A significant number of studies have been conducted on user perceptions of archive and record contents for the National Archives of Korea (NAK) and local record centers in the field of archives and records management in Korea. Yet, there has not been such a research on the use of digital archive contents designed for contents creation. Accordingly, this study investigated user perceptions of the use of the contents on the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA)'s Culturing archive designed for creation purposes. A survey was conducted, examining the user's degree of interests, the expected user preference of the use and the expected extent of help by the contents of the archive. For the analyses of the survey data, this study performed one-way ANOVA for the comparative analyses of the means related to the subjects' general characteristics and the perceptions, along with cross-tabulation analyses for the association among the same items and nominal variables related to perceptions. On the basis of these analyses, this study suggests the following: ① to supplement the contents of the archive; ② to design customized interfaces and to enhance the readability; ③ to reinforce site PRs for large portal sites and creators' groups.

Recently, the medical field has been applying mandatory Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) systems that computerize and manage medical records, and distributing them throughout the entire medical industry to utilize patients' past medical records for additional medical procedures. However, the conversations between medical professionals and patients that occur during general medical consultations and counseling sessions are not separately recorded or stored, so additional important patient information cannot be efficiently utilized. Therefore, we propose an electronic medical record system that uses speech recognition and natural language processing deep learning to store conversations between medical professionals and patients in text form, automatically extracts and summarizes important medical consultation information, and generates electronic medical records. The system acquires text information through the recognition process of medical professionals and patients' medical consultation content. The acquired text is then divided into multiple sentences, and the importance of multiple keywords included in the generated sentences is calculated. Based on the calculated importance, the system ranks multiple sentences and summarizes them to create the final electronic medical record data. The proposed system's performance is verified to be excellent through quantitative analysis.

This study can read register reviews and search read information that users want by musical, drama and movie by using DB by developing App providing the newest culture view and information in android smart phone, when users want to enjoy cultural life. Also, the administrator logins as Administrator-mode and controls cultural information and makes smooth controlling by identifying user's information. In addition, the user logins as User-mode and reads cultural information and can make possible in reading and writing reviews. It makes possible to enjoy leisure activity as cultural activity by identifying reliable performance information via recommendation of friend groups.

As a large portal sites are beginning to replace the function of the mass media, new risks began to raise. It remained without being deleted that data written to the internet was a serious privacy problem occurs. The sensitive information was inferred based on the personal data recorded in the past and also another personal information leakage itself. Witch-hunt through the personally identifiable rob has emerged as a serious social problem and damage to the parties not be able to live a normal life. In this paper, we propose the study on the need for a 'right to be forgotten' to delete the personal information relating to on-line through international case studies and activation measures. At the same time, we proposed improvement measures, such as encryption management, ownership inheritance, and blind treatment.

In recent years, various methods have been attempted to visually manage the construction site efficiently, and in particular, there has been a tendency to use a UAV or a drone in the air rather than a land on a construction site, Can be visually photographed and recorded or analyzed. In this study, the unmanned aerial photographs were taken at least three times and the USN sensors were simultaneously operated on the main structure at the time of shooting, The goal of this research was to make the image information and environmental information of the construction site available for efficient construction management by matching. As a result, not only professional engineers at construction sites but also administrative managers can visually confirm the detailed situation of the site at the time of the construction site and the completion status, and can help decision making in appropriate budget input and appropriate resource support The experts in each field discussed the safety management of the construction site, the prevention of disaster and various factors of change which can be changed by natural environment factors.

There is a need to develop an app for a caregiver health management that can provide continuous management in response to changes over time, because elderly people have low digital utilization capabilities, difficulty maintaining regular and continuous self-management. Based on this need, this study designed an app with a user-friendly UI and simple structure for the elderly. The app developed in this study supports regular management of health data such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate, as well as specific information on physical, disease, cognitive, communication, and environment in the care field. The app developed in this study supports care services by automatically entering data through integration with health management devices, automatically analyzing and visually representing recorded data to understand trends and volatility, and adding scalability to connect with various health management and medical support platforms. The effectiveness and satisfaction of the developed app were confirmed to be significant in the field verification results.

