Comparison of Warm-Needling and Acupuncture for Knee Osteoarthritis: A Randomized Controlled Trial (퇴행성 슬관절염에서의 온침과 침의 효능 비교 연구)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate whether warm-needling is more effective than acupuncture in relieving the pain and improving the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis(OA). Methods : 76 volunteers with knee OA participated in the study. The subjects were randomly assigned to one of two groups. One group received warm-needling(n=38), while the other group received acupuncture(n=38). Sixteen sessions of warm-needling or acupuncture were conducted on the pain region of each problematic knee over a period of 8 weeks. The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) scores, physical health score based on the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36) and the Global Assessment(PGA) was measured. Results : Compared to the acupuncture group, the warm-needling group showed a significant decrease in pain, function, and total WOMAC scores according to the Mann-Whitney U-test. The PGA scores of the warm-needling group also showed a significant improvement compared to the acupuncture group. Conclusions : Warm-needling showed a greater pain relief effect on knee OA compared to the acupuncture group. These findings suggest that warm-needling may be a promising alternative therapy for treating knee OA.

  • 최근 들어 전자상거래의 급속한 발달로 전 세계적으로 수송 물동량이 급격히 증대되고 있고, 이로 인해 택배사업이 대단히 활성화되고 있다. 출발지와 목적지가 서로 상이한 무수히 만은 수송 요구가 들어오면 수송 요구화물의 신속한 집배송을 위한 배차계획 및 수송계획을 세우는 것이 택배회사의 주요 업무이다. 이러한 배차 계획 및 수송 계획을 어떻게 수립하느냐에 따라 전체 수송비용뿐만 아니라 고객들의 서비스 수준에 상당한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 이러한 운영적 차원에서의 의사결정 이전에 훨씬 중요하게 고려해야 할 내용이 택배네트워크의 설계 문제이다. 이러한 택배네트워크의 설계에는 터미널 개수 및 위치를 결정하는 전략적 문제와 영업소들을 터미널에 할당하는 전술적 문제로 구분될 수 있다. 현재 우리 국내에는 크고 작은 수많은 택배사업자들이 있으나, 그 중에서 비교적 규모가 큰 주요 택배회사들은 대부분 전국에 걸쳐 다수의 터미널을 설치하여 두고 수송화물의 집배송을 위한 물류거점으로 운영하고 있다. 이와 같은 터미널 위치 및 개수가 정해진 상태에서 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당하여 처리되도록 하느냐의 여부는 수송비용 측면에서뿐만 아니라 고객들에 대한 서비스 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의사결정 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 비용과 시간을 고려하여 전국에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 영업소들을 어떤 터미널에 할당해야 하는지를 결정하기 위한 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 이에 대한 탐색적 해법을 제시하며, 국내의 택배회사 사례를 대상으로 모형을 적용해 보고자 한다.무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각

An Adaptive Load Control Scheme in Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 Networks (계층적 모바일 IP 망에서의 적응형 부하 제어 기법)

  • In Hierarchical Mobile Ipv6 (HMIPv6) networks, the mobility anchor point (MAP) handles binding update (BU) procedures locally to reduce signaling overhead for mobility. However, as the number of mobile nodes (MNs) handled by the MAP increases, the MAP suffers from the overhead not only to handle signaling traffic but also to Process data tunneling traffic. Therefore, it is important to control the number of MNs serviced by the MAP, in order to mitigate the burden of the MAP. We propose an adaptive load control scheme, which consists of two sub-algorithms: threshold-based admission control algorithm and session-to-mobility ratio (SMR) based replacement algorithm. When the number of MNs at a MAP reaches to the full capacity, the MAP replaces an existing MN at the MAP, whose SMR is high, with an MN that just requests binding update. The replaced MN is redirected to its home agent. We analyze the proposed load control scheme using the .Markov chain model in terms of the new MN and the ongoing MN blocking probabilities. Numerical results indicate that the above probabilities are lowered significantly compared to the threshold-based admission control alone.

