This paper attempts to analyze Starcraft by Greimas's Carre Semiotique and the theory of structure generation semiotics, which are useful for non verbal text as well as verbal text. First, by using the Christian Metz's grand syntagma theory and principle, this study articulated the text of starcraft. As a result, it revealed that Starcraft has the axis of sense of war and has the primary sense categories of production and destruction. The sense of the Starcraft is being generated by these axis of sense and sense categories. This analysis is expected to be a stepstone for the furthermore analysis of narrative and discoursive level.

${\ulcorner}수변복원(水邊 復元, stream restoration){\lrcorner}$은 미 연방정부의 관련 기관들이 공동으로 참여하여 1998년 10월 발간한 하천과 그 연변의 복원을 위한 종합적인 가이드라인이다. 이 책은 "원칙, 과정, 실무"라는 부제가 붙어 있다. 이 책의 제작 취지는 연방 정부의 범 기관 차원에서 전국에 악화되가는 하천과 그 연변을 복원하는데 있어 실무자들에게 개념적, 방법적, 기술적 가이드라인을 제공하는 것이다. 이 가이드 라인의 제작에 참여한 기관은 농무성, 환경청, 상무성, 국방성(공병단), 내무성 등 15개 기관이다. 이를 위하여 각 기관에서 양해 각서를 조인하여 하천 기술자들은 물론, 생물, 생태, 조경, 하천 형태 등 관련 100명 이상의 전문가들이 '연방기관 수변복원 실무그룹'을 구성하여 추진하였다. 이 가이드라인 구조는 3부와 9장, 그리고 부록으로 구성되어 있으며, 원색사진과 그림을 강조하며 추후 수정보완을 위해 바인더로 만들어졌다. 이 가이드라인은 기본적으로 손상이 된 하천의 복원 설계보다는 손상이 안된 하천의 구조와 기능 이해에 더 중점을 두었다. 따라서 이것 하나만으로 하천 복원에 관한 모든 기술적 지식을 얻기는 어렵다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 가이드라인 제작팀의 규모와 노력 등을 고려할 때 당분간 미국은 물론 세계적으로 하천 복원과 자연형 하천공법 등의 실무에 상당한 기여를 할 것으로 보인다.

The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WlPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. Their are disagreements between developed countries and underdeveloped countries about intellectual property protection agreements of TK, GR. The developed countries insist on using, the existing intellectual property protections, but the underdeveloped countries ask new ones on character of TK, GR, It causes intangible assets to be valuable trade properties in future world trade. We have to make national plans to face agreements about IP of TK, GR in WIPO with our own TK, GR. We must have a basic attitude about laying down these plans such as raising national economy, considering our TK, GR to be relics of mankind culture. In addition to these, it needs accurate analysis about agreements in WIPO, our TK, GR, scientific mechanical level and capital power.

Even though, anterior knee pains are most frequently encountered in knee clinics, many physicians use a 'recipe'-type of approach to their treatment. But many predisposing factors have been included internal rotation of the femur, valgus knee alignment, external rotation of the extensor mechanism, patellar alta, a flat trochlear groove, patella with poor congruence and ligatmentous laxity. Many scientific principles on which these commonly used treatment are based, can lead to refinements and improvement in treatment. We reviewed and summarized the recent functional anatomical and biomechanical data that are most relevant to the contemporary treatment of patellofemoral joint disorders.

Promulgation of the medical practice rule without specific definition in Medical Law has brought about many constitutional issues. The major issue is that the law has the government punish unlicensed medical practice without defining what it is. Instead, the law chooses a license-centered structure of criminal punishment for medical malpractice, saying "no one can practice medicine without the government-approved license." This regulation violates the rule of "void for vagueness" based on the principle of "nulla poena nullum crimen sine lege." Judicial interpretation should be required for a citizen to understand the Medical Law provision intuitively. In addition, the law infringes upon the freedom of occupation of the unlicensed and the licensed who wish to extend his or her practice area for "holistic medicine." The central issue of the law is that it was established under no ground of professionalism even though medical practice has been understood professional. The government has centrally controlled the medical field for its needs. Lastly, the current law violates the right of medical selection of the consumers of medicine. Because patients have the right of health and life, they have to hold the latitude of selection for medical treatments. Especially, they should have an opportunity for considering the Complementary and Alternative Medicine if they want. But under the current rules, this medicine is not permitted. To correct those problems, a new provision for the definition of medical practice should be adopted at once.

