Reliability-Optimal Design Method of High-Speed Railway Bridges Based upon Expected Life-Cycle Cost (기대생애주기비용에 기초한 고속철도교량의 신뢰성-최적설계 방안)

  • The reliability evaluation may be a efficient method for estimating of the quantitative structural safety considering the effect of uncertainties included in high-speed railway bridges. The expected life-cycle cost(LCC) based upon the reliability evaluation will reasonably offer the safety level and design criteria of high-speed railway bridges. Therefore, this study determined the expected life-cycle cost and optimal design method of high-speed railway bridges on the basis of the result of the numerical analysis and reliability evaluation. For this, after creating various design method based upon the standard design of high-speed railway bridges, the numerical analysis is conducted on each of the alternative design methods. The reliability evaluation by the design strength limit state function is conducted considering the effect of external uncertainties on the basis of the numerical analysis result. The expected life-cycle cost of high-speed railway bridges is calculated on the basis of the reliability evaluation result by each of the alternative design methods. Also, the optimal design method is determined using the calculated expected life-cycle cost. In addition, The result of reliability evaluation and expected life-cycle cost of optimal design method are examined considering the effect of internal uncertainties. It is expected that the result of this study can be used as a basic information for the systematic safety evaluation and optimal structure design of high-speed railway bridges.

  • 본 연구는 서비스업에서 서비스 품질을 측정하는 것에 있어서 표준과 기대치에 관한 비교다. 외식산업에서의 기대의 개념은 서비스 품질을 측정한다는 것으로 이를 표준화하기 위해 광범위하게 사용되었다. 그러나, 서비스 품질 측정에 있어서 기대치가 당위성과 신뢰성에 의해 많은 연구자들에 의해 비평되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 기대치에 통한 서비스업에서의 서비스 품질을 측정한다는 것이다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 한계점을 가진다. 첫째로, 연구의 표본수가 적기 때문에 분석에 있어서 신뢰성이 떨어졌다. 둘째, 한정된 한국의 호텔을 이용했던 여행자에 한하여 설문을 했기 때문에 객관성이 결여될 수가 있다. 셋째, 총체적인 서비스 품질과 고객 만족의 측정은 하나의 항목 저울과 이와 같이 그것을 사용하면서 수행되었기 때문에 이들의 신뢰성을 추정하는 것이 불가능했다. 연구결과 소비자가 서비스의 평가를 위한 비교 기준으로서 기대치에 대한 4개의 다른 수준을 가진 요인을 사용하였다. 본 연구에 있어서 기대의 개념이 고객 만족에 서비스 품질보다 관계가 높다는 것을 밝힌다.

스마트팜의 기술적 특성이 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구: 노력기대의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 농촌 고령화와 노동력 부족, 경지면적의 감소, 이상기후에 따른 환경 변화, 시장개방에 따른 무한경쟁 상태에 놓인 국내 농업의 어려운 상황 속에서 스마트팜은 미래 농업의 새로운 트렌드로 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트팜의 기술수용의도에 미치는 영향요인들을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 스마트팜 도입 확산을 위한 제언을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트팜 수용의도에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 근거로 스마트팜의 기술적 특성과 노력기대를 제시하였다. 실제 농업에 종사하고 있는 농업인들을 대상으로 수집한 설문결과를 자료분석에 사용하였으며, 독립변수로는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성으로 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성을 선정하여 종속변수인 스마트팜 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였고, 노력기대의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 스마트팜의 기술적 특성 중 가용성과 경제성은 스마트팜 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 신뢰성은 스마트팜 수용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 스마트팜의 기술적 특성인 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성은 스마트팜 노력기대에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 스마트팜에 대한 노력기대는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성과 독립적으로 스마트팜 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과와 관련해서는, 스마트팜에 대한 노력기대는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성인 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성과 스마트팜 수용의도간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 농업인들의 스마트팜 도입을 촉진시키기 위해서는 스마트팜 기술의 안정적 기능 수행을 체감할 수 있는 전문적인 현장실습교육 프로그램, 기기 및 통신의 표준화, 스마트팜 도입에 따른 투자대비 수익성 변화의 구체적 제시, 양질의 환경 생육 데이터 수집 및 활용 체계 구축이 필요함을 시사한다.

