This study recognized a individual central department of the government as an object that can be branded. Therefore, it was studied to understand the impact of the central department's brand equity on the credibility of the government. To evaluate the relationship between them, measurement items and hypothetical construct were developed based on the previous studies, then the impacts of the central department's brand equity on the government's credibility were assessed. To summarize, the measurement items developed based on the previous studies were refined to discover the components of the central department's brand equity. Then, factor analysis was performed. The results firstly showed that brand equity is consisted of awareness, functional and emotional assets. Secondly, it was found that awareness level of the central department has a positive impact on functional and emotional assets. Thirdly, functional and emotional assets of individual central department significantly affect the credibility of the central department. Lastly, the credibility of individual central departments positively influences the president's credibility. This study has an importance in a sense that it defines the elements of central department's brand equity, and provides a frame for an objective comparison.

The increased national utilization of Bitcoin results in multiple complications. Therefore, there are continuous debates on the subject, the main point being how to characterize Bitcoin's asset nature. The following study bases, focusing on the function value, justifies Bitcoin's asset characterization. Using regression analysis to construct relations between gold and indexes such as CPI, DXY, and S&P500 as well as the relation between Bitcoin and the previously mentioned indexes, the question of whether gold and Bitcoin reacted in a similar fashion to the same indicators was examined. The results conclude that Bitcoin has similarities with gold, showing that it is risk averse and an investable commodity in lieu to profitability when it comes to inflation and currency value. When considered with price volatility, the main force behind the function of investment asset, categorizing Bitcoin as a high-risk financial investment asset rather than as a currency within the system would be more effective for management.

최근 몇 년 동안 기후변화에 대응하기 위한 탄소중립 혹은 저탄소 운영의 중요성이 강조되어왔다. 상수도 관망은 직접적인 탄소 배출 시설물은 아니지만, 상수도 관망의 운영 그리고 구성요소의 제조부터 폐기까지의 전 생애주기 동안 막대한 양의 에너지를 사용하는데, 이러한 에너지의사용이 탄소 배출에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 특히 수자원공사에 따르면, '17년 기준 수도사업 관련 전기 사용에 따른 간접 배출이 70만tCO2eq에 이르는 것으로 보고되고 있어, 에너지의 효율적인 운영 및 자산관리 체계의 필요성이 커지고 있는 실정이다. 상수도 관망의 에너지 효율에 영향을 주는 요인은 크게 구성요소의 노후와 누수로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상수도 관망 관로 별 노후와 누수 여부를 판단하여 교체 전략을 수립할 수 있는 자산관리 모형을 제안하고 관로별 에너지 효율을 시각화하여 전반적인 자산관리에 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 모형은 최적화 기법을 통한 관로별 기능적 노후도 산정 및 누수 탐지, 관만 내 누수 지역화, 에너지 효율 시각화 등 총 3개의 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 제안한 모형은 고도의 차이가 큰 국내 D시 가상 관망에 적용하였다. 해당 관망에 다양한 관로의 노후 및 누수 상황을 가정하여 가상의 데이터를 생성하고 이를 토대로 관로별 기능적 노후와 누수 조건을 고려하여 해당 모형을 검증한다. 또한, 노후와 누수에 따른 가상 상황별 관로의 자산관리 의사결정 예시를 제공하여 향후 모형의 활용에 대한 가이드 라인을 제시한다. 마지막으로 관망 내 설치된 감압밸브를 터빈으로 전환하여 관망 운영 단계에서 무의미하게 소산되는 열에너지를 회수하는 방안을 검증하였다. 최적화 기법을 통해 비용 대비 최적 터빈 설치 지역을 선정하였고 향후 터빈 설치에 고려해야 할 사항을 정리한다. 본 연구에서의 결과는 향후 종합적인 저탄소형 상수도 관망을 위한 초석을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

