  • 국내대학은 학령인구 감소와 등록금 동결로 재정적인 어려움을 겪고 있다. 2018년 대학기본역량진단평가를 받으면서 선택과 집중을 통한 생존전략을 모색하고, 효율적으로 대학을 운영하는 방법이 주목받고 있다. 교육서비스 품질의 향상은 대학 행정직원의 업무 몰입을 통해서 가능하며, 이는 직원 만족도의 향상을 통해 이루어진다. 대학 행정직원의 실제 만족도는 사전에 갖고 있던 일정 수준의 기대가 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 사전 기대와 실제 성과의 차이인 직무기대 불일치가 전반적인 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 지원정책의 우선순위를 제시하여 효율적인 전략수립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 남성은 여성에 비해 보수결정과정과 조직내 인간관계를 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 여성은 정년보장을 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있다. 근무기간이 짧을수록 보수결정과정, 급여의 적절성, 복지제도에서 기대불일치가 높고, 승진의 공정성에 대한 기대불일치는 낮다. 전반적인 직무만족 결과가 개인 특성별로 차이가 존재하므로 직원 지원정책 수립과정에 개인 특성을 고려한다면 제한된 재원으로 효율적인 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.

Comparisons of the Expected Overtopping Probability along Korean Coast Utilizing by Reliability Analysis (신뢰성 해석에 의한 우리나라 해역별 기대월파확률 특성 비교)

  • Kweon et al. (2004) proposed the calculation method of Expected Overtopping Probability (EOP) that considers the occurrence frequency distribution of real sea tide. The method was applied for the comparison of the EOP of Mukho and Busan sea. They showed that the tide occurrence frequency had a great effect on the EOP and the value becomes smaller as the standard deviation of the frequency comes bigger. The present study following Kweon et al.'s method estimates the EOP characteristic of the crest elevation located on East, South, and West sea. The study shows that the EOP becomes smaller following East, South, West sea in order.

Perception on Expectation of Prosthetics and Implant of Workers in Ulsan (울산지역 근로자의 보철물과 임플란트의 기대수준에 대한 인식)

  • This study has surveyed patient education and counseling, based on the data you want to utilize the expectations on dental prosthetic appliances (denture, bridge) and implants among 307 workers who participated in reservists mobilization training of Hyundai Heavy Industries located in Ulsan City. The reliability of expectations on dental prosthetic appliances and implants were fairly high at cronbach'${\alpha}$ of .971 and .967 respectively. The collected data was analyzed through IBM SPSS Statistics. v. 19.0 program at the significance level of 0.05. The research findings are as follows. First, the expectations on prosthetic appliances scored an average of 3.98. Second, the expectations on implants scored an average of 3.74. Third, the expectations on implants depending on subjective health status scored an average of 3.74, which were statistically significant (p=0.003). Fourth, the differences in expectations on implants depending on the concerns for oral hygiene care scored an average of 3.74, which were statistically significant (0<0.001). Fifth, the expectations on prosthetic appliances and implants were strongly correlated at 0.392. As a result of implants of prosthodontics need for accurate information transfer.

Effects of Nostalgia, Expectation, and Evaluation on the Intention to Watch a Movie -Focused on the Case of - (향수(nostalgia), 기대 및 평가가 영화 관람의도에 미치는 영향 -<써니>의 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The nostalgia marketing is active in various industrial areas. The nostalgic theme is emerging as a new trend in the film industry. This thesis attempts to investigate empirically the effect of nostalgia, the expectation and the evaluation on the intention to watch a movie. Nostalgia is a sentimental yearning for a former place or time. Expectation is classified into the utilitarian and the hedonic one; the evaluation into the subjective and the objective one. This thesis analyzed the effects of these five factors on the intention to watch a movie. The result shows that the older group felt more nostalgic than the younger; women more than men. Regarding the age, 10-20s are affected by the hedonic expectation, the subjective evaluation, and nostalgia, and over 30s are affected in order of the hedonic expectation and nostalgia. In terms of sex, men are affected most in order of the hedonic expectation, nostalgia and the subjective evaluation. Women are affected most in order of the hedonic expectation and the subjective evaluation. These results indicate that the marketing strategy needs to vary according to age and sex.

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal their satisfaction procedures from users of information service expectation-disconfirmation theory. To achieve this goal, we use the NDSLQual model to measure the quality of NDSL service. The results were as follows: First, while the expectation has a negative effect on the expectation-disconfirmation, it has a positive effect on the perceived performance. And perceived performance has a positive effect on the expectation-disconfirmation. Second, the expectation-disconfirmation has a positive effect on the overall satisfaction and loyalty. However the explanatory adequacy of the regression model is very low. Third, perceived performance has a positive effect on the overall satisfaction and loyalty. In order to increase the overall satisfaction and loyalty for NDSL, it is necessary to seek ways to improve the perceived performance and lower the expectation-disconfirmation.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between product attributes of smart device and user acceptance of technology. Moreover, the authors examined mediating effect of utilitarian and hedonic motivation between product attributes and user acceptance. Previous researches focused on user attitude and behavior intention of new technology based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). However, differently from previous researches, which are focused on user attitude like perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, this research emphasized the relationship product attributes such as product functionality, design, and convenience and user motivation both utilitarian(effort expectancy and performance expectancy) and hedonic motivation(perceived enjoyment) according to UTAUT model. The results shows that 3 motivation variables(effort expectancy, performance expectancy, and perceived enjoyment) have positive impacts on user acceptance intention of smart device. product design has positive relationship to perceived enjoyment and product convenience has positive relationship to both effort and performance expectancy. Furthermore, 3 motivation variables play a full mediation between product attributes and user acceptance intention of new technology. However, product functionality has no relationship to both effort and performance expectancy. Research contribution, implications, and further research directions are discussed at the end of the paper.

