This article analyzes the direction of 'business-Friendly' record management in electronic records environment which means paradigm shift in record management. In the first place, this article investigates the interrelationship of business, records and record management through natures of electronic records, and analyzes direction of purposes and roles of record management in electronic records environment. After all, this article rebuilds a significance and roles of record management in active stage, and provides theoretical bases for close relation between record management and information management in electronic records environment.

Trust in government agencies is closely related to accountability. The key strategy to increase public accountability is to document the processes and outcomes of their key tasks and policies adequately. The purpose of this study is to suggest a redesign of the records appraisal policy to enhance the accountability of government agencies. Applying the newly introduced concept of appraisal in ISO 15489-1: 2016, the relationship between accountability and appraisal is articulated and the problems of records appraisal systems in terms of accountability are analyzed. Based on this analysis, it suggests the principles for reforming the appraisal policies well as the redesign of the current disposition authorities as a key tool for appraisal, and the introduction of records disposal freeze system.

This study suggest the social role of record information management for Sewol ferry disaster on sea near Jindo-gun at April 16, 2014. Social each part and the discrete member be going to carry out the social role for the disaster so that record information management part may be gather, operate, provide related record informations. Record informations is ways to reflect, to supplement about something and means to effect it. They naturally generated though automatic managed, it need to purposeful activity. From finding to lack, to remedy a problem, Korean society and record information management part shall be reinforcing directions and competency of the solution with various angles. Practical union and assistance of record information management part for Sewol ferry disaster, at first it be a help to recognize officially evidence for the accident. Secondary it producing and using better than current state of the area's record information part. Finally it may be actively comprise and implement our competency and emotion.

The monthly news and culture magazine, 'Sasanggye,' established by Jang Jun-ha from 1953 to 1970, served as a platform for government criticism and intellectual representation. The magazine created photographic-essays covering a variety of topics and utilized images as a visually impactful tool with news value. This paper aims to critically examine the photographic-essays within 'Sasanggye' as archival records, shedding light on their intrinsic value. Before delving into this assessment, the paper thoroughly explores the developmental process and characteristics of these photographic-essays. And based on the content divisions within the main text, the paper categorized the themes captured in the photographic essays into politics, economics, society, culture, and miscellaneous topics. It then introduced representative photographicessays. From an archival perspective, looking at photographs involves elucidating that photographs carry meanings beyond mere data. The photographic essays in 'Sasanggye' serve as photographic records providing evidence of 1960s Korean society and encapsulating crucial visual information. Furthermore, the photographic essays in 'Sasanggye' hold a historical significance in the aspect of Korean magazine documentary photography. The photo-essays in 'Sasanggye' carry worth in the history of photography and encompass evidential and informational values as photographic records.

웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 공공기관 웹사이트는 단순한 행정기관의 홍보에서 벗어나 국민과 정부 간의 의사소통의 증거인 동시에 업무의 기록으로서 역할을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 공공기관의 웹사이트들은 공공기록물로 인식하고 보호해야 한다. 하지만 공공기관의 웹기록물 중 하나인 심층 웹기록물은 실시간으로 상이한 페이지를 동적으로 구성하기 때문에 기존의 보존방법과는 다른 수집 보존 활용 기술이 요구된다. 국가기록원은 이러한 특징을 가지고 있는 심층 웹기록물을 장기보존하기 위해서 심층 웹기록물 장기보존 포맷인 KoDeWeb을 연구하고 개발하였다. KoDeWeb은 전자기록물이기 때문에 전자기록물로서 진본성 및 무결성을 보장해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 KoDeWeb의 전자기록물로서의 진본성 및 무결성을 증명하기 위해 국제 전자기록물 표준인 OAIS 참조모델에 KoDeWeb을 맵핑시켰다. 나아가 OAIS표준을 따르고 있는 전자기록물 장기보존 시스템에 KoDeWeb을 사용함으로써, 정부 및 공공기관의 심층 웹기록물 생성 및 수집을 체계화하고, 또한 민간이 운영하는 웹의 심층 웹기록물 장기보존에 활용할 수 있다.

The Records Appraisal Review contains the processes and results of appraisal works for records. This study is an analysis of the 2018 Records Appraisal Review of 22 Local Education Offices where records managers were deployed. To ensure reliability of analyzing results, the analysis data preparation criteria were applied to maintain consistency in the analysis data preparation. Also, statistics by appraisal process and retention period were cross-checked. Through the analysis of the Records Appraisal Review identifies the actual condition for records appraisal. Based on this, the improvement measures that are applicable in practice were proposed in terms of records management of department, appraisal works of records manager and operation of Records Appraisal Review Commission.

Historically the relation between the power and archives is inseparable. Archives are the recorded traces of political actions and an intention of power has a considerable effect on the existence of archives. In the democratic society the power serves people on the basis of the archives adopted as an evidence of political actions. Archives play an important role for the balance of power, which is a principle point of democracy. Considering the function and symbolism of archives, its proper and reasonable management is connected directly to the protection of people's rights.

The oral record related to the sexual slavery by Japan's military is considered important evidence as it can grasp the damage situation and actual condition at that time. Therefore, systematic and integrated management of the organization's oral records is necessary. For this purpose, this study proposed metadata elements for the management of oral records. The metadata proposed in this study consists of 16 upper elements and subelements, respectively. The suggested upper elements consist of 6 "essential elements" and 10 "optional elements." The essential elements are "title," "date," "format," "creator," "content," and "rights."

최근 EMR(Electronic Medical Record, 전자의무기록)에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 EMR을 도입하는 병원이 늘어나는 추세이다. EMR은 법적 효력과 증거력의 보유하기 위하여 정부가 인정하는 공인 인증기관으로부터 인증서를 발급받아 전자서명법에 따라 암호화 및 기명날인하여 별도의 저장장치에 관리하도록 하고 있다. 이러한 일련의 과정에서 EMR 데이터를 XML 문서나 다른 형식의 문서로 변환하게 된다. 본 논문은 XML 스키마에 따른 문서 생성이 용이한 텍스트나 코드화된 의무기록 뿐만 아니라 각종서식, 이미지 및 검사지 등 다양한 형식 기록의 전자인증을 위해 XML 문서로 변환하는 연구이며, 특히 표준화되기 힘든 비정형 기록들에 대한 XML 문서 변환 방법을 제안하고 이를 구현하였다.

대학의 그룹웨어에서 생산 및 유통되는 전자우편 중 대학의 업무 및 학과행정과 관련된 공문과 회의내용은 대학의 주요 행정기록물이며 중요한 증거자료이지만, 현재 대학 구성원간의 유통되는 전자우편기록에 관련된 법령 또는 규정, 지침 등이 수립되지 않아 체계적으로 관리가 되고 있지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학 그룹웨어 전자우편을 행정기록으로서 관리하기 위한 첫번째 단계로 대학 교수의 그룹웨어 전자우편의 사용실태를 파악하고 전자우편의 기록관리에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 한다.
