유선 네트워크, 무선 이동통신 네트워크, 인터넷 등을 통합하는 유무선 통합 네트워크(BcN)에서는 VoIP기술을 사용하게 될 것이다. TTA 표준으로 2004년 7월에 제정된 VoIP 계층형 광대역 고품질 음성 코덱은 핵심계층에 G.711, G.723.1, G.729를 사용하므로 10종의 PT 를 설정하여 코덱을 협상한다. 이로 인하여 자기자신의 코덱 이외에도 G.711, G.723.1, G.729 등과 상호 호환이 되는 장점을 갖는다. 본 고는신규로 제정된 VoIP 계층형 광대역 고품질 음성 코덱을 네트워크에서 사용할 수 있도록 호 처리에 대한표준화를 추진하여야 하는데 이를 위한 표준 기술을 설명하고, 코덱과 호처리 관계 및 표준화 기술을 근거로 한 코덱 협상 처리 기술을 설명한다. 코덱 협상 처리 기술로서 PSTN/MSC 연동 코덱 협상 방안과All IP 코덱 협상 방안으로 구분하였다. All IP 코덱 협상 방안에서는 발신, 착신, MGC, 착신서버에서 호환성을 위한 호 처리 기능을 제공한다. 본 고의 호 처리 기술을 적용하면, VoIP 계층형 광대역 고품질 음성코덱은 기존 네트워크 장치 기능을 수정하지 않고 사용할 수 있다.

Recently car navigation systems which are widely spreaded and provide routes exactly have been evolved. The systems use various information and techniques as follows. In order to provide shortest path with good flow, realtime traffic information provided by DMB is used. Augmented reality technique is also introduced to give the sense of real to driver by displaying real images captured by camera during driving. But these operate well when the GPS receives data normally. Exact information about the position of vehicles becomes a base that supports the above function with realities. This paper proposes a method for compensating a given path. It uses various information by integrated vehicle networks when the GPS does not operates normally.

본 연구는 spring framework와 각 SNS들의 API를 활용한 각 플랫폼들을 한 사이트에 연동하여 사용자들이 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여 진행하였다. SNS 통합 플랫폼에서의 중요한 요소는 사용자들의 SNS 관리 시간을 단축시키는 것인데 이를 위해 플랫폼들의 게시물들을 한 곳에서 게시, 수정, 삭제 그리고 여러 플랫폼에 게시물을 동시에 업로드하는 기능과 게시물들을 필터링하는 기능을 제공하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 편의성은 올라가며 더 효율적으로 게시물들을 관리하여 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

Bicycle is an environment-friendly transport mode contributing to a more sustainable transportation systems. To innovatively increase the use of bicycle as a significant transport mode, bicycle-friendly roadway environment should be provided. This study proposes a method to evaluate cycling environment based on the analysis of data collected from an specially equipped probe bicycle. The inertial measurement unit(IMU) consisting of a gyro sensor, accelerometer, and a global positioning systems(GPS) receiver was installed on the probe bicycle. Cycling stability index(CSI) and bicycle speed data were used as inputs of the proposed evaluation framework adopting the Fault Tree Analysis, which is a well-known technique for the risk analysis. The outcomes of this study will serve as an intelligent assesment tool for cycling environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a direction planning integrated waterfront cultural city in terms of urban economic revitalization through regeneration of former industrial harborfront and the creation of cultural living spaces based on regional history in order to pursue urban activities. Method: Analyzing planning waterfront and historical cultural space based on MM21's development policy and strategy under the growth process and development of Yokohama. Results: MM21 is the core public project out of the six major projects promoted by Yokohama, which is on the brink of satellite cities for the expansion of Tokyo with a goal of qualitative transformation of former harbor. It is planned to be developed as a creative cultural waterfront city for an integrated urban development. Conclusion: Planning waterfront cultural city, which takes advantage of the former harbor city derived through MM21 analysis, provides the cityscape towards the sea and the port via the viewing point and opens the waterfront open to the port and the sea Space and Esplanade landscape development, preservation of historic buildings and cultural assets, recycling as cultural art space, waterfront space planning that cooperates with public culture art and pedestrian network.