The Effect of Expected Perspective on the Role of Genre and Attitude toward Utilizing Genre in Broadcast Ad on the Liking of Broadcast Ad Genre (방송광고에서 장르의 역할에 대한 기대관점과 활용에 대한 태도가 방송광고 장르에 대한 호감도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.

금융자산(金融資産) 수익률(收益率)과 기대(期待)인플레이션 - 한국금융시장(韓國金融市場)의 실증연구(實證硏究) -

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 금융자산, 특히 회사채와 주식이 인플레이션과 관련하여 어떠한 행태를 보이는가를 실증적으로 살펴본다. 1976년부터 1992년까지의 기간중 채권 및 주식수익률에 피서가설이 성립하는가의 여부, 주식수익률과 기대인플레이션과 관련된 Fama의 허구성가설 및 Geske & Roll의 역인과성가설 등을 공적분관계검정 및 VAR모형의 예측오차 분산분해등을 통하여 포괄적으로 결정한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 순서로 진행하였다. 첫째, 단순정태회귀분석을 통하여 우리나라 금융시장에서 주식이나 채권이 기대된 인플레이션이나 예상치 못했던 인플레이션에 대해 얼마나 인플레이션방어수단으로 유효한지를 살펴보았다. 우선, 회사채수익률의 경우 피서가설의 성립을 기각하기 어려웠다. 반면, 주식의 경우에는 피서가설이 성립될 수 없음은 물론이고, 대부분의 선진국가들처럼 기대인플레이션에 주식수익률이 만대방향으로 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 주식수익률을 설명하는 변수에 예상되는 산업생산증가나 통화량증가를 나타내는 변수들을 추가하여도 주식수익률과 기대인플레이션간의 부의 관계는 여전히 유의적인 것으로 남아있었다. 따라서 파마의 주식수익률과 기대인플레이션간의 허위관계가설은 우리나라 주식시장에서는 적용되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단순정태분석에서 활용된 여러 회귀식들이 가성적회귀관계(假性的回歸關係)를 나타내는 경우를 확인하기 위하여 공적분관계가 형성되는지를 검정하였다. 그 결과, 회사채수익률과 인플레이션은 공적분관계가설이 기각되지 않았으나, 주식수익률과 기대인플레이션간에는 공적분관계가 나타나지 않았다. 공적분관계에 입각하여 오차수정모형을 추정한 결과, 회사채수익률의 변화는 단기적인 인플레이션의 동태를 예측하는데 있어서 도움을 주지만, 기대인플레이션 및 예상산업생산증가률의 변화는 주식실질수익률의 단기적 동해예측에 개별적으로는 도움이 되지 못하였다. 마지막으로 여러 변수들의 관계를 사전적으로 설정하지 않고 VAR 모형의 오차분해를 통하여 인과관제를 분석한 결과, 주식수익률과 기대인플레이션이 허구적(虛構的)인 관계가 아님을 시사하고 있다. 그러나, 주식수익률변동은 예상산업생산증가에 의하여 어느정도 설명이 가능하고 대부분의 경제변수에 대하여는 외생적인 성격을 강하게 보여주고 있어서, 기대인플레이션과의 인과관계에 있어서도 선행적인 위치를 지지하고 있다.

Korean Households' Inflation Expectations and Information Rigidity (우리나라 일반인 인플레이션 기대 형성 행태 분석)

  • This paper attempts to investigate the Korean households' inflation expectations with particular attention to information rigidity. For this purpose, we derive an empirical model from a sticky information model $\acute{a}$ la Mankiw and Reis (2002) and estimate it. In addition, it is also examined whether the expectation formation is state-dependent on macroeconomic conditions. The main findings of this paper are as follows. First, it turns out that the information rigidity in Korean households' inflation expectations is very high. In a month, most of the households simply keep their inflation expectations the same as before instead of updating them based on newly arrived information. Furthermore, when updating their expectations, the households tend to rely on the backward-looking information such as actual inflation rates in the past rather than on the forward-looking forecasts by experts. Second, it is found that the expectation formation is varying as inflation rate changes. Specifically, when the inflation is high, the sensitivity of the households' inflation expectations to actual inflation increases and the gap between inflation expectations and actual inflation shrinks. It implies that Korean households update their expectations more frequently when the inflation matters than not.

  • This research was performed with the aim of analyzing the 'expectation dynamics' of embryonic stem cell research which was revealed throughout the establishment process of Stem Cell Research Center from 2000 to 2002. Expectation dynamics is a chained process: expectation construction - raising fund - performing research. Normally, researchers are considerably circumspect and politically neutral in assessing the result of research. However, some researchers are very involved in building the expectation dynamics by developing an overestimated impact of the result, which can be understood as a kind of strategy for solving the financial problem and defending the criticism in terms of bioethics. Nowadays Biotechnology R&D costs a big budget and requires large site human resources, so building the expectation dynamics is a decisive element for a successful R&D performance, which makes the strategy-development in the political context much more important. By analyzing the actors-network of embryonic stem cell research in term of 'expectation dynamics', we can clarify the identify of embryonic stem cell researchers and draw a conclusion which is very helpful for decision makers and the public to make a decision related with embryonic stem cells.
