to measure sleep quality. The relationships among the variables were examined with Pearson correlation coefficients. And the stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed to identify the predictive variables that explain changes of work ability. Results : As a result of analyzing correlation of variables affecting work ability, there was negative correlation in contact sleep quality(p<.001) and working hours(p<.001). Finally, Work ability was identified as a factor that explains 48.2% of change in sleep quality(p<.001) and working hours(p<.01). Conclusion : It was found that intimacy of bus driver was a major variable to affect work ability. The sleep quality and working hours should be considered as a way to improve the bus driver work ability.

본 논문에서 문서는 문서관계도라고 하는 그래프로 표현된다. 노드는 문서의 구성요소인 문장을 표현하고, 링크는 노드들 간의 의미적인 관계를 나타낸다. 의미적 관계는 유사도에 의해서 결정되며, 문장의 중요도는 도합유사도로 나타낸다. 도합유사도는 한 노드와 인접한 노드들 사이의 유사도 합을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 도합유사도를 이용한 한국어 문서요약 기법을 제안한다. 실험에 사용된 평가용 요약문서는 정보처리 관련 분야에서 수집된 논문 100편과 KORDIC 에서 구축한 신문기사 105 건을 이용하였다. 문서요약 시스템에 의해서 생성된 요약문서의 크기가 본문 20%이고, 본문이 논문(서론과 결론)일 경우, 재현율과 정확률은 각각 46.6%와 76.9%를 보였으며, 또한 본문이 신문기사일 경우, 재현율과 정확률은 각각 30.5%과 42.3%를 보였다. 또한 제안된 방법은 상용시스템보다 좋은 성능을 보였다.

The purpose of this research, paying attention on the exaggerated advertisements on online sport media, was to investigate the illegality of the article typed advertisement of online sport media. The results of this research were as follows; First, the article typed advertisements are the assets of the media company as other articles or advertisements. Second, the persons of capacity to act are defined with sport online media, advertiser and customers. Third, the exaggerated advertisements of the sport online media and advertiser are regulated by Korean legal system. Fourth, when victims occurred, the rights of claim for damages could be activated based on the article 750 of the Korean Civil Law. Fifth, the liability for damages may be imposed by Korean Civil Law to the sport online media restrictively.

The purpose of this study is to explore the trend of blockchain technology through analysis of patents and news articles using text mining, and to suggest the blockchain policy agenda by grasping social interests. For this purpose, 327 blockchain-related patent abstracts in Korea and 5,941 full-text online news articles were collected and preprocessed. 12 patent topics and 19 news topics were extracted with latent dirichlet allocation topic modeling. Analysis of patents showed that topics related to authentication and transaction accounted were largely predominant. Analysis of news articles showed that social interests are mainly concerned with cryptocurrency. Policy agendas were then derived for blockchain development. This study demonstrates the efficient and objective use of an automated technique for the analysis of large text documents. Additionally, specific policy agendas are proposed in this study which can inform future policy-making processes.

The objective of this study is to conduct a thermal-hydraulic analysis on the spent fuel pool and to evaluate a parametric effect for the thermal-hydraulic analysis of spent fuel pool. The selected parameters are the Reynolds Number and the gap flow through the oater gap between fuel cell and fuel bundle. The simplified flow network for a path of fuel cells is used to analyze the natural circulation phenomenon. In the flow network analysis, the pressure drop for each assembly from the entrance of the fuel rack to the exit of the fuel assembly is balanced by the driving head due to the density difference between the pool fluid and the average fluid in each spent fuel assembly. The governing equations ore developed using this relation. But, since the parameters(flow rate, pressure loss coefficient, decay heat, density)are coupled each other, iteration method is used to obtain the solution. For the analysis of the YGN 3&4 spent fuel rack, 12 channels are considered and the inputs such as decay heat and pressure loss coefficient are determined conservatively. The results show the thermal-hydraulic characteristics(void fraction, density, boiling height)of the YGN 3&4 spent fuel rack. There occurs small amount of boiling in the cells. Fuel cladding temperature is lower than 343.3$^{\circ}C$. The evaluation of parametric effect indicates that flow resistances by geometric effect are very sensitive to Reynolds number in the transition region and the gap flow is negligible because of the larger flow resistance in the gap flow path than in the fuel bundle.

The purpose of this study is to objectively analyze the trend of media articles related to the 'high school credit system' (2017~2019: 3 years), which has become the biggest concern among Korean education policies, through BIGKinds, a news data big data analysis service for media companies. The main research methodologies were BIGKinds system's specific search term news search, news trend analysis, keyword extraction and wordcloud implementation, network analysis and network picture presentation. The research results are as follows; First, the number of articles related to the high school credit system that appeared in major media outlets in Korea for 3 years from 2017 to 2019 was 3,649. The number of articles was sharply increased at a certain point about 4 times, based on the government's announcement of related policies. It showed an increasing news trend. Second, the top 20 keywords that emerged from the press articles related to the high school credit system for 3 years of analysis were presented, and it was confirmed that the keyword change by year appeared. Third, the network of media articles related to the high school credit system was visualized and presented in different ways by person, institution, and keyword. The results of this study confirmed that the high school credit system education policy was adopted as the representative education policy of the Moon Jae-in government, and is proceeding in the policy decision stage and policy implementation stage.
