This paper represents the analysis and design of the generic mission operations system for next generation satellite mission. In the past, mission operations systems were developed by their own mission requirements respectively. However, these systems have the similar architecture and common functions. Mission operations systems, in general, consist of mission independent module and mission specific module. In this paper, the generic framework for the mission scheduling and automation are introduced and analyzed. Using these generic frameworks, the risk and cost for operations system development can be reduced significantly. And, these frameworks might be used for the core technology in the development of mission operations system in the future.

As a convergence media, IPTV is expected to provide better learning experience with customized and individualized contents. Yet, little has been known in the are of contents development. Hence, the purpose of this study was to explore educational use of IPTV in terms of design and development perspective. First, this paper identifies the concept and characteristics of IPTV in an educational context. Second, it categorizes the types of IPTV contents. Lastly, the paper discusses guidelines for the design, development, and management of educational IPTV contents.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the expected effectiveness of new operation system for port container terminals. We assumed that the operation system of container terminal consists of monitoring & control system, operation system, planning system, and information technology, and we selected total 19 technology alternatives. Through the results of questionnaire and interview received from field expert, we established the evaluation model and analyzed the productivity improvement by estimating the weight and the priority of productivity for operation system From the developed model, we provide useful implications to introduce new technologies of operation system for domestic container terminals.

지난 2010년 9월 21일 서울을 비롯한 우리나라 중부지역에 급습한 집중호우로 인하여 저지대 및 지하 공간 등에 상당한 홍수피해가 발생하였다. 이는 도심지역의 기존 수방대책의 한계점을 절실히 드러낸 호우사상으로 향후 극한 강우에 대비한 대응책 마련이 시급할 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 도심지역의 집중호우에 의한 홍수피해를 미연에 방지하기 위한 구조적 대책으로 저류조 설치를 고려해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심지역에 시공이 간편하며 유지관리가 편하고 공사비가 저렴한 PN(Plastic Nodular) 빗물저류조를 설치하였을 경우 타 공법에 비하여 장점으로 부각될 수 있는 효과와 집중호우시 우수저감 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 PN 빗물저류조 설치시 상부 토지이용계획이 가능하며 사업비의 절감과 악취, 해충발생에 따른 민원 및 안전사고 등의 문제점이 해소 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 호우시에는 방재 기능과 갈수기에는 부족수량을 대체 이용할 수 있으며 평상시 저류조 상부는 근린공원과 체육시설 및 별도의 부족한 차량의 주차장 공간 등으로 이용 가능효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 국내 하천에서 방치되고 있는 구하도 구간의 물리적 상태를 파악함으로써 이를 보전 또는 관리하기위한 기초자료로써 활용하고자 한다. 국내의 구하도 구간은 자연적인 발생보다는 하천의 직강화, 하천부지 이용의 고도화 등 인위적인 교란으로 인해 형성된 것이 대부분이다. 이와 같이 사행구간의 하도가 절단(Cutoff)됨으로써 형성된 구하도는 우각호 형상의 습지형 구하도와 이미 육역화되어 농경지나 나대지로 이용되는 육화형 구하도로 구분할 수 있다. 특히 폐천(Abandoned Channel)화가 진행된 대부분의 습지형 구하도는 수질, 생태계, 육역화, 농업용수 이용 등 다양한 문제점 및 현안을 가지고 있기 때문에 이에 대한 보전 또는 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 습지형 구하도의 현재를 진단하고 평가하기 위한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 습지형 구하도를 평가하기 위한 평가지표를 제안하고 이를 만경강 습지형 구하도 5개소에 적용하였다. 평가지표는 국내외에서 제안된 하천환경 평가지표와 RAM(일반기능평가기법)을 토대로 작성하였다. 이 평가지표는 단절된 습지구간에 적정한 지표, 자료 획득의 용이성, 즉시 적용 가능한 것을 우선순위로 선정하였다. 평가지표는 자연도, 서식처, 친수, 수질 등 4개 지표를 세분화한 총 25개 항목으로 제안하였다. 만경강에 대한 물리적 평가결과 습지형 구하도의 경우 서식처, 자연도 부분이 높은 점수를 획득한 반면 수질과 친수 지표는 상대적으로 취약한 것으로 평가 되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후 만경강 습지형 구하도에 대한 보전 및 관리계획을 수립함에 있어 주요 고려사항이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzes the operating conditions of domestic marinas in response to changes in coastal and marine leisure trends and demand for recreational boats, and suggests ways to improve services according to the types and functions of marinas. In order to popularize marine leisure and to foster coastal and marine tourism industry, the 'Act on the Development, Management, etc. of Marinas' was enacted in 2009 and 'The 1st Marina Basic Plan' was established, and more than 34 marinas are operated nationwide. In order for domestic marinas to be used as an infrastructure for marine leisure activities, measures for enhancing service functions should be prepared in accordance with the size and characteristics of marinas.