Fire has developed from the inter-action of heat at the early state and it is very difficult to estimate the magnitude of the fire. Cone Calorimeter can obtain the important material properties from the exposed part of it. It can be contained that ignition, loss of mass, heat release rate, smoke generation, and gas analysis. The purpose of this study is emphasize on the properties of structural steels in terms of physical, mechanical and that will be important way to build the databases of fire safety.

When enforcing fire investigation, duty for basic principles, responsibility of investigation, report deadline, and all sorts of standard forms are based on fire investigation report regulation which is internal instructions. This study has a purpose to prepare alternatives that are absent in Korea or have to be strengthened by comparing and examining Japanese and Chinese fire investigation report regulations with Korean one. As a result, it appears that Korea needs to standardize the report deadline of urgency fire and general fire into 30 days when additional investigation is needed, have investigators draw delays reports up when they exceed the deadline not to make work vacuum, and found and organize forms of certificate of custody and return for all fire related materials when investigators require data from fire-related people, to improve whole systems.

This study investigates preservice teachers' development of subject-matter knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge in teaching function concept. This development takes place in the pedagogical mathematics courses in which the theory of constructivism and cooperative learning theory are aligned. Pre and post courses test were administered to examine the development and the follow-up interviews were conducted to gain more details. Analysis of the written questionnaire results and interview transcripts reveal that their limited concept image can be extended and developed in depth through pedagogical mathematics courses that apply reformed teaching methods.

본 논문에서는 아동은 성인에 비하여 신체적 정신적으로 미성숙하며, 특히 범죄에 있어서는 스스로 대응할 수 있는 능력이 부족한 존재로서 우리 사회 전체가 함께 협력하여 범죄로부터 최우선으로 보호하여야 할 대상이다. 그리나 최근 아동을 대상으로 하는 강력범죄 및 학교 내외에서 발생하는 범죄들이 지속적으로 증가하면서 해마다 이에 대한 대안 및 정책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 아동들은 주로 학교나 통학로, 주거지를 비롯한 주요 활동범위 내에서 범죄 피해를 당한다. 이러한 범죄의 피해를 예방하기 위해 도입된 '환경설계를 통한 범죄예방 기법 (CPTED)'은 도입 초기에 기대와는 달리 지역사회와의 고립이 초래되고, 일률적인 학교 시설 내에 CPTED가 범죄의 사각지대를 만드는 등의 부작용이 초래되고 있다. 또한 지역사회의 아동대상범죄 예방활동 역시도 지역 내 소통부재 및 예산확보 문제 등으로 지역 내 시설의 차별이 생기기도 하며, 제대로 된 범죄 예방활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 CPTED의 가이드라인 제정 및 공간의 차이를 통한 다양한 기법의 적용방법을 모색하여 학교 내 시설에서의 아동대상범죄를 예방하고, 전 세계적 추세의 통한 아동안전친화도시 조성을 위한 조례제정 및 기본원칙을 제언하고자 한다.

The author treated a case with combined male erectile disorder and hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Treatment consisted of concurrent psychotherapy, sex therapy, and self-hypnosis lasting 9 months. I suggest that psychotherapy is essential for the treatment of sexual desire disorder especially complicated with deep-seated psychological conflicts, in addition, it is necessary to apply various strategies flexibly in according to the patients' need. I have experienced that self-hypnosis is tremendously useful in the enhancing sexual fantasy and for the arousal of psychological pleasure as well as the maintenance of erection in the phase of sexual excitement.
