In the era of the 4th industrial revolution symbolized by the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, various embedded devices are increasing exponentially. These devices have communication functions despite their low specifications, so the possibility of personal information leakage is increasing, and security threats are also increasing. Embedded devices can have security issues at most levels, from hardware to services over the network. In addition, it is difficult to apply general security techniques because it has characteristics of resource constraints such as low specifications and low power, and the related technology has not been standardized. In this study, we present vulnerabilities and possible problems and considerations in applying SDN to embedded devices in consideration of structural characteristics and real-world discovered cases. This study presents vulnerabilities and possible problems and considerations when applying SDN to embedded devices. From a hardware perspective, we consider the problems of Wi-Fi chips and Bluetooth, the problems of open flow implementation, SDN controllers, and examples of structural properties. SDN separates the data plane and the control plane, and provides a standardized interface between the two, enabling efficient communication control. It can respond to the security limitations of existing network technologies that are difficult to respond to rapid changes.

Since the establishment of a large-scale public experience facility in Korea, the construction project of public experience facilities has recently changed to a form where local governments or local education offices place delivery alone or agreements. In particular, due to the low frequency of delivery and the nature of delivery organization that do not have specialized organizations specializing in Delivery Framework, the role of enhanced Public Owner is needed. In response, this study investigated the current status and operation status of public experience facility construction projects in Korea and derived problems and directions for improvement of the current role of Public Owner. In addition, the study proposed the improvement of the role of public Owner in public experience facilities, which are composed of the promotion stage and functions reflecting the factors and attribute information of the business characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to make recommendations for developing a Metaverse platform for educational purpose by utilizing focus group interviews with elementary, middle, and high school teachers having experience on metaverse in teaching. 10 teachers participated in the study, and data was collected for two months from January to February in 2022, and two focus groups were formed and interviewed. Data was analyzed by applying content analysis. The results showed that there were 17 sub-themes derived from 6 main guiding questions(What are the advantages of using Metaverse platform in education? What are the advantages of utilizing Metaverse as one of educational software? What are the possible and appropriate classes utilizing Metaverse in future education? What are the possible problems when using Metaverse in education? What are the essential functions which Metaverse should have in education? and Could you provide us with policy recommendations in building Metaverse platform for educational purpose?). Finally, based on the results, recommendations for building Metaverse platform for educational purpose are suggested and limitations of the study and possible future study are discussed.

The popularity of e-commerce systems on the Internet is increasing day by day, and the recommendation system, as a core function of these systems, greatly reduces the effort to search for desired products by recommending products that customers may prefer. The collaborative filtering technique is a recommendation algorithm that has been successfully implemented in many commercial systems, but despite its popularity and usefulness in academia, the memory-based implementation has inaccuracies in its reference neighbor. To solve this problem, this study proposes a new time-aware collaborative filtering technique that integrates and utilizes the neighbors of each item and each user, weighting the recent similarity more than the past similarity with them, and reflecting it in the recommendation list decision. Through the experimental evaluation, it was confirmed that the proposed method showed superior performance in terms of prediction accuracy than other existing methods.

Public opinion polls have a strong influence on modern society as a means of examining the tendency of social groups on specific issues. As the influence of the polls increases, the problem of forgery and falsification of the results becomes an important issue. So, to guarantee the reliability of the results, our society needs novel mechanisms. As one of such mechanisms, the Ethereum blockchain is an environment for developing decentralized applications with the reliable blockchain technology. Ethereum decentralized applications can utilize smart contracts to provide services for users in transparent and reliable ways. In this paper, we propose a polling method that guarantees reliability using the blockchain technology, which is a distributed ledger technique that makes forgery or falsification actually impossible. The proposed method provides a robust verification function on the results of the associated polls for individual voters and verification organizations. Also, we present a distributed opinion polling application running on our private Ethereum blockchain network, showing the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This article introduces the case of archival management of the War and Women's Human Rights Museum. The War and Women's Human Rights is a nongovernment organization (NGO) focusing on the welfare of the Korean women who survived the Japanese military sexual slavery and is operated by a small museum. On the surface, the institution is registered and operated as a museum; however, as the parent institution's actual work and collection records were transferred and managed, archival management functions account for a large portion of the museum's work. In this study, the museum archivist and the collection archives' characteristics and roles were introduced. As the differences and specialization between general museums and records management institutions are seen through the collection types, the advantages of a museum for archive management were discussed, and a system for records management institutions to move toward cultural institutions was proposed. Furthermore, the record management problems and their impacts on record management in response to the organization's recent crisis, and its future vision and plans were introduced.

