기존 의료정보 시스템은 본질적으로 성격이 다른 텍스트 기반 정보와 의료 영상 정보를 HL7과 DICOM이라는 각기 다른 두 표준을 기반으로 다루어 왔다. 따라서 상이한 두 표준 상호간의 정보 교환의 필요성과 최근들어 인터넷을 통한 개방 시스템으로의 전환의 필요성이 증가되면서 이를 위한 적절한 대안이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 두 표준간의 데이터 교환과 통합을 위하여 XML을 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 두 표준의 통합 DTD를 기반으로 XML 문서를 생성하고 통합 의료정보를 웹 상에서 검색, 저장할 수 있는 통합 의료정보 시스템을 구현하였다.

코비드19에 따른 비대면 경제가 촉진되면서 지난 4차산업혁명위원회에서는 초연결·비대면 신뢰사회를 위한 인프라로서 '블록체인 기술 확산 전략'을 발표하였다. 개별적으로 구현되는 블록체인이 글로벌 인프라로 연결되기 위해서는 상호연동을 위한 표준화가 필수적이다. ISO TC 307 블록체인 및 분산원장기술 WG 1 기반기술 작업반에서는 2017년 시작된 TC 307의 첫 국제표준(IS)인 용어 표준을 발간하였다. 또한 두 번째 국제표준인 참조구조 표준에 대한 DIS 투표가 곧 시작될 예정이다. 이 논문에서는 ISO TC 307 기반기술 작업반에서 이루어지고 있는 표준화 작업을 소개한다.

IALA는 항로표지 관리기관과 항로표지 수요 기관 간에 정보 교환을 위해 S-201 항로표지 정보 표준을 개발하고 있으며 2018년도에 정식버전 간행을 계획하고 있다. 항로표지 선진 외국에서는 자체 기준으로 국가 항로표지 정보 서비스 체계를 운영하고 있으며, IALA의 S-201 표준 개발에 맞추어 항로표지 정보 서비스 체계를 전환하고 IMO e-Navigation 전략에 대응할 계획이다. 본 연구에서는 IALA에서 개발하는 S-201 표준을 고려하여 해양수산부에서 관리하고 있는 항로표지 정보를 국제표준에 따라 통합 서비스할 수 있는 S-201 기반 항로표지 정보 서비스 개발 방안을 제안 하였다. 세부 내용으로 선진 외국의 항로표지 정보 서비스 사례, S-100 표준 기본 개념 및 S-201 표준 개발 현황, S-201 항로표지 표준 기반의 항로표지 통합 관리 및 서비스 절차 및 활용 개념을 포함 하였다.

In order to establish and promote geographic information activities in controled environment maximizing interoperability and the degree of reusability of geographic information resources scattered in distributed platforms, standardization is recognized as one of the basic solutions essentially being performed at the community level, where intends to align with international standards. This paper describes some technical aspects of standardization needed to build a systematic mechanism of national geographic information standards development, giving approach to conceptual analysis especially directed by ISO(International Organization for Standardization). Following some enumerated benefits for profile based national standard architecture and the brief review from canadian approach we suggest herein a overview of national and community level standardization framework, which identify its primary elements consisting of common basis for standard development mechanism based on profiles.

This paper describes the LBS Terminal Standard Platform based on WIPI. The LBS Terminal Standard Platform based on WIPI is API for obtaining the location information in the mobile standard platform providing the environment which is mounted on the mobile communications terminal and can platform an application. The mobile Platform consists of HAL API, C API and Java API that it is able to process Location Information data among wireless network. It is defined and developed at the HAL sections and C sections based on Generic I/O, and It describes in details in this paper. This standard Platform is expected to be utilized as the base specification in developing the LBS Terminal development technology and standard method to LBS application developers.

The Master Data is constructed for the wide use within the institution, and it is mainly used in the enterprise. In this research, we have conducted research for the purpose of building master data on infrastructure that can be used by public institutions in the country. To do this, we analyzed individual attributes of the standard data set provided by the public data portal. Among these, we extracted standard elements that match the characteristics of the Master Data. Finally, the standardized elements are verified through the standardization system that is utilized in the country.

본고에서는 그린 ICT기반의 에너지 효율 향상과 $CO_2$ 배출절감을 목표로 스마트그리드 시스템을 구축함에 있어, 성공적인 시스템 구축을 위하여 표준의 필요성에 대하여 소개하고 표준을 기반으로 스마트그리드 시스템 설계 전략과 한국형 스마트그리드 구축을 위한 5대 전략서비스에 대해 자세히 살펴본다. 스마트그리드 시스템을 원활히 진행하기 위하여 스마트그리드 시스템 구성 요소간 상호 호환성 제공이 필요하며 이를 위하여 IT 인프라 기술인 통신, 정보 기반의 상호 호환성 제공 기술을 간략하게 소개한다. 그리고 통신기반의 상호 호환성 제공을 위한 인터넷 프로토콜과 통신네트워크 기술에 대하여 자세히 살펴본다.