Lifelog is a digital record of an individual collected from various digital sensors, and includes activity amount, sleep information, weight change, body mass, muscle mass, fat mass, etc. Recently, as wearable devices have become common, a lot of high-quality lifelog data is being produced. Lifelog data shows the state of an individual's body, and can be used not only for individual health care, but also for causes and treatment of diseases. However, at present, AI/ML-based correlation analysis and personalization are not reflected. It is only at the level of presenting simple records or fragmentary statistics. Therefore, in this paper, the correlation/relationship between lifelog data and disease, and AI/ML technology inside lifelog data are examined, and furthermore, a lifelog data analysis process based on AI/ML is proposed. The analysis process is demonstrated with the data collected in the actual Galaxy Watch. Finally, we propose a future convergence service roadmap including lifelog data, diet, health information, and disease information.

인공지능 기계학습에 의한 한문고전 자동번역기는 승정원일기 뿐만 아니라, 한국 고문헌 중 천문 기록에 특화되어 한자로 된 천문 고전을 한글로 번역해 서비스하고 있다. 한국천문연구원은 한국지능정보사회진흥원이 주관하는 2019년도 Information and Communication Technology 기반 공공서비스 촉진사업에 한국고전번역원과 공동 참여하여 이 자동 번역기 개발을 완료한 것이다. 이 번역기의 개발 목적은 초벌 번역 수준일지라도 문장 형태의 한문을 한글로 자동 번역하는 것이며, 이 연구는 현재 번역기 운용 현황을 서비스 별로 분석하고자 한다. 자동 번역관련 서비스는 크게 3가지이다. 첫째, 누구나 웹 접속을 통해 사용 가능한 한문고전 자동번역 대국민 서비스이다. 1년간 자체 시험을 거쳐 2021년 1월 12일 시험판을 오픈하여 운용 중에 있다. 둘째, 기관별로 구축된 코퍼스와 도메인 특화된 번역 모델 등을 관리할 수 있는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼 서비스이다. 대국민 서비스와 함께 클라우드 기반으로 서비스되며, 한국고전번역원이 관리를 담당한다. 셋째, 자동번역 Applied Programmable Interface를 활용한 한국천문연구원 내 자체 활용이 가능한 천문고전 자동번역 서비스이다. 서비스 현황 분석은 기관별 관리 서비스에 해당되는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼에서 집계하여 제공하는 대시보드의 통계 기능을 활용한다. 각 서비스별 문장과 파일 번역 이용 건수, 번역 속도, 평균 자수 뿐만 아니라, 번역 모델 프로필에 따른 이용률 분석이 가능하다. 이에 따른 주요 분석 중 하나인 올해 전체 번역 이용 건수는 한 해 각 기관의 평균 방문자수 대비 87% 성과 목표에 해당되는 약 38만 건에 근접할 것으로 예측된다. 이 자동 번역기는 원문 해독 시간을 단축시키는 효과와 함께 미번역 천문 고문헌의 활용성을 높여 다양한 연구에 기여할 것이다.

This study aims to identify the influence of risk-inducing factors and safety inspection on the measures of reducing accidents among workers of building structures in small construction sites. The result can be summarized as follows: First, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on human factors, preparation for work, disintegrating molds, taking follow-up measures, and keeping records, have statistically significant influences. Therefore, it can be said that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and human factors. Second, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on facility factors, preparation for work, and taking follow-up measures influenced significantly. This indicates that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and facility factors. Third, as for the influence of risk-inducing factors on management factors, the installation of shores and risk assessment are found to have significant effects. This shows that safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and management factors. Fourth, the influence of risk-inducing factors on work factors was significant only in the installation of shores. This indicates that safety inspection has a completely mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and work factors. Finally, in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and accident reduction measures, preparation for work, installation of shores, and taking follow-up measures showed significantly positive influences. In contrast, keeping records has a significant negative influence. Thus, safety inspection has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between risk-inducing factors and management factors.

This study is about developing an Android application that provides information on customized styling and the app was made to offer assistance in coordinating users' clothing. It keeps the record on clothing items users wore and uses it as coordination information, and prepares styling by referring to user-specific clothing management data. The photos can taken during shopping or can be taken from smart phone gallery, and the images searched through Daum OpenAPI can be saves in the app. Using the saved photos of items and clothes that were previously worn, the app provides styling recommendations.
