The government-affiliated organizations are required the autonomous record preservation and management, considering their management independence and specialty. In absence of general record management system for government-affiliated organizations, establishment of the standard; Functional requirements of systems with record management for government-affiliated organizations, etc. NAK/S 24:2014(v1.0) is meaningful because it can consensus the functional requirements and directions which are considered when organizations develop in-house record management systems. This study aims to analyze functional requirements and suggest procedures and strategies for application of the standard in the case of development of the record management system.

This study aims to provide the basic functional requirements and degree of importance of online archival exhibitions, which have played an essential role in the records information service lately. It first derived the properties of online archival exhibitions and their functional attributes through literature analysis. Next, it analyzed the degree of importance of functional requirements using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. As a result, 3 properties and 13 functional requirements of online archival exhibitions were proposed. It was found that the archivists managing the online archival exhibitions considered the most important property to be "Information Transmission," the second the "Effectiveness of Exhibition," and the third the "Informative Function." As for the most critical functional requirements, these are "Aesthetics," "Interaction," "Usability," "Educational Experience Provision," and "Promotion and Exhibition Activation," while the least are "Theme Originality" and "Content Inclusiveness."

The functional requirements standards for electronic records management systems which have been published recently describe the specifications very precisely including not only core functions of records management but also the function of system management and optional modules. The fact that these functional requirements standards seem to be similar to each other in terms of the content of functions described in the standards is linked to the global standardization trends in the practical area of electronic records. In addition, these functional requirements standards which have been built upon with collaboration of archivists from many national archives, IT specialists, consultants and records management applications vendors result in not only obtaining high quality but also establishing the condition that the standards could be the certificate criteria easily. Though there might be a lot of different ways and approaches to benchmark the functional requirements standards developed from advanced electronic records management practice, this paper is showing the possibility and meaningful business cases of gaining useful practical ideas learned from imaging electronic records management practices related to the functional requirements standards. The business cases are explored central functions of records management and the intellectual control of the records such as classification scheme or disposal schedules. The first example is related to the classification scheme. Should the records classification be fixed at same number of level? Should a record item be filed only at the last node of classification scheme? The second example addresses a precise disposition schedule which is able to impose the event-driven chronological retention period to records and which could be operated using a inheritance concept between the parent nodes and child nodes in classification scheme. The third example shows the usage of the function which holds or freeze and release the records required to keep as evidence to comply with compliance like e-Discovery or the risk management of organizations under the premise that the records management should be the basis for the legal compliance. The last case shows some cases for bulk batch operation required if the records manager can use the ERMS as their useful tool. It is needed that the records managers are able to understand and interpret the specifications of functional requirements standards for ERMS in the practical view point, and to review the standards and extract required specifications for upgrading their own ERMS. The National Archives of Korea should provide various stakeholders with a sound basis for them to implement effective and efficient electronic records management practices through expanding the usage scope of the functional requirements standard for ERMS and making the common understanding about its implications.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal and to evaluate such requirements. A literature review was carried out to discuss library portal, and introduce the best practices of the regional library portal. After analyzing the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal, AHP was applied to evaluate requirements. In the political requirements, standards, digital collection development, operation and evaluation were ranked according to importance, and copyright & licence management which belongs to digital collection development was underrated. There were differences in the importance among the functional requirements of the regional library portal, integrated search, integrated interface, information service, separated digital collection management and access management were ranked according to importance.

Administrative information dataset records produced by various systems designed for work are difficult to manage on a case-by-case basis, requiring separate procedures to identify and evaluate data-sets. Identified data set records are apprasal and transferred to the records management system or disposed of. In this process, sufficient records management elements must be reflected in the production system itself in order to adhere to the principles of record management. In this paper, the functional requirements of the production system to accurately identify and safely manage data-sets were derived and applied based on the case of the KR property management system. It is hoped that this research on functional requirements of production systems will be added to lead to the creation of standards for functional requirements of data set production systems.