In the Asia Pacific Summit on Information Society in Tokyo, Ministers for information and communications of member countries of the APT(Asia Pacific Telecommunity) shared the view that it is necessary to take initiatives to unite efforts of all concerned and to tackle In(Information and Communication Technology)-related issues, so that a sound information-based society is established which respects the diversity of the Asia Pacific Region. At that meeting, Ministers adopted the Declaration and Action Plan for the Asia Pacific Renaissance through ICT. Thus, this paper focuses on analysis of the major issues regarding Declaration and Action Plan for the Asia Pacific Renaissance. In addition, this paper introduces the APT's following actions to implement the Declaration and Action Plan for Asia Pacific region.

전통적으로 소프트웨어 프로젝트는 납기지연, 예산초과, 높은 결함율 등으로 타 산업분야의 프로젝트에 비해 매우 높은 실패율을 기록하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 같은 소프트웨어 프로젝트의 실패원인에 대한 많은 연구결과는 소프트웨어가 갖고 있는 범위와 요구사항 정의의 어려움, 비가시성으로 인한 초기견적의 부정확성, 역시 가시성의 부족으로 진행상황파악의 어려움에 따른 진척관리의 애로, 더욱 큰 문제는 변경의 용이성과 변경에 대한 추적의 어려움 등을 지적하고 있다. 실패한 프로젝트들의 내용을 보면 대부분 계획의 부정확성이나 위험에 대한 대처의 부족 또는 진행 중 발생하는 변경에 대한 통제의 실패에서 찾아 볼 수 있다. 정확한 예측과 위험 예방 그리고 효과적인 통제대책이 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끄는 3두 마차라는 지적이다. 정확한 예측의 핵은 프로젝트 산출물인 제품에 대한 정확한 규모측정에 있고, 위험 예방은 복잡도가 높거나 불확실성이 높은 컴포넌트의 자원소요에 대한 예측과 이에 대한 준비의 소홀에서 찾을 수 있으며, 효과적인 통제대책은 프로젝트 관리 프레임워크가 튼튼하지 못하거나 이의 준수를 위한 노력의 결핍에서 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 3두 마차 중 가장 근간이 되고 시발점이 되는 제품의 규모에 대한 예측에 초점을 맞추어 규모측정에 가장 합리적이고 객관적이며 실용성이 높다고 현재 국제적으로 높은 평가를 받고 있는 기능점수를 프로젝트 관리에 어떻게 활용해야 프로젝트를 성공시킬 수 있을 지의 방법에 대한 검토 결과를 제시고자 한다.

This research was conducted to assist with domestic eyewear industry to gain better understanding of manufacturing through study relationship between purchase behaviors and selecting elements such as design, brand, price, material and nation. Domestic consumers think that the most important factor is a design when they purchase eyeglasses regardless of kinds and brands of eyeglasses, and optometrists choose the eyewear design as a primary factor when they buy eyeglasses for display and sale. As a role of eyeglasses for fashion items increases, the interest of the eyewear design will be higher. Many optometrists have plans to import and make house brand. Some of them also would like to study eyewear design.

Alcohol is so-called "a magic bullet" affecting on the various organs and central and peripheral nervous systems and causes mental illness as well as physiological and psychological dependence. Also, alcohol problem is related with serious social problems including family violence, suicide, loss of job and crimes. Because alcohol use disorder is a common cause of consultation and liaison in general hospital, we could consider alcohol use disorder of one of psychosomatic disorder. Thus, I reviewed the prevalence, rate of consultation, and general consultant and treatment issues in treating patients with substance use disorder in a psychosomatic medicine.
