기술 및 소개한 내용을 아래와 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1)전력계통의 계산기제어를 위한 하아드웨어시스템은 온라인리얼시스템의 구비 조건인 고속성, 신뢰성, 경제성을 기저요건으로 하여 동시에 다중프로그래밍, 다중처리가 가능한 범용전자계산기를 모체로 하고 다수의 위성계산기에 의하여 국지적 제어도 가능한 계층제어 시스템의 구성을 이루고 있는 것이 현 추세이다. 2)전력계통의 계산기제어는 전력계통의 안정제어가 그 주내용이나, 전력공급의 질을 일정수준으로 유지하면서 가장 경제적으로 전력을 안정된 상태로 공급하는 것이 더욱 바람직하다. 그러나 현단계에서는 긴급상태 및 회복상태에서는 전력의 안정공급에만 주안점을 두고 있는 실정이다. 3)전력계통의 안정제어의 기능은 상태의 감시, 해석 및 안전최적화의 3기능이며 안정최적화 기능중의 제어지령도 리얼타임으로 자동화하는 것이 궁극적 목표이나 현단계로서는 CRT 표시장치등의 맨머신 인터훼이스를 통하여 제어지령의 결정과정에서 조작원이 개입하는 것이 상례이다. 즉, 전력계통의 안정제어는 아직까지는 프로세스제어의 단계에 이르지 못하고 오퍼레이션제어의 특징을 다분히 지니고 있다. 4)조작원의 판단이나 개입을 줄이는 첩경은 하아드웨어의 개선보다는 전력계통 리얼타임 제어에 충분할 정도로 처리시간에 단축되는 전력계통제어용 각종 응용프로그램의 개발에 있으며 그 시기는 아직 먼 것으로 전망된다.

최근 아날로그 기기의 생산중단 및 디지털 시스템들의 고도화에 따라, 가장 보수적인 산업분야인 원자력 분야에도 디지털 기술이 적용되고 있다. 정보처리시스템은 정보의 취득, 처리, 기록, 가공과 관련된 제반의 기능을 수행하여 원자로의 상태 감시 및 제어를 지원하는 중요한 시스템이다. 이러한 정보처리시스템은 대규모 발전소 또는 소규모 연구로 등 그 규모에 따라서 다양하게 설계될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내에 사례가 매우 드문 연구용 원자로의 정보처리시스템에 대하여, 시스템이 갖추어야 할 안전성 요건 및 운전성 요건을 분석 및 정의하고 이를 만족하는 통합 정보처리시스템의 개념 설계 결과를 소개한다. 연구결과는 국내외 중/소 규모 플랜트의 정보처리시스템 설계에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

기존에 기업의 의사결정을 위해 사용되는 데이터 웨어하우스나 데이터 마트에서 성능향상을 위한 많은 연구들이 있었다. 하지만 복잡한 업무요건이 추가되고 기업의 요구가 다양해짐에 따라 RDBMS의 성능은 점점 낮아지고 이를 해결하기 위한 필요성이 요구되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 버퍼기능을 하는 PL/SQL Package를 구현하여 효율적인 질의 최적화 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 성능이 좋다는 것을 실험을 통해 증명해 보였다.

Resource Description and Access(RDA) was published in 2008, reflecting IFLA IME ICC's International Cataloguing Principles(ICP), conceptual model for cataloging of Functional Requirement for Bibliographic Records(FRBR), and conceptual model for authority data of Functional Requirement for Authority Data(FRAD). Therefore, new tags and fields have been added to MARC21 format, and researches about the prototype have been studied to implement FRBR as envisioned by the new RDA standard. According to the innovative international cataloging environments, KCR and KORMARC must be revised to accommodate RDA description. This study was to grasp occurrence rate of work and expression element of FRBR and RDA among MARC field of Hansung University library and to analyze limitation of MARC data for RDA. Based on this limitations, cataloging rules and tags and fields of KORMARC were suggested to accommodate RDA in national cataloging environment. This study reviewed cataloging rules such like representation, main entry and rule of three, preferred title, types of content, media and carrier. This study is to suggest the consideration of KCR and KORMARC for RDA in Korea.

Since the first 12 ones were designated in 1969, 228 places have been designated as tourism sites, and about 70 percent of them were designated before the 2000s. It shows that changes in most of tourism sites are needed in terms of physical, functional and environmental aspects. However, there are still not enough academic progress and policy consideration regarding the decline of tourism sites and the regeneration of them. This study aims to find the causes of decline and the factors to activate in tourism sites, to draw important conditions to recover the attractiveness of tourism sites in decline from the comprehensive analysis of causes and factors, and to apply the conditions to a real case in severely declining stage. According to the findings, the conditions for recovery could be restructured into four categories: 'The upgrade of hardware such as facilities in tourism site', 'the development of software such as contents and programs', 'the reinforcement of local capacity and institutional grounds' and 'the expansion of functions and the building of networks with various external stakeholders such as expert groups, related enterprises, talented individuals and so forth.

Public institutions or libraries urgently prepare comprehensive measures to improve web accessibility of their websites as booting web dependability and web utilization of disabled people. The purpose of this study is to propose the design guidelines for improving web accessibility of disabled people. The study, first, analyzed various web accessibility requirements based on web standards, web accessibility guidelines, and the related researches and proposed a web accessibility checklist with 42 requirement. Next, the study evaluated 15 websites of public institutions such as government departments, association of disabled people, and public libraries using the checklist. Finally, the study revealed non-adherence requirements and suggested website design guidelines in terms of contents configuration, sound, colour, keyboard handling, mouse handling, access, image processing, text processing, and code processing.

본 연구는 2000년 인구주택총조사에 기반하여, 국내 3,516개 읍면동 단위의 소지역을 마케팅 의사 결정 활용의 관점에서 유사한 인구 사회 경제 소비행태를 가지는 26개의 마이크로타겟(Micro Target) 군집을 구축하는데 그 초점을 두고 있다. 마이크로타겟 군집은 마케팅 의사결정과 마케팅 전략수립에 있어 핵심적 요건으로 기능하게 된다.

원자력발전소는 발전소의 안전성 확보를 위해 대기중인 계통의기기(component)들을 가동중에 주기적으로 시험하고 있다. 시험 대상은 주로 미국 기계학회(The American Society of Mechanical Engineers: ASME)에서 정해진 안전등급 1.2,3급의 밸브나 펌프 등으로서, 원자력 발전소를 안전하게 정지시키거나 정지상태를 유지시기는 또는 사고를 완화시키는 기능과 관련돼 있는 기기들이다. 국.내외 원자력 발전소의 안전성 관련 기기들에 대해 수행되는 가동중시험(In-Service Test: IST)의 요건 및 주기 등은 대부분 ASME코드 규정을 근거로 하고있다. 원자로보호계통은 비정상운전으로부터 원자로를 보호하기 위해 안전센서 신호를 감시하고, 그 값이 트립 설정치를 초과할 경우 자동으로 원자로 트립 또는/및 공학적 안전설비 작동 신호를 개시한다. 따라서, 원자로 보호계통은 4개의 채널로 구성되며, 각 채널간 및 채널내에서는 데이터 통신망을 통해 원자로 트립신호와 운전정보를 전송한다. 이러한 기능을 수행하는 데이터 통신망은 실시간 및 결정론적 프로토콜을 만족해야 한다. 특히, 원자로 트립신호를 전송하는 안전등급 통신망은 채널간 격리 및 브로드 캐스팅(Broadcasting) 요건을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 원자로보호계통에 적용되는 데이터 통신망 설계기준과 프로토콜 설계방안에 대해 기술한다.