Records Management System(RMS) is a system for managing electronic records in records centers. However, RMS cannot content itself with the purpose of introduction and user demands. This is caused by lack of understanding the user's RMS and a review of the lack of detailed features. Therefore, the aim of this study reviews and evaluates a detailed accession function of RMS. Firstly, the study reviewed a detailed function of accession in RMS. Analysing the business processes that each function carried out, it defined functional requirements and investigated functional compliance as the check list which produced by the functional requirements definition. Finally, it surveyed and interviewed public records managers and analyzed the present situation of functional implementation of records accession function. Afterwards, improvement plans and implications were proposed through comparison of global-standard.

자율운항선박은 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심기술인 사물인터넷과 빅데이터, 인공지능 등이 집약된 미래 고부가가치 선박으로 주목 받고 있으며, 자율운항선박의 도입 및 상용화를 위한 국제적 제도 검토 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)는 2017년부터새로운 용어 정립과 함께 기존 협약 규정식별작업(RSE)을 수행했다. 그 결과 기존 협약의 개정과 함께 자율운항선박 운항을 위한 새로운 규정 개발 필요성을 인식하고, 지난해 4월 '자율운항선박 코드(MASS Code)' 개발 로드맵 개발과 함께 세부 기준 개발 작업을 본격화했다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 개발 중인 자율운항선박 코드를 기반으로 안전한 자율운항선박 운용을 위한 기능요건을 분석하고 세부 기준 및 방향을 제시했다.

Under the physical records management system, both the records and users could be controlled and secured by closing the door of Archives or using permitted records which is used only approved users. According to the electronic records management system and the concept of service on the basis of users, we have to give up the classical manner. As an alternative, we have to consider the electronic access control system. To accomplish this purpose, functional requirements of ERMS that is issued by UK, EU, U.S and Australia must be compared and analyzed. On the basis of U.K ERMS which is more detailed, 'common access control functional requirements' are arranged. As the access control functional requirements is applied in the records classification scheme, we could find out how the access control is executed in ERMS.

In order to assure the safety of train operation, a safety function analysis corresponding hazardous events of railway accidents and a safety requirement review on operation & management of trains have been performed. The preconditions and train composition requirements such as safety principles and functions that should be essentially considered to enable the safety operation of Urban-Transit trains are clearly presented. On the basis of presented train composition requirements, a rational revise of Urban Railway Operation Rule is proposed. It will be helpful in accident prevention and safety improvement for railway operation.

소프트웨어 시험은 소프트웨어 제품의 고 품질을 보장하기 위한 중요한 요소들 중의 하나이고, 특히 신뢰도가 원자력 발전소외 안전에 직결되는 디지털 기반의 원전 계측제어계통 소프트웨어는 고품질과 고신뢰도를 제공하여야 한다. 그러므로 원자력발전소에 사용되는 소프트웨어는 안전성과 신뢰성을 제공하기 위해 체계적인 시험을 통하여 설계의 정당성을 확인하고, 요건명세서나 설계사양서에 나타난 계통 및 구성요소의 기능과 요건들이 만족하게 실행됨을 확인하여야 한다. 규제기관에서도 소프트웨어의 안정성, 기능의 완전한 수행, 소프트웨어 자체가 계통의 기능을 저하 시키는지와 계통에게 예정되지 않은 기능을 수행하도록 영향을 주는지외 확인 등을 소프트웨어 시험을 통해 확인하도록 요구하고 있다. 이와 같이 원자력발전소에 사용되는 소프트웨어의 시험을 위해서는 보다 엄격하고 명확한 시험 프레임웍을 개발하고 적용키는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 시험과 관련된 인허가 규제요건을 분석하고, 이에 따라 현재 설계를 진행중인 SMART MMIS 소프트웨어 시험에 적용될 소프트웨어 개발생명주기 시험활동, 시험 조직, 시험문서, 소프트웨어 등급별 시험방법 등 시험 프레임웍을 제시한다.
