본 연구는 대구시의 상업지역의 용도지역변화를 GIS를 사용하여 시대별로 구축하고 이를 분석함으로써 변화의 특성을 고찰함에 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 도심기능의 분산과 그에 따른 상업지역을 중심으로 한 용도지역의 변화형태 그리고 상업시설의 입지형태를 분석하였다. 이에 따라 분석한 결과 상업지역의 입지에 따른 주변지역의 용도 지역의 변화와 아울러 가로축의 발달과 함께 상업시설의 형태도 선형으로 발달하며 기능을 분산시키는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문은 일본의 전국 해항도시를 대상으로 연안을 둘러싼 시대적 흐름을 고찰하고 해역이용에 따른 해양건축물의 변천과정에 비교 분석한 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 해항도시에서 해양건축물을 조성하게된 경위나 성립요인에서부터 사회적 요구변화에 따른 기능 용도 변천과정을 정리하여 실태를 파악하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 최근 우리나라에서도 해항도시의 바다를 이용한 다양한 건축물들이 조성되고 있어

의복은 사람의 인체를 가려주는 것에서부터 시작해서 인체를 보호하는 기능 더 나아가 장식용으로 그 용도가 변화해 왔다. 요즈음에는 시대에 맞게 그리고 사회 변화에 맞게 기능, 고기능, 초고기능이라는 단어를 붙여서 섬유에 기능성을 부여하게 되었다. 이러한 용어는 단순히 시간이 지남에 따라 기술 발달로 인해 인간의 만족감을 채우기 위해서 자연스럽게 된 이유도 있겠지만, 사회 변화로 인해 불가피하게 그러한 기능들을 가질 수밖에 없고 또 꼭 필요하게 되어서 그러한 용어를 사용한다. (중략)

This paper examines the recent changes of urban center in metropolis in terms of land use. Jung-Gu, Daegu City is analyzed for a case study, and publicly notified individual land price data of 2000 and 2011 are used as analysis materials. The analyzing results show that a lot of residential land uses diminished in urban center, but residential function is still significant despite such decrease. Commercial land uses also decreased. Office land uses increased, but the increase is insignificant. On the contrary, unused or miscellaneously used land increased considerably. The phenomena implicate that land uses in the urban center are not positive under the influence of inner city decline. Overall, more land use changes occurred in the frame than in the core of urban center. That is, land uses in the core is more stable than them in the frame. However, decreasing commercial land uses in the core is noticeable, comparing to the frame. Mixed land uses for residence and commerce are most deconcentrated and office land uses most concentrated. Mean center point and standard deviation distance of land uses did not change significantly from 2000 to 2011, despite considerable change of land uses. The finding reveals that land use changes are widely occurring in urban center.

The purpose of this study is to predict the economic size of foods-for-elderly market, which will be valuable information for establishing related policy and backup system. After setting the scope of related industry, detailed information for current market situation was investigated and a systematic forecast for market changes in the future was performed. Economic growth, changes in consumer expenditure and economic status of the elderly, current subscription of medical insurance and saving for pension were reflected. In addition, a survey toward related firms was completed and changes in aged population and incidence of chronic disease in the elderly were taken into account. Results show that the annual growth rate of the market was predicted to be the minimum 4.54% through the maximum 8.32% from 2010 to 2025 and its market size was forecasted to be the minimum 7,073 ten million won through the maximum 10,976 ten million won. It is expected that the market of foods-for-elderly will grow rapidly with development of foods technology and fast increase of aged population. Especially, growth of health functional foods and foods for special dietary uses for elderly will be distinguished. However, it seems that related firms are on the hedge, watching current trend of the related industry. This may results in insufficient supply against the demand. Therefore, policy for foods-for-elderly should be introduced and systematically administered, including R&D support, standardization and authentication for foods-for-elderly, construction of related database system.

최근 인구증가 및 도시개발 등으로 인해 지표면이 갖고 있었던 보수 및 유수기능 등이 현격하게 줄어들면서 이에 따른 홍수 유출량이 증대되고 첨두유량이 증가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제는 지표유출량의 변화에 따른 침투량에 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 이를 예측 및 분석하기 위한 다양한 모형들이 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 모형 중 L-THIA 모형은 토지이용도, 토양도, 일강우 자료만으로 직접유출을 모의가 가능하고 높은 정확성을 보이기 때문에 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 L-THIA 모형은 하나의 토지이용도만을 이용하여 직접유출량을 모의하고 검보정이 이루어지기 때문에 시간적, 공간적으로 변화하는 토지이용의 변화를 고려하지 못한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 토지이용도의 변화가 L-THIA 모형의 결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 L-THIA 모형의 두 가지 검보정 시나리오를 각각 작성하였다. 시나리오1은 기존에 이루어지는 검보정 방법으로 경안천 유역의 일별 강우자료와 1995년 토지이용도만을 이용하여 1997년 1월1일부터 1999년 12월 31일까지 보정을 실시하고, 이에 따른 매개변수를 적용하여 2001년 1월 1일부터 2003년 12월 31일까지 검정을 수행하였다. 시나리오2는 시나리오 1과는 다르게 보정기간(2005~2010년)에는 2000년 토지이용도를 적용하고, 검정기간(2001~2003년)에는 2000년 토지이용도를 적용하여 각각 검보정을 수행하였다. 또한 시나리오 1과 시나리오 2에서 실측자료와 모의결과를 비교 분석한 $R^2$ 및 NSE 수치를 비교한 결과 토지이용도 변화를 보다 실제적으로 반영한 시나리오2에서 더 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 따라서 L-THIA 모형은 토지이용 별 CN 기반 직접유출량을 산정하기 때문에 본 연구결과에서 나타난 바와 같이 시간 변화에 따른 토지이용 변화를 같이 고려해야 보다 더 신뢰성 높은 모형의 결과를 산출할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