An INS is a composite navigation system providing "added value" so defined if work stations provide Multi-Function Displays(MFDs) integrating information and functions for navigational tasks. Even though the minimum requirements for an INS are defined by IMO performance standards, a generic list of the devices and functions that constitute an INS does not exist, so the configuration of the INS is different for each manufacturer, and guidelines based on users' perspectives are also insufficient. This study was conducted to enhance the usability of the INS by analyzing the information required by users according to the ship's operating status and tasks and effectively structuring it in the MFD of the INS. By analyzing INS-related international standards and manufacturers' component equipment lists, mandatory navigation information was selected and card sorting tests were conducted on ship operators with experience in using MFDs to group the information required for each INS task. The results of the study can serve as a basic guideline for manufacturers to structure information based on users' experience when designing products.

최근 정부에서 국내 물관리일원화를 추진함에 따라 수자원에 대한 양적, 질적, 파생적 기능의 통합적 관리를 위한 기술적 기반의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 지금까지 국내에서는 하천, 호소 등 수자원에 대한 수질관리와 수량관리가 별도로 이루어지다보니, 수질 및 수량에 대해 관측지점, 관측시점 등이 모두 다른 실정이다. 상호 간 영향이 뚜렷한 수량 및 수질을 연계하여 관리하기 위해서는 수체 내 동일 지점에 대한 관측데이터 관리가 우선적으로 필요하다. 그러려면 수량-수질 연계 관리에 필요한 데이터 항목 및 관계 등의 설계가 중요하다. 즉, 데이터를 단순히 모아놓는 것이 아닌 효과적인 관리를 위한 빅데이터 큐레이션이 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 필요성에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 수량-수질 연계 관리가 가능한 데이터관리시스템을 구축하기 위해 온톨로지 기반 메타데이터를 설계 및 분석하고자 한다. 관계형 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 방법론으로는 먼저 수량 및 수질 도메인의 데이터 항목의 관계성을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 온톨로지 기반의 메타데이터를 설정한다. 온톨로지를 활용하면 해당 도메인에서 데이터 간 관계성을 보다 분명하게 정의할 수 있다. 데이터를 클래스나 인스턴스에 정의하고, 각 데이터 간 관계를 속성에 정의한다. 또한 수량-수질 데이터 연계 관리 시 고려하여야 할 요소를 분석하여 제시한다. 이를 통해 수량-수질 데이터 연계 관리에 있어 온톨로지 기반 메타데이터의 적용성 및 효율성을 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Two problems can be happened when we construct Integrated Project Support Environment for construction of software integration environment. The first is a problem about granularity of tool. Problems about interface of tools after combination phase which combine many functions into one and when we use some function of tool with other tools, we can't be use by closed interface. The second is a problem that can be happen when we gather data about process. When we measure the development process for enhancement of it, we can get data with tools, but current tools are not prepared to measurement of development process. In this study, we explained that process information tool is needed and proposed analysis and design methodology and evaluation standard. Finally, we considered and evaluated for problems which can be happened when construct environment which is based on this result of study.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the satisfaction level of users regarding the search and search results of D College Library system implemented by Open API. For the study, 90 students of D College searched the library system with 4 subjects regarding on current affairs and assignments, and then evaluated the satisfaction on search functionality and contents usability. In results, they satisfied search expansion in general. Especially, the satisfaction levels for the convenience of search method and preview was the highest, but that of level for the arrangement and browsing of search results and the searching speed was the lowest. In terms of currentness, relevance, usefulness and utilizability aspects, Naver was the most highly evaluated, followed by library’s database, dissertation/academic journals, Youtube and Flikr. The cause of the unsatisfactory could be reduced when the library system implements the useful and attractive search interface.

Object-oriented and distributed processing methods are adopted next -generation telecommunications management architecture. In this paper, we design and implement gradual federation function on connection management system providing connection services to transport network for interworking and encapsulated trader and gateway function for testing interoperability of these service objects between distributed processing environments. These techniques are practically applicable to support interworking between heterogeneous management network systems according to a tendency of integrating telecommunications management systems.
