This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, "validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support" were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.

Education paradigm is moved from traditional face-to-face method to cyber education environment. Therefore, we extracted the components of cyber education system and their detail functions through analysis on the workflow of education and learning standard technology. In addition, we think that template system will make a big role in order to deploy the cyber education system. Therefore, we designed the template system for cyber education. In this paper, we particularly describe both evaluation funrtion on course learning records and statistics function ell evaluation records.

Public Information Documental of the administrative, legislative and judicial etc. is lastingness documental and need administration. Whenever the crime event happens, judicature's documental is lent frequently to reference data and is returned, event posting of documental, hysteresis inquiry, lending/return, conservation search, documental exhaust management must consist for administration of lastingness documental. RFID is utilized by the practical use plan of recent Ubiquitous information. Because attaching tag to lastingness documental that use RFID in this treatise, register and manage documental, and chase hysteresis, and design upkeep, present condition analysis of lastingness documental to search, S/W, H/W, network layout, Ubiquitous RFID lastingness recording administration system. Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

21세기는 지식 정보화 시대라고 말하며 정보 통신혁명은 모든 매체에서 인터넷을 연결시키면서 우리의 생활 및 사고에 대한 패러다임의 변화를 가져 왔다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미래사회를 대비해야 할 우리 어린이들에게 정보화의 발전과 주5일제 수업으로 더욱 활발해진 개별학습 기회가 혹시나 의미 없는 시간소비를 통해 사이버 폭력 및 사이버범죄 등 정보화(인터넷)의 역기능에 노출 될 위험성이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 정보통신 윤리교육을 강화하여 인터넷의 역기능을 차단하고 창의적이고 탐구적인 학습활동에 흥미를 가지고 적극적으로 참여 할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 운영한다. 첫째, 학생 중심의 자치적인 온라인 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 학생중심의 게시판을 개발 적용한 후 게시판별 분석자료를 통해 학생 이해 및 소질과 적성을 발굴 지도한다. 둘째, 분석자료 내용을 누가 기록하고 그 내용을 가공, 적용하여 또래집단의 원활한 교우관계 조성과 성장발달을 도모하고 여가시간을 효율적으로 활용하는 능력을 길러 궁극적으로 자아실현과 새로운 가치창조의 기호가 되도록 지도하는데 연구의 목적을 두고자 한다.