과거 1세기를 통해 볼 때, 건축재로써 콘크리트의 범용적 선정우위는 향후 1세기도 다른 건축재로 대체될 가능성이 없지만, 환경친화적이고 인간공학적 요소를 강조하는 최근의 주거환경과 함께, 건축주는 회색 일변도의 획일화된 도시화로 발생된 상자형의 빌딩 숲과 각종 시설물에서 탈피하고픈 욕구를 해결하기 위해 환경 친화적이고 고기능이 강조된 제품을 적용하여 쾌적한 주거환경과 생활공간를 창조하고자 다양하게 시도하고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 욕구를 충족하기 위한 용도와 기능의 제품은 다양한 형태로 환경친화적인 디자인, 기능, 용도로 개발되고 그 기능도 잘 홍보하여 적용되고 있으나 일부 제품은 이러한 변화에 대응하지 못하고 사양되고 있는 것도 사실이다.(중략)

The information technology is becoming very essential in our daily lives. Internet environment, especially, has been seriously affecting the area of education. The cost-effectiveness analysis is required as universities are investing quite much in the development of internet infrastructure. This study shows a simple statistical result on the utilization of internet equipments. It is found that the enough availability is not provided to the students who are going to use equipments for the purpose of study as a big portion of them are occupied by the users for the purpose of amusement.

현재 국내 하천에는 수많은 보가 존재하고 있으며, 하천에 설치된 보는 보 주변 지역에 많은 혜택을 제공한다. 보의 규모가 클 경우 소수력 발전을 위한 용도로 사용되거나, 선박 통행을 위한 수심 확보 목적으로 활용된다. 상수원으로서 농업용수와 생활용수를 공급하며, 홍수 시 상부 저수지를 홍수 조절을 위한 목적으로 활용되며, 지역 주민들에게 여가 활용의 기회를 제공한다. 이렇듯 하천에 설치되어 있는 보는 유용한 역할을 수행하지만 사용하고자 하는 용도가 없어지고, 노후화되어 보의 기능이 점차 약화되는 보들이 하천에 계속 남아있게 된다면, 필요 없이 하천을 막아 흐름을 정체시켜 결국 환경이나 생태적인 측면에서 커다란 손실을 가져오게 된다. 최근 농경지 도시화, 경작 방식의 변화, 취수시설물 통폐합, 시설 노후화 등으로 매년 수십 개 이상의 보가 폐기되고 있으나, 폐기된 보는 대부분 철거되지 않고 하천에 남아 여전히 문제를 발생시키고 있으며, 외국의 경우에는 이미 기능 및 용도를 상실한 보 철거는 하천 생태통로 복원 등의 목적을 위해 하천환경복원의 한 방법으로 널리 활용하고 있다. 특히 보의 기능 상실 여부는 단순한 시설물 노후 여부로 따지는 것이 아니라 본래의 기능을 상실하였을 경우에는 시설물이 노후화되지 않았더라도 적극적으로 철거하고 있다. 본 연구는 보 철거를 통한 하천생태통로 복원 기술 개발을 위한 연구의 일환으로 기능을 상실한 보 철거를 위한 보 철거 선정 체계에 대한 시안을 제시하고자 한다. 철거 대상 보 선정을 위해서는 보 관리주체 및 보 주변지역에 거주하는 주민의 역할이 중요하며, 이에 따라 보 철거 선정 체계는 보 철거를 위해서 보 주변 지역 거주민을 설득하며, 하천의 환경 개선을 위한 합리적인 대안 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 선정 체계를 바탕으로 주민 협의 및 대안 제시를 통해 결정된 대상 보는 선정 체계 안에서 보 철거 영향 판단 절차에 따라서 보 철거로 인한 수문, 수리, 지형, 수질, 생태 영향을 판단하게 되며, 이와 더불어 사회 경제적인 영향을 평가하게 된다. 평가결과에 따라서 보를 완전히 철거하거나 다른 대안을 고려하여 보를 부분적으로 철거하거나 개량하게 된다.

This study on land use and regeneration of urban central district in Daegu investigates the current trend of those changes, and examines the change of urban core on land use, Since the 1980s, large cities in Korea have experienced the decline of spatial economic activities as well as population. Such urban decline has a relation with land use which can be classified with urban land use district and actual land use. This study tried to capture urban land use in three aspects; downtown business, residence, and the change of land use conversion. Based on land use characteristics, the size of residence land use has played a major role in hindering of the efficiency of land use. Also, this study has reviewed urban renewal projects in Daegu, especially urban core renewal projects, and discussed the problems of the projects.