The construction of a submerged breakwater has become increasing due to their multiple effects on the coastal zone. Recently, marker rocks have been installed on the submerged breakwater to indicate its position to the vessels instead of buoy systems, since a buoy is not only improper for the ocean view, but also its mooring system may be damaged by the impulsive wave force caused by wave breaking on the breakwater. The accurate estimation of wave forces on such rocks is deemed necessary for their stability design. In this study, the characteristics of irregular wave forces acting on a marker rock, which was installed on a submerged breakwater, was investigated on the basis of laboratory experiments. It was revealed that the dimensionless highest one-third wave force tends to decrease with increasing the installation distance of a marker rock from the leading crown edge of a submerged breakwater. Also, the drag and inertia coefficients for irregular wave forces, which were obtained using the Morison equation, were investigated in relation to K.C. number.

Recently, in the distributed multimedia environments based on internet, as radical growing technologies, the most of researchers focus on both streaming technology and distributed object thchnology, Specially, the studies which are tried to integrate the streaming services on the distributed object technology have been progressing. These technologies are applied to various stream service mamgements and protocols. However, the stream service management mexlels which are being proposed by the existing researches are insufficient for suporting the QoS of stream services. Besides, the existing models have the problems that cannot support the extensibility and the reusability, when the QoS-reiatedfunctions are being developed as a sub-module which is suited on the specific-purpose application services. For solving these problems, in this paper. we suggested a QoS Integrated platform which can extend and reuse using the distributed object technologies, and guarantee the QoS of the stream services. A structure of platform we suggested consists of three components such as User Control Module(UCM), QoS Management Module(QoSM) and Stream Object. Stream Object has Send/Receive operations for transmitting the RTP packets over TCP/IP. User Control ModuleI(UCM) controls Stream Objects via the COREA service objects. QoS Management Modulel(QoSM) has the functions which maintain the QoS of stream service between the UCMs in client and server. As QoS control methexlologies, procedures of resource monitoring, negotiation, and resource adaptation are executed via the interactions among these comiXments mentioned above. For constmcting this QoS integrated platform, we first implemented the modules mentioned above independently, and then, used IDL for defining interfaces among these mexlules so that can support platform independence, interoperability and portability base on COREA. This platform is constructed using OrbixWeb 3.1c following CORBA specification on Solaris 2.5/2.7, Java language, Java, Java Media Framework API 2.0, Mini-SQL1.0.16 and multimedia equipments. As results for verifying this platform functionally, we showed executing results of each module we mentioned above, and a numerical data obtained from QoS control procedures on client and server's GUI, while stream service is executing on our platform.

Current trend of audit is to check the physical aspects of developed information system, such as checking the budget constraints, time constraints or functional fluency etc. However, ultimate goal of information system is to help the organization to achieve the competency over their competitors. Also, there are three different interest groups in system auditing, like audit requesting group, audited group and audit group, who may have different points of interests in auditing. Current auditing process, however, ignores this point, and so does not check the differences between three groups. This study tries to develop new auditing method to cure these two problems. Contributions of this study may be summarized as follows. First, Introduce the new indexes that can check the possibility that the information system may contribute the competency of organization. Also check the feasibility of indexes through Fuzzy AHP. Second, Divide the audit related person into three groups, and their different needs toward the information system was analyzed. Third, Analyze and compare the main interests of three groups, and weights of each groups to each indexes were calculated. Fourth, Fuzzy theory was applied to quantify the qualitative answers, which may minimize the ambiguity of questionnaire replies.

Data collection including checking the problem list and analyzing the etiology cannot be overemphasized in full mouth rehabilitation cases. It is well reported that favorable prognosis of prosthodontic treatment depends on accurate diagnosis. Seventy seven year old female patient presented with chief complaints of chewing pain on maxillary and mandibular left premolars and unesthetic existing prosthesis. Clinical evaluation, radiographic examination and cast analysis were performed to gather comprehensive data and problem lists. Treatment planning was based on collected data and related articles. Abutment evaluation, prognosis depending on various types of prosthesis, and maintenance were considered as well. Occlusal vertical dimension was increased to solve esthetic dissatisfaction and insufficient interocclusal space. Patient adaptation was verified with provisional restorations followed by diagnostic wax up. Function, esthetics and occlusal stability were verified during 8 week follow-up period. Prosthodontic reconstruction based on systemic analysis, diagnosis, and treatment plan led to satisfactory result after delivery of definitive prosthesis.
