The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of food service web site users' functional recognition extent on switching behaviors. For this, a survey of web site users was carried out. As for analytic methods, frequency analysis was used to examine respondents' demographic features. In addition, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out used to look into the influence of functional recognition of food providers' web sites on switching behaviors. Study findings are as follows: all the functional variables such as entertainment, advertisement & public relations, communication and purchase decision-making function have significant influence on users' switching behaviors. When users' recognition extent of food providers' online web sites is high, their switching behavior is also high. In particular, the following clause have the greatest influence upon users' switching behaviors pattern. In the function of entertainment, (1) it is easy to search on web site; in the advertisement function, (2) the image of restaurant can easily be recognize; In the communication function, (3) the image of new products can be seen with ease; and in the purchase decision-making function, (4) web sites are easily accessible.

본 연구에서는 프로바이오틱스로 사용하는 유용 미생물과 식용으로 안전하게 사용 가능한 미생물 자원을 이용하여 배당체의 전환 연구를 실시하여 전환체의 새로운 생리활성 작용에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구에 사용한 주요 소재로는 인삼의 사포닌 배당체, 길경의 platycodin 배당체, 호로파의 사포닌 배당체, 칡과 두유의 이소플라본 배당체 등이었다. 사용 균주로는 bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, leuconostocs, yeasts, aspergilli 등이었다. 유산균 중에는 Bifidobacterium sp. Int-57의 전환능이 우수하였고 식용 곰팡이 중에는A. niger의 전환능이 우수하였다. 다양한 미생물 또는 효소를 이용한 전환체에 대하여 아질산 소거능, 항산화능, a-glucosidase와 a-amylase 저해능 등을 조사하였을 때 일반적으로 전환 후의 활성이 중가하였다. 길경 사포닌은 전환 후에 세포 독성이 줄어들었으며 관능성이 유의적으로 개선되었다. 결론적으로, 프로바이오틱스와 식용 미생물을 이용하여 천연물 중에 존재하는 배당체의 생리활성 및 관능성을 증가시킬 수 있어 새로운 기능성 식품의 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

미디어 플랫폼의 다양화로 인하여 다양한 교육방법이 시도되고 있으며, 특히 교육용기능성게임은 G-learning 베이스로 새로운 교육방법으로 제시되고 있다. 하지만 "게임"이라는 부정적 인식으로 인하여 저변확대가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 게임을 즐기고 자라난 게임세대들에 대한 인식전환과 교육용 기능성게임에 대한 교육적 효과검증을 통하여 교육용 기능성게임을 새로운 교육방법으로 활용하기 위하여는 사회적 인식전환과 저변확대가 우선순위이다. 이를 위하여는 일반인들에게 교육용기능성게임을 알릴 수 있는 대회를 활성화하여 인식의 전환과 효과를 직접 체험할 수 있도록 해야한다. 이를 위하여 국내외 교육용 기능성게임대를 분석하고 활성화 방안을 모색하여 새로운 교육패러다임전환에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 향후 국내 교육용 기능성게임 유저를 확산시켜줄 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 교육적 방법으로 활용할 수 있는 계기를 제시할 것으로 보인다.

This study chiefly aims to find out the efficient ways of designing community facility convertible to refuge in case of emergency. In order to reach this goal, this study analyzed (1) definition of terminologies regarding disaster and refuge space, (2)present situation of regarding acts and standards, (3)function and spatial specialties of existing community facilities. Besides, in order to clarify the efficient design methods of 'function-convertible-type' community facility, this study executes archival research on (1)spatial requirements, (2)methods of designing futuristic community facility. When making design directives of community facilities, it is important to consider (1)vertical integration of rescue related function, (2)spatial division and architectural installation concerning privacy, (3)proper layout of locker room, shower room, toilet, etc. (4)appropriate size of unit space. It is desirable to execute the refuge function with minimum psychological anxiety in case of disaster through design guideline for 'function-convertible-type' community facility.