  • 가입자가 B-ISDN(Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network) 서비스에 대한 shb은 수준의 품질 및 안정적인 서비스 제공을 요구함에 따라, 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 교환기에 대한 신뢰성 설계의 중요성은 증가하 고 있다. 교환기의 중요한 신뢰성 성능 척도 중의 하나인 연결 절단율 (Cutoff connection rate)은 총 연결시간 동안 절단된 연결수로 정의되며, 연결 절단은 호 설정 (Call setup) 단 계를 지나 서비스 중인 연결이 사용자의 요구가 아닌 시스템의 고장으로 종료될 때 발생한 다. 연결 절단율 추정 문제는 기존의 신뢰도 또는 가용도 예측을 위한 시뮬레이션과는 달리 시스템 구성 유니트들의 고장율, 수리율, 그리고 요구된 연결의 트래픽 특성 부분이 혼합된 문제이다. 따라서, B-ISDN 서비스의 중요한 특징인 다양한 트래픽 특성과 시스템의 구성 (Configuration)을 고려하여 연결 절단율을 해석적인 방법을 통하여 추정하는 데네는 어려 움이 있으며 시뮬레이션에 의한 방법이 적절하다. 본 고에서는 B-ISDN 서비스의 트래픽 특 성과 ATM 교환기의 시스템 구성 및 신뢰도 데이터로부터 시스템의 연결 절단율을 추정하 기 위한 시뮬레이터의 기능 및 구조, 시뮬레이션 수행 결과 등을 제시한다. 시뮬레이터는 AweSim 시뮬레이션과 CUser Written Code를 사용하여 개발하였다. 시뮬레이터의 구성 모듈은 크게 호 도착 모듈, 연결 제어 및 자원 할당 모듈, 유니트 고장 및 수리 모듈, 통계 량 수집 모듈 등으로 구성된다. 개발된 시뮬레이터는 B-ISDN 트래픽 파라메터와 연결 절단 율의 상호 관계 규명 및 시스템 설계 대안 (Design alternatives)에 대한 비교/평가에 활용 된다., 수중생물의 경우는 특히 수온, 수량 영양원등이다.(중략). 본 연구의 접근방법으로는 ASRS의 개념적인 Reference Model을 수립하고 이 Reference Model에 대한 Formal Model로 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification)을 이용하여 시스템을 Modeling하였다. 이의 Computer Simulation을 위하여 DEVS형식론 환경에서의 Simulation Language인 DEVSim ++ⓒ를 이용하여 시스템을 구현하였다.. 실형 결과로는 먼저 선형 상미분방정식의 예로 mass-damper-spring system, 비선형 상미분방정식의 예로는 van der Pol 방정식, 연립 상미분방정식의 예로는 mixing tank problem 등을 보였으며, 그의 공학에서 일어나는 여러 가지 문제들도 다루었다.화물에 대한 방어력이 증가되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어([$[W1]_{XO-}$ $[W1]_{XO}$ ]$_{XO}$

  • There are many conflicts or interests among various stakeholders on the development of the coastal area. The integrated methodology, which is reflective of physical conditions, socio-economic circumstances, and people's sense of values, is thus needed to solve the problems. In this study, geographical information systems(GIS) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) that arc one of multi-criteria analysis methodologies are loosely coupled to develop better analytic procedures for coastal assessment. Socio-economic and environmental parameters of the study area, Hampyung Bay area, are converted to a GIS system-applicable format, while AHP is used to assess the relative importance level of each parameter by calculating weighting factors. After standardizing and rasterizing spatial data from various sources. the weighting factors are applied to produce the layers for each parameter. Map algebra and overlay analyses are used to create the final layer according to the decision making logic or model proposed here. Cell values of that layer could be considered as spatial alternatives. In addition to this finding, the flexibility with the weighing factors enable decision-makers to understand the procedures and alternatives in relevance with selective strategies for coastal management.

Familism and Welfare Consciousness in Korea (가족주의 가치관에 따른 한국인의 복지의식 연구 : 서울지역 기혼자를 중심으로)

  • This study is about the relationship between traditional familism and welfare consciousness in Korea. Traditional familism is known as the value that most Koreans share with, and the impeding value for welfare program development. Strong family solidarity and family-centered perception among Koreans influences other social values and ideology. Especially, care of the family members is understood as a family duty and responsibility. And this inhibits Koreans to develop welfare consciousness and further to develop welfare programs at the governmental level. Thus, this study purposes to explore the relationship between the two. The sample of 1,131 men and women was selected in Seoul area. As a result, traditional familism is found to be quite influential to welfare consciousness among Koreans. First, perception of welfare institution is strongly related with welfare consciousness. The respondents in high familism group showed low welfare consciousness. Second, state-friendly welfare responsibility was shown low in the group of high familism for the aged and youth. In the same context, for the disabled and the unemployed, state-friendly welfare responsibility was shown high in the group of low familism. Lastly, the relationship between familism and the welfare need was not apparent. Such results make possible to conclude that traditional familism among Korean is still influential to welfare consciousness and welfare ideology. However, although this conclusion should not be used for an excuse to avoid state responsibility but used as a tool to develop a welfare model to strengthen family function as one solid family.