A Study of Factors Influencing on the Intention to Use Internet Primary Bank (인터넷 전문은행 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • The objective of this study will investigate the approach to increase the intention to use Internet primary bank for those who do not use it at present. This study establishes a theoretical model that includes five independent variables - performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, channel trust and trust toward bank - and one dependent variable - use intention -. The empirical results obtained in a sample of 145 university students are followings; The use intention is positively influenced by the performance expectancy, social influence and channel trust. The performance expectancy is the strongest predictor of the use intention. Effort expectancy and trust toward bank has no effect on intention to use Internet primary bank.

  • This study is to look at the influential factors associated with the acceptance intention of smart farm and suggest a proposal for spreading adoption of smart farms. The research questionnaire distributed to the farmers were used for the research analysis by statistical program SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0. The technical characteristics of smart farm, which are availability, reliability and economic efficiency were selected as independent variables to analyze the influential factors on acceptance intention of smart farm and the mediating effect of effort expectation was observed. As a result, availability and economic efficiency have a positive(+) influence on acceptance intention and reliability have no influence on acceptance intention. And availability, reliability and economic efficiency have a positive(+) influence on effort expectation. Effort expectation mediates the relationship between the technical characteristics of smart farm and acceptance intention. The results of the study are expected to be utilized at the seeking direction of policy for potential adopters of smart farm, the training and consulting in actual field of smart farm.

Prediction of Life Expectancy of Asphalt Road Pavement by Region (아스팔트 도로포장의 균열률에 대한 지역별 기대수명 추정)

  • Since future maintenance cost estimation of infrastructure involves uncertainty, it is important to make use of a failure prediction model. However, it is difficult for local governments to develop accurate failure prediction models applicable to infrastructure due to a lack of budget and expertise. Therefore, this study estimated the life expectancy of asphalt road pavement of national highways using the Bayesian Markov Mixture Hazard model. In addition, in order to accurately estimate life expectancy, environmental variables such as traffic volume, ESAL (Equivalent Single Axle Loads), SNP (Structural Number of Pavement), meteorological conditions, and de-icing material usage were applied to retain reliability of the estimation results. As a result, life expectancy was estimated from at least 13.09 to 19.61 years by region. By using this approach, it is expected that it will be possible to estimate future maintenance cost considering local failure characteristics.

A Study on the Influence of the Expectation and Perceived Performance of the Online Science & Technology Information Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Royalty (온라인 과학기술정보 서비스 품질에 대한 기대수준과 성과에 대한 지각수준이 이용자 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of the expectation and perceived performance of the online science & technology information service quality on user satisfaction and royalty. To achieve this goal, we use the NDSLQual model to measure the quality of NDSL service. The results were as follows: First, among seven expectation factors, four factors (reliability, convenience, system usability and information quality) had a positive effect on the user satisfaction. Second, while service recovery had a negative effect on the royalty, the other six factors (reliability, convenience, system usability, responsiveness, security and information quality) had a positive effect on the royalty. Third, among seven perceived performance factors, three factors (reliability, convenience and information quality) had a positive effect on the user satisfaction. Fourth, among seven perceived performance factors, three factors (reliability, convenience and information quality) had a positive effect on the royalty. As a result, information quality, reliability and convenience of the expectation and perceived performance are common factors influencing user satisfaction and royalty.