This study examines how labor unions change in the 21st centry and what is needed for successful transformation of Korean labor union. The study identifies four major driving forces of change in union's role. They are changes in industrial and occupational structures, utilization of information technology, labor substitution, and changing attitude of workers. The effects are decrease in union membership, shrinking coverage of bargaining, weakening voice mechanism, and representation. Thus, labor unions in the 21st centry transform themselves into service union, individual representation system, and worker participation model. Korean labor union, with its current reputation of militant unionism, needs to transform into above mentioned model. Two keys for the change are market competition and family unionism.

대학의 성격이 변화하고 시대적.역사적 요청이 도전으로 다가오는 이 시점에서 대학개혁을 성공적으로 정착시킬 수 있고, 대학의 목적과 사명을 충실하게 성취할 수 있기 위해서는 종래의 대학 행정조직의 틀로부터 새로운 시대에 적합한 틀로서의 전환적 대학행정조직의 틀이 마련되어야만 한다. 전환적 행정조직의 모형은 일(과업) 중심 조직으로의 전환, 수혜자 우선지원의 서비스 행정 강화, 조직관리의 철학과 실질적 기능 수행의 강조, 능력사회의 전형으로서 제시되는 애드호크러시 지향, 의사결정별 문제중심의 편제기준에 따른 구조화, 자율적 평자체제에 초점을 둔 전문적 기획기능의 강화를 추구한다.

This study was intended to investigate the potential of Astragalus membranaceus ethanol extract(AM) and Astragalus membranaceus bioconversion extract(AMB) as functional cosmetic materials. To confirm the antioxidant effect, polyphenol and flavonoid contents were measured, and a study was conducted on skin cell toxicity and skin cell aging through cell experiments. As a result of the antioxidant experiment, the content of polyphenols and flavonoids increased in a concentration-dependent manner in the effects of polyphenols and flavonoids, and it was confirmed that the ethanol extracts were higher than the bioconversion extracts. It was confirmed that the AM and AMB increased the MMP1 expression inhibitory effect in a concentration-dependent manner in HDF cells. Therefore, this study is considered to be very useful as a functional cosmetic material in terms of antioxidant and skin aging prevention when using AM and AMB as functional cosmetic materials.

전환사채에 대한 연구는 전환사채의 가치와 최적상환정책에 대한 연구, 기업의 재무의사결정에 있어서 전환사채의 역할 및 기능, 그리고 전환사채의 발행이 주식가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 중점이 주어져 왔다. 전환사채의 가격결정모형에 대한 연구와 전환사채 발행이 주식가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 많지만, 전환사채를 발행한 기업의 재무적 특성과 발행동기에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 1987년 이후 발행이 증가하고 있는 국내전환사채를 연구대상으로, 전환사채 발행기업과 전환사채 비발행기업의 재무비율을 변수로 선택하여 전환사채를 발행한 기업의 채무적특성을 분석한다. 그리고 기업들이 실제로 어떤 동기에서 전환사채를 발행하고 있는가를 설문조사를 이용하여 살펴본다.

백업전원 기능을 갖는 BESS 시스템은 계통이상 시 계통연계모드에서 독립운전모드로 전환해야 하며 이때 중요부하에 과도상태 없는 안정적인 전압을 공급해야 한다. 기존의 전류제어 방법은 모드전환 시 과도상태가 발생하여 중요부하에 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 백업전원 기능을 갖는 BESS를 위한 양방향인버터에서 간접전류제어기법을 기반으로 양방향제어 및 끊김없는 모드전환 기법을 제안한다.

분기기는 선로가 분기되거나 또는 교차하는 지점에 설치되어 열차의 이동 방향을 안전하게 변경하는 역할을 한다. 그러나, 운영 노선 및 동작 환경에 따라 비정상적인 힘이 분기기에 발생할 경우, 정확한 진단 및 검측을 실시할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 국내에서 사용중인 MJ81 전기선로전환기의 전환기능과 쇄정기능의 특성 분석을 통해 기존에 사용된 분기기 전환력 측정의 문제점을 제시한 후, 이를 해결하기 위한 센서 활용 분기기 전환력 측정 방법을 제시한다.