90년대 말 이후 우리나라가 극심한 경제 불황을 겪으면서 구조조정을 c통한 시장기능의 회복에 관심이 집중되고 있다. Pigou에 의하면 소비함수를 통한 실질자산효과로 불황하에도 시장의 가격기구를 통해 장기균형에 달성이 가능하다는 것이다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 실질자산효과를 Phillips-Hansen의 FM-OLS 공적분추정으로 실증분석을 수행하였는데 분석결과에 의하면 우리나라의 경우 Pigou가 주장한 실질자산효과가 거의 없는 것으로 나타나 실질자산효과가 정책적으로 고려의 대상이 되는지의 여부는 충분히 검토되어야 할 것이다. 더구나 실질자산효과의 크기는 물가의 신축성의 정도에 따라 달라지는데 우리나라의 경우 물가의 신축성에 많은 제약이 있기 때문에 현실적으로는 실질자산효과가 더욱 축소되어 나타날 것으로 보인다. 결과적으로 실질자산효과에 의한 소비증가가 IS곡선을 이동시킬 만큼 충분치 못할 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 자율운항선박의 등장에 따른 추가적인 자산 관리 요구사항에 대응하기 위해, 새로운 자산관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 구현한 자율운항선박 자산관리 플랫폼을 제시한다. 이 플랫폼은 소프트웨어, 센서 등의 자율운항선박 관련 추가 자산을 식별하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 또한, 자율운항선박 전용 기능을 모듈화하여 기존 전통선박과 자율운항선박 모두에 적용할 수 있게 하였고, 웹 기반으로 개발되어 PC와 모바일 등 다양한 기기에서 접근이 용이하다는 장점이 있다.

In this paper, we design and implement the web-based property management system using RFID. There are many properties in the organizations such as companies, schools and so on. Many users share these properties. Thus, these fields require efficient management systems for monitoring a variety of information such as the locations and the detailed information of the properties for the monitoring and lending services. We attach RFID tags to every property and monitor their information with our web-based management system. Our management system provides the monitoring service and the lending service for properties and users.

Digital assets denote multimedia information that exists in the form of digitized materials such as images, audio, and video. The management of digital assets demands much effort because of a huge amount of storage space requirement and multidimensional characteristics of the information needed to describe their contents. In this paper, we design and implement a Digital Asset Manager that stores and manages digital assets efficiently. Among the various types of digital assets, we focus on the video asset which has the highest complexity. Our Digital Asset Manager provides various facilities for digital contents authoring applications. In the Digital Asset Manager, video assets are managed by using a hierarchical model in order to ensure efficient accesses to any part of a video asset. Our system also guarantees the independence from the storage platform, and provides a fast content-based similarity search method on the digital assets.

정부와 시설물유지관리 기관에서는 공공시설의 안전성 확보와 유지관리 업무의 생산성 향상을 위해 다양한 시설물유지관리시스템을 구축하여 운영중에 있으나 대응적 유지보수 체계의 한계로 인하여 합리적인 예산수립을 위한 최적의 의사결정을 하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 유지관리의 효율성 증대 및 예산 절약을 위해 공공시설에 예방적 개념의 자산관리체계를 도입해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 자산관리는 시설물의 최적화된 관리를 위한 경영전략으로 시설물 상태에 대한 공학적, 해석적 분석을 넘어 대상물을 자산으로 인식·평가하고 가치유지 및 향상을 목표로 하며 동시에 사용자의 최대만족을 얻기 위한 전략이다. 국내에서는 이러한 시대적인 요구에 따라 자산관리에 대한 연구가 진행 중이며 본 논문에서는 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 해외 사례조사를 통해 시스템 핵심 기능을 도출하고 이를 통해 데이터 항목 분류방안을 제시하였다.

As the social infrastructure becomes deteriorated, its maintenance cost has been increased rapidly. There are growing needs to manage facilities systematically to reduce this kind of maintenance budget, and furthermore to avoid safety accidents in Korea. Asset management is widely used in New Zealand, the United States, Great Britain to manage their social facilities. In these countries, standardized information model and its system are developed and in service for asset management. There are several researches on asset management of social infrastructure in Korea, and the KTAM-40 work procedure is one of the main results for these researches. In this paper, the IIMM of New Zealand and the KTAM-40 of Korea, were surveyed to develop a business architecture of the highway asset management system. A new business architecture for the highway asset management system is proposed based on the KTAM-40 work procedure: First, the organization and its role for the highway asset management are defined. Second, business functions of the highway asset management are classified. Third, the highway asset management functions and the flow of information are defined. In the last section, differences between the newly designed architecture and the other systems' architecture is reviewed.

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the need for brand equity management to survive in a rapidly changing medical environment by identifying the impact of digital customer experience on brand equity and analyzing the influence of hospital brand equity on word-of-mouth (WOM) intention. The main findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing the effect of digital customer experience on brand equity, the relationship between aesthetic value and brand equity, functional value and brand equity, customer service value and brand equity all showed significant results. In addition, the relationship between brand equity and WOM intention also showed significant results. These findings have practical implications for revealing the importance of the digital service environment in building hospital brand equity, in strengthening relationships with customers and WOM activities, and suggesting the provision of customer services and benefits using digital technology.
