The general rule of boundary delimitation is a the principle of equidistant. The principle of equidistant is a method that determine boundary delimitation from fixed distant of baseline or basepoint. In this paper, study Two-Point Algorithm and Three-Point Algorithm that are widely used. and developed the Boundary Delimitation Program to verify the result and error. This program is specially useful for maritime boundary delimitation problem because there is no artificial and natural object in sea to determine boundary. As a result The mid-points computed on Ellipsoid have small error rather than mid-points on plane or sphere without any distortion by map projection. Through developing boundary delimitation program, can eliminate the various manipulation error using paper map, and quickly cope with maritime boundary delimitation negotiation. Also, verify that the error of basepoint in baseline is propagate the mid-point in mid-line, and determine suitable reference plane.

The purpose of this study is principle and theory of main class in a Library Classification. According to Sayers, 'The foundation of the library is the book; the foundation of librarianship is classification.' We looked at the between scientific and bibliographic classification, and at the fact that bibliographic scheme is usually an aspect classification. That is to say, the organization of topics is based on areas or activity and the first division of the scheme is into disciplines or subject domains. This first division of classification creates what are called main class. The sequence of main classes is also important. A rough definition of a amin class is that it corresponds to a sin91e notational character. Main classes usually equivalent to traditional disciplines. What constitutes a main class will vary from one classification to another. The order in which the main classes are listed is often discussed at the theoretical level, and some orders are considered to be better than others.

This study examines the changing paradigm of family welfare policy and tries to find an appropriate model for the delivery system of family welfare service. First, the study reviews the contexts of family policy in new paradigm, and traces the changing process of family welfare-related administration from the ministry of human and health to the ministry of family and gender equality. Second, the study examines the principles of the delivery system for family welfare service to pursue the advancement of family policy. In conclusion, it proposes an alternative model for the successful settlement into community of family welfare delivery system, and a desirable position and role of family support center. The principles of the delivery system of family welfare service is fundamentally to make family policy come realistic, such as strengthening family stability through the harmonic reconciliation of work and family, preventing any forms of families from social safety net, and securing happy lives. Comprehensiveness, continuity, effectiveness, and accessibility of the system are also needed. In particular, family support center, recently very controversial, could be better as a representative council of networking various kinds of community organizations in the fields of family welfare enhancement, rather than organization of direct service provision, such as family counselling, education and therapy. Finally, an alternative model of delivery system for family welfare service is presented.

As implant can be covered by National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), it was increased the interest in the removable partial denture (RPD) with the surveyed fixed prosthesis supported by implant fixture. To achieve predictable result, it needs the prudent implant planning by basic principles of RPD and patient's residual ridge. This 67 years old age male had a few unilateral remaining teeth, and hoped the treatment covered by NHIS. As using CAD software, the position of implant is planned with regarding to occlusal table of provisional denture, basic principles of RPD, and resorbed residual ridge. The definitive prostheses can ensure the stability and retention of removable prosthesis. When planning implant fixed prostheses, the digital technique was utilized to consider basic principle of RPD and resorbed residual ridge. As a result, it provided satisfactory prostheses.

South Korea's medical system has dual systems-that is, Oriental and Western Medicine. Both are different from method for diagnosis or treatment of diseases and Scientific principle. Of the characteristics of Oriental medical practice in comparison with Western medical practice, notably, it is difficult to acknowledge specific constitutions, Oriental medical doctors' discretion is broad, and Oriental medical practice has a low invasiveness. Thus, it is difficult to acknowledge human specific constitutions when grounded on Oriental medical principles, thereby making it difficult for Oriental medical doctors to argue such specific constitutions as a means of defending against their medical negligence. And, it is difficult to prove Oriental medical doctors' negligence because Oriental medical doctors' scope of discretion is broad. Collaboration of Oriental medicine and western medicine can diagnose and treat the patient's diseases from a different viewpoint, making both medicines complementary. Oriental medicine and western medicine are independent of each other, equal, thus making them divided horizontally. Horizontal medical service division involves the principle of trust, but the principle of trust does not always apply to Oriental medicine and western medicine, because if patients shift from one area of medicine to another, the scientific principle, diagnostic method and treatment method of that medical area should be different. Application of the principle of trust to both of them needs to be analyzed according to types of medical institutions where transfers occur, and to the scope of work division between them.

본 보고서는 일본의 에너지전략을 기본원칙인 3E (에너지의 안전공급, 경제성장, 지구환경보전)를 염두에 두면서 2030년을 겨냥해 청정에너지인 LP가스에 관한 장기 비젼을 포함, 그 달성과 문제해결을 위한 중요한 정책수단인 기술정책 전략보고서를 번역한 것이다. 본 보고서는 일본의 LPG산업 정책에 대하여 LPG업계 여러분야 전문가들이 3회의 위원회, 10회의 분과회, 공청회를 개최하고, 검토한 것으로서 "LPG분야의 기술개발 전략"이라고 정리되어 있다. 이 "LPG분야의 기술개발 전략"보고서를 참고로 향후 우리나라 LPG분야의 기술개발이 향상되고, LPG업계의 발전에 조금이라도 도움이 되기를 기대하면서 이 보고서를 게재한다.

CRM은 기존 고객을 잘 관리하면서 새로운 고객을 유치하는 마케팅비용은 기존고객 유지비용의 몇 배라는 기본적인 원칙에 의한 접근이다. 물론, 데이터베이스 마케팅, 이메일 마케팅이 기존고객 유지의 수단이 될 수도 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 신경망을 이용한 분석 eCRM 시스템의 컴포넌트를 설계 구현하였다. 이는 특성화된 컴포넌트 기반으로 개발되었으며, 기존 데이터 환경을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 모듈(module) 개발을 통하여 사용자들이 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 환경을 지원한다.

계산능력이 제한된 8비트 마이크로프로세서에 적합하도록 모든 기본 연산을 8비트 단위로 처리하는, 블록 크기는 64비트, 키 크기는 128비트인, Feistel 구조의 블록 암호 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘의 안전도는 잘 알려진 two-key triple-DES[ANSI86]나 IDEA[Lai92]와 비견할 만하며, 처리속도는 single-DES[NBS77]보다도 10∼20배 빠르다. 본 논문에서는 이 알고리즘의 설계원칙 및 안전성 분석에 대하여 설명하였고, 다른 알고리즘과의 통계적 특성 및 성능에 대해서도 비교하였다.

인터넷 온라인 유통업은 기본적으로 다량의 트랜잭션 발생을 전제로 한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 프로세스 처리를 목표로 한 프로세스 에이전트를 정의하고 이들의 활동 프레임웍을 제시하고 있다. 인터넷 온라인 유통업을 대상으로 내부 프로세스를 분석해 보았으며 이를 토대로 다양한 운영층 프로세스 에이전트 유형과 특성을 정의하였다 또한, 다수의 에이전트로 구성된 프로세스 에이전트팀 조직과 활동 원칙도 제시하였다. 에이전트의 구현을 위해 멀티쓰레딩 기법을 사용하였다. 단순한 데이터처리를 담당하는 운영층 프로세스 에이전트에 대한 연구는 향후 보다 복잡한 지능을 가진 전략층 프로세스 에이전트에 대한 연구로 발전할 것이다.