Designing the Record Management Functions for Record Content Using Advantages of Cloud Storage (클라우드 저장소 장점을 활용한 기록 콘텐츠 관리기능 설계)

  • Recently, the central administrative agency changed its business management system to cloud-based On-nara 2.0. To transfer and manage the records of the cloud business management system, the National Archives Service has developed and distributed a cloud-based records management system. It serves as an opportunity to maximize the benefits of cloud computing and redesign the records management to be more effective and efficient. The process and method of electronic record management can be transformed through digital technologies. First, we can change the transfer method for electronic records. When the business and the records management systems share the same cloud storage, it is possible to transfer the content files between the two systems without moving the contents files physically, thus copying only the metadata and reducing the cost and the risk of integrity damage. Second, the strategy for allocating storage space for contents can be conceived. Assuming that the cloud storage is shared by the business and the record management systems, it is advantageous to distinguish the storage location based on the retention period of the content files. Third, systems that access content files, such as records creation, records management, and information disclosure systems, can share the cloud storage and minimize the duplication of content files.

A Road Environment Analysis for the Introduction of Connected and Automated Driving-based Mobility Services from an Operational Design Domain Perspective (자율주행기반 모빌리티 서비스 도입을 위한 운행설계영역 관점의 도로환경 분석)

  • As connected and automated driving(CAD) technology is entering its commercialization stage, service platforms providing CAD-based mobility services have increased these days. However, CAD-baded mobility services with these platforms need more consideration for the demand for mobility services when determining target areas for CAD-based mobility services because current CAB-based mobility design focus on driving performance and driving stability. For a more efficient design of CAD-based mobility services, we analyzed the applicability for the introduction of CAD-based mobility services in terms of driving difficulty of CAD and demand patterns of current non-CAD based-mobility services, e.g., taxi, demand-responsive transit(DRT), and special transportation systems(STS). In addition, for the spatial analysis of the applicability of the CAD-based mobility service, we propose the Index for Autonomous Driving Applicability (IADA) and analyze the characteristics of the spatial distribution of IADA from the network perspective. The analysis results show that the applicability of CAD-based mobility services depends more on the demand patterns than the driving difficulty of CAV. In particular, the results show that the concentration pattern of demand in a specific road link is more important than the size of demand. As a result, STS service shows higher applicability compared to other mobility services, even though the size of demand for this mobility service is relatively small.

Real-Time GPU Task Monitoring and Node List Management Techniques for Container Deployment in a Cluster-Based Container Environment (클러스터 기반 컨테이너 환경에서 실시간 GPU 작업 모니터링 및 컨테이너 배치를 위한 노드 리스트 관리기법)

  • Recently, due to the personalization and customization of data, Internet-based services have increased requirements for real-time processing, such as real-time AI inference and data analysis, which must be handled immediately according to the user's situation or requirement. Real-time tasks have a set deadline from the start of each task to the return of the results, and the guarantee of the deadline is directly linked to the quality of the services. However, traditional container systems are limited in operating real-time tasks because they do not provide the ability to allocate and manage deadlines for tasks executed in containers. In addition, tasks such as AI inference and data analysis basically utilize graphical processing units (GPU), which typically have performance impacts on each other because performance isolation is not provided between containers. And the resource usage of the node alone cannot determine the deadline guarantee rate of each container or whether to deploy a new real-time container. In this paper, we propose a monitoring technique for tracking and managing the execution status of deadlines and real-time GPU tasks in containers to support real-time processing of GPU tasks running on containers, and a node list management technique for container placement on appropriate nodes to ensure deadlines. Furthermore, we demonstrate from experiments that the proposed technique has a very small impact on the system.

A Study on the Methods of Building Tools and Equipment for Digital Forensics Laboratory (디지털증거분석실의 도구·장비 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The use of digital information according to the development of information and communication technology and the 4th industrial revolution is continuously increasing and diversifying, and in proportion to this, crimes using digital information are also increasing. However, there are few cases of establishing an environment for processing and analysis of digital evidence in Korea. The budget allocated for each organization is different and the digital forensics laboratory built without solving the chronic problem of securing space has a problem in that there is no standard that can be referenced from the initial configuration stage. Based on this awareness of the problem, this thesis conducted an exploratory study focusing on tools and equipment necessary for building a digital forensics laboratory. As a research method, focus group interviews were conducted with 15 experts with extensive practical experience in the digital forensic laboratory or digital forensics field and experts' opinions were collected on the following 9 areas: network configuration, analyst computer, personal tools·equipment, imaging devices, dedicated software, open source software, common tools/equipment, accessories, and other considerations. As a result, a list of tools and equipment for digital forensic laboratories was derived.