A Study on the Determination Factors of Service QualitY for Local Nong-Hyup. (지역농협의 금융서비스 품질결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • After IMF crisis in late 1997, the environment of banking industry has become competitive. To survive in this circumstance, the Local Nong-Hyup is needed to understand the customer's needs and improve the service quality. To achive the purpose, two methods were employed in this study. The first corvered the review of related literature on service. The second adopted field survey approach for data. The study model was developed using Venkatakrishnan & Jagannathan's "An Enhanced Model for Measuring Service Quality" model and details of study as follows. 1. What is the determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup. 2. Are there differences between "service perception" and "service expectation" for Local Nong-Hyup. 3. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's satisfaction. 4. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's repurchase. 5. Does customer's satisfaction for Local Nong-hyup relates repurchase. The samples of this study were extracted at random from the customers of Local Nong-hyup. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to do frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis, cross sectional analysis using SPSS Win 10. The results are as follows, First, as determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup "Reliability, Empathy, Tangibles, Convenience" were extracted by factor analysis. Secondly, using t-test, it was found that there are factor's gap between service anticipation and service perception. Thirdly, using regression analysis, it was found that except Convenience factor, Reliability, Empathy and Tangibles factors affect customer's satisfaction. Forthly, using regression analysis, it was found that all the factors affect repurchase. Finally, using cross sectional analysis, it was found that customer's satisfaction and customer's repurchase correlate.

Comparative Reliability Evaluation on Semantic Service Platforms (시맨틱 서비스 플랫폼상에서의 신뢰성 비교 평가)

  • While numerous information services are provided on the Web as a core infrastructure of information society, semantic services using the Semantic Web technologies still stay deployed number and application range. This situation would be mainly originated from the failure of securing reliability to the user. Thus, this paper introduces an evaluation method for measuring reliabilities of the semantic services comparatively. To measure the reliability of the compared systems, the observer assesses 'precision in task performance' as a quantitative analysis and 'reliability of expectation-result' as a qualitative analysis described by the test persons. On the other hand, the test person should rate the functional reliability and reliability of the served information on the vector graph by himself with a scale from 0 to 5. Experimental results show that assessment by the observer is very similar to rating value by test persons, and that the accuracy of the served information has a close effect on the functional reliability. Through this paper, we can verify the essential factors for evaluating the reliability of semantic service systems. These are functional reliability and reliability of served information resulting from function execution. In particular, it has been proven that the reliability of the semantic information services largely influences the "Quality in Use" and therefore determines the major factors of the semantic service reliability.

RIA(Reactivity Induced Accident)해석을 통한 MASTER코드의 신뢰성 검증

  • 최근, 한국원자력연구소에서 개발된 3차원 노심 거동분석 코드인 MASTER$^{[1]}$ 는 노심의 정상 및 과도상태에서 기존의 다른 코드와 비교해서, 보다 정확하면서 빠르게 노심 분석을 할 수 있다. 특히, 노심의 과도상태에서의 해석을 위해서는 간단한 입력체계와 신뢰할 수 있는 결과가 기대되었는데, 기존의 CE사와 KWU사의 코드체계인 ROCS/HERMITE및 MEDIUM/PANBOX는 과도상태에서의 노심 분석을 위해 1차원 및 3차원 과도해석 코드와의 연계로 인한, 부수적인 입력작성 및 정확도를 유지하기 위한 많은 Tuning 작업이 요구되나 MASTER 코드는 정상 및 과도상태에서의 노심 분석을 동시에 할 수 있어, 적은 노력으로 정확한 계산결과를 기대할 수 있다. 그래서, 과도상태에서 MASTER 코드의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 IAEA Benchmark 계산 및 영광1호기의 5주기 노심을 대상으로 RIA(Reactivity Induced Accident) 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는, 미임계 노심에서의 Bank Withdrawal 사고와 전출력 및 영출력에서의 Rod Ejection 사고를 대표적인 RIA사고로서 연구를 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 기존 KWU사 코드인 PANBOX로 수행된 NSAR(Nuclear Safety Analysis Report)$^{[2]}$ 의 결과와 비교하였다. 결과에 의하면, MASTER 코드는 그 정확도를 충분히 신뢰할 수 있으며, NSAR 분석 시에 사용된 군정수, 코드의 해석 방법론 및 초기조건의 불 일치성으로부터 기인된 약간의 차이 외에는 PANBOX의 계산결과와 유사하였다.
