수도시설은 가장 먼저 설치되기 시작한 공공 인프라 중의 하나이다. 또 수돗물은 정부가 제공하는 가장 기본적인 공공 서비스이다. 지금까지 우리나라는 도로, 교랑 등 각종 인프라를 새롭게 건설하고 확장하는데 주력해 왔다. 하지만 이제 기존의 인프라를 어떻게 개량(refurbish)할 것인지에 대해 고민할 때가 다가오고 있다.

부산 다대포항 인근에 있는 해수욕장, 생태공원, 다기능 어항, 몰운대, 낙조분수 등의 해양 인프라를 활용하여 해양보호구역으로 지정된 개발가능 무인도서인 나무섬을 보전하고 활용하는 방법과 의의를 분석하였다. 특히 기존의 해양 인프라를 기반으로 하여 친수 네트워크를 구축함으로써 개별적 잠재력이 더욱 더 종합적으로 발전될 것이며 인간과 자연이 공존할 수 있는 근본적인 방법이 될 것이다.

While South Korea's wire and witless communications attain a world-wide level in the latest information-oriented society, North Korea's communications infra get fared with underdeveloped situation even not to meet a basic telephone demand as the 70's in South korea. The exchange and cooperation between the Sout h and North' korea's in the formation & telecommunication field implies the important point that makes ready for the reunification of North and South as the core of the exchange and cooperation in an economic and society, other field. Therefore a communications satellite as the infrastructure for the network construction preparing the reunification can be the most suitable plan for the communication infrastructure in korea's area be cause it is easy to build a network and gets an advantage to service all area of south anti north korea at a n/time.

V2G를 활성화기 위해서는 전기차 보급이 우선이며, 보급에 따라 충전인프라 구축도 이루어져야 할 것이다. 해외에서는 전기차 보급과 충전인프라 구축을 위해 많은 보조금 지급, 세금 감면, 의무화 제도, 기타 혜택 등을 통해 V2G를 활성화 하기 위한 기본적인 사항들을 준비 중에 있으며, 실제로 많은 성장을 통해 보급도 상당하게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 위에 언급하였던 전기자와 충전인프라가 기본적으로 구축이 되었다면 그 뒤에 설계를 해야 할 부문은 충 방전 요금제로 보인다. V2G를 통해 우리는 전력수요피크 삭감, 주파수예비조정, 비상발전 등의 용도로 사용을 할 수 있으며, 사용 목적에 따라 요금을 어떤 방식으로 적용이 될 것인지는 앞으로 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 현재 국내에는 전기차 충전요금제는 지정되어 사용되고 있는 실정이며, 방전요금제는 설계가 되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 전기차 충전요금 사례를 비교하고 앞으로 V2G가 활성화 되었을 시 필요한 방전요금제 설계방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enable to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of five areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, R&D, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solution for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

(고도 정보통신 네트워크 사회형성 기본법(통칭 : IT 기본법))의 기본 이념과 역할에 대하여 서술함과 동시에, 이것에 기초하여 고속 접근이 가능한 인터넷망을 정비하여 세계 최첨단의 (IT 국가)를 지향하는 (e-Japan 전략)에 대하여 살펴본다. 그리고 그것을 구체화하여, 고도 정보통신 네트워크 사회형성을 위해 정부가 신속하고도 중점적으로 실시해야 하는 시책의 전모를 명확하게 밝힌 (e-Japan 중점계획)의 세부사항에 대하여 법적 관련성을 중심으로 살펴본다. 또한 IT 사회에 있어서, 글로벌 네트워크 형성 및 이것을 이용한 전자상거래 등에 관해서는 국가간의 제휴.조정이 불가결하다는 인식을 기본으로 국제적인 IT법의 환경정비에 대해서 다루기로 한다.

The Emirate of Abu Dhabi is swiftly rising into a newly industrialized country by achieving economic prosperity among the Islamic cultural regions of Middle East and North Africa(MENA). Abu Dhabi Emirate is performing the conversion from oil economy to non-oil economy and the sustainable urban development policy. However, there are various social and environmental problems in Abu Dhabi. In order to solve the urban problems caused by the rapid economic growth and the changes in society and environment, Abu Dhabi is recognizing the importance of spatial information and triggering the establishment of spatial information. Spatial information is regarded as a basic infrastructure for urban construction and enlarged as a blue ocean market in Abu Dhabi. However, the base of spatial data infrastructure in Abu Dhabi is not well managed in comparison to that of Korea. Especially, Abu Dhabi has some characteristics that it depends on foreign multinational companies and it does not have its own systemic organization and law system. To advance into Abu Dhabi spatial data market under-controlled by global vendors, it is necessary to identify the advantage and disadvantage on spatial data infrastructure of Abu Dhabi and required to establish the advance methods into niche markets by considering priority order of spatial information. Thus, this study aims to analyze the gap of spatial information between Abu Dhabi and Korea and suggest the short and long term development methods for spatial data infrastructure of Abu Dhabi. The results of gap analyses will be the milestone for Korean companies' advance into MENA.

2008년 보건산업진흥원의 "u-Healthcare R&D 기본계획 수립" 연구보고서에서 u-헬스케어 기술개발을 "u-헬스케어 인프라", "u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술", "u-헬스케어 서비스 모델", "자유공모" 등 4개의 사업으로 구성하여 추진할 것을 제안했다. u-헬스케어 인프라는 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기술 및 서비스 지원을 위한 인프라 기술 개발, 전문 인력 양성 및 법 제도 정비 등의 내용을 포함하고, u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술은 임상-바이오-생체정보를 활용하여 u-헬스케어 기반 질병예측 예방, 조기진단, 건강증진 기술개발 등을 포함하며, u-헬스케어 서비스 모델은 국민건강의 안전성과 효율성이 담보되고 산업활성화에 기여할 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발 등을 담고 있다. u-헬스케어 자유공모의 내용은 u-헬스케어의 기반이 되는 다양한 인프라, 기술, 서비스를 자유공모 형식으로 발굴함으로써 수용자 중심의 연구개발이 필요함을 제시하였다. u-Health 기술 내용중 세 번째로 u-헬스케어 TRM을 알아본다.

The current video surveillance system is the third generation, and the video device has developed from low image quality to high image quality. The video surveillance solution has improved from the simple type to the intelligent type. However, as the equipment and technology for these video surveillance systems become more complicated and diversified, they are increasingly dependent on infrastructure, such as faster network speed and stable power supply. On the other hand, there is a growing need for video surveillance in areas where basic infrastructure is limited, such as power and communications. In this paper, we propose a system that can support intelligent video surveillance in a region where basic infrastructure is limited.
