Effect of Gap between Expected Job and Performed Job on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 기대업무와 수행업무 격차가 이직의도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of gap between expected job and performed job on job satisfaction and turnover intention in clinical dental hygienists. A total 292 hygienist in dental hospitals and dental offices in nationwide completed a questionnaire on their daily routine job and job which they expected and measured gap between expected job and performed job, such as chairside assisting, preventive care, consultation, reception. The study showed the gap on chairside assisting job among age, career and showed the gap on consultation among age, education, career and showed the gap on reception among age, career. gap on chairside assisting, salary satisfaction, personal day affected job satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting, children, salary satisfaction affected turnover intention. The study showed that salary satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting associated with turnover intention and job satisfaction. Personal day affected job satisfaction but did not affect turnover intention.

  • Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

Some dental hygienist by career expectations regarding clinical work done in the field of business studies (일부 치과위생사 임상업무분야에 관한 경력별 기대수행업무 연구)

  • Objectives : The aim of the study is to investigate job performance expectations according to duration of work and to specify the clinical practice of dental hygienists by career expectations. Methods : The subjects were 310 dental hygienists in Seoul and Incheon. They completed the self-reported questionnaires and 304 data were analyzed except incomplete 6 answers. Results : The tasks performed by dental hygienists were as follows ; SS crown restoration in pediatric dentistry accounted for 25.1%, orthodontics (42.1 %), plaque removal (71.4 %), temporary fillings (60.5%), and impression taking of abutments and bite registration (58.9%). In order to be a skillful dental hygienists, it took two to three years of clinical filed work. Conclusions : On the job training (OJT) is the most important in dental hygiene curricula. So it is necessary to develop the OJT performance skill.

  • In order to maintain construction industry and to improve efficiency, the Korean government legislated private investment system. Private sector takes advantages by adopting CM (Construction Management) project system, however, public sector has relatively less capability and experience than private sector. In this paper, PSM (Partnership Support Management) is addressed in order to actively strengthen the project capabilities for public sector. PSM maintains existing CM project system because it is a concept of expended business model of CM. PSM needed to categorize the private participated project into 5 phases; project development phase, project announcement phase, project evaluation phase, project agreement phase and agreement changing phase. PSM business structure and business process considering stakeholder's interrelationship and participation are suggested in this research. Suggested PSM business model may not only increase a comprehensive understanding of government and project capability, but also may reduce work load and responsibilities for project momentum of private participation in infrastructure.

  • 일반적으로 정보시스템에서 정보보안을 위한 조직체계 설계의 근본 개념은 직원들간에 담당업무를 적절히 분리함으로써 직원들간의 상호견제효과를 유지하는 것이다. 이는 오류나 부정의 예방 및 신속한 발견을 위해서 필요한 조치이다. 직무를 적절히 분리하면 정보자산의 보호가 향상되며 전문화로 인한 작업능률의 향상, 크로스 체크에 의한 정확성의 향상, 관리종제시스템의 강화등을 기대할 수 있다. 특히 전산망에 있어서 직무 수행상 알 필요에 따른기준(Need-to-know )의 원칙에 따라 각 직원들의 기능이 분화되어 업무수행에 무관한 정보를 직원들이 습득하는 것을 제한할 수 있도록 조직체계를 설계해야 한다.

  • 현대의 기업에서는 다양한 인적 자원과 비즈니스 솔루션을 이용하여 효율적인 기업 활동을 수행하기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 현장에서 벌어지는 인적 자원의 능률에 대해 효율적으로 관리하고 상황에 맞게 업무를 배정하는 일은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)를 이용하여 현장 인력에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이 정보를 바탕으로 업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제시한다. 전체적인 시스템의 구조와 데이터 모델을 구성하고 실시간 업무 분배규칙을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현장 작업의 효율성과 작업 배분의 공정성이 향상될 것으로 기대한다.
