A Recovery Technique Using Agent in Distributed Computing Systems (분산 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 에이전트를 이용한 회복 기법)

  • 분산 컴퓨팅 시스템은 단일 시스템보다 결함에 민감하기 때문에 기존의 많은 연구들에서 분산 시스템에서 결함이 발생할 경우 이룬 해결하기 위한 많은 복귀회복기법들이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 분산 컴퓨팅 시스템의 결함 포용 기법에 멀티 에이전트의 개념을 도입하여 운영체제에 독립적인 에이전트를 이용한 회복기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 프로세스의 회복을 담당할 회복 에이전트, 결함 포용 규칙과 정보를 유지.관리하는 정보 에이전트, 전체 에이전트간의 통신 기능을 담당할 조정 에이전트를 정의 및 설계하고 회복 에이전트를 이용한 회복 알고리즘을 제안한다. 분산 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 회복 에이전트의 도입은 결함 발생 프로세스의 결함 회복 작업을 어플리케이션 계층과 독립적인 별도의 계층으로 계층화하여 결함 포용을 위한 메카니즘의 이식성 증대 및 확장성 증대를 가져온다.

  • South Korea needs reorganization of dispute resolution system due to the frequent occurrence of a case that trade secret or technique are leaked. First, the distributed various laws are established and enforced by enacting and enforcing individual laws. Therefore, the redundancy problems, the collision of individual laws, the decline in diversity, integrity, and connectivity are issues. An independent legal system is needed by Act on the Prevention and Protection of Technology Leakage. Thereby, The support system of technological protection that is sprayed in government departments such as the Small and Medium Business Administration, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Patent Office, the Fair Trade Commission, the Trade Committee, the National Police Agency, and the Spy Agency integrates and unifies institutionally, and it is necessary to advance a policy with functional division. Second, the Patent Tribunal, the Invention Promotion Act, the Industrial Property Right Dispute Mediation Committee by the patent law, the Industrial Technical Dispute Mediation Committee on the Industrial Technology Outflow Prevention and Protection Law and the Medium and Small Firm Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Committee on Small Business Technology Protection Support Law are installed. However, since it established the integrated law on the Act on the Prevention and Protection of Technology Leakage, it is desirable to set the merged operation of establishment on the Technical Dispute Mediation Committee under the Small and Medium Business Administration or the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

  • Games such as sports, RTS, RPG, which teams of players play, require advanced artificial intelligence technology for team management. The existing artificial intelligence enables an intelligent agent to have the autonomy solving problem by itself, but to lack interaction and cooperation between agents. This paper presents "Level Unified Approach Method" with effective role allocation and autonomy in multiagent system. This method allots sub-goals to agents using role information to accomplish a global goal. Each agent makes a decision and takes actions by itself in dynamic environments. Global goal of Team coordinates to allocated role in tactics approach. Each agent leads interactive cooperation by sharing state information with another using Databoard, As each agent has planning capacity, an agent takes appropriate actions for playing allocated roles in dynamic environments. This cooperation and interactive operation between agents causes a collision problem, so it approaches at tactics side for controlling this problem. Our experimental result shows that "Level Unified Approach Method" has better performance than existing rental approach method or de-centralized approach method.

A Study on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Strategy of China (중국 징진지(京津冀) 일체화전략의 현황과 과제)

  • Recently China's economy has been entered a new normal state with mid-speed growth. Along with the new normal state, Chinese government presented new development strategies. Among them, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Strategy(BTH) has become the primary policy on the list of national economic development plan, and the BTH is expected to be the new model of regional development in China. With this background, this article firstly explains the concept and development process of the BTH, secondly presents the state of regional economies, lastly introduces some challenges ahead in the process of the BTH. The challenges, including industry structure adjustment problem, poverty belt in Hebei, environment problem and the distribution of functions of Beijing as a capital, are difficult to solve in a short period. It is needed more cooperative measures between central and local governments to cope with the challenges.

  • 분명한 것은 한국형 온라인게임의 특징적 원리들이 탑재되고 있는 방식과 현상은 점차 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고 게임사 주도적으로 전개되고 있는 산업의 성장모형은 평가기능으로 작동해야 할 조정 메커니즘의 원활한 흐름을 저해하는 길항관계에 있는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 문제를 인식하고 연구자는 게임연구의 활성화지점과 게임개발 테크놀로지가 가진 길항관계를 보완할 수 있는 디자인에 주목하고자 하였다. 게임디자인은 게임의 미적, 실용적, 경제적 가치를 창출하는 직무이면서 유관 콘텐츠산업과의 연계와 매개 가능성을 함의하고 있다는 측면에서 게임연구의 활성화지점의 매개로서 충분하다는 것이 연구자의 견해이다. 이 같은 주장의 전개를 위하여 국내에서 탄생한 온라인게임에 초점을 맞추고 국내 온라인게임의 전형이 되고 있는 핵 앤 슬래쉬(Hack & Slash) 방식과 허구적 공간에서의 게임화된 사회경험을 추구하는 스토리텔링 방식의 분석을 통해 국내형 온라인게임이 성취한 디자인 좌표를 검증하고, 이를 통해 국내 게임산업에 대두되고 있는 위기 스펙트럼과의 연관성은 어떤 것이며, 디자인은 어떠한 방향으로 매개되어야 할 것인지에 대한 의제로 접근하였다.

  • As the paradigm of manufacturing and production is also changing in line with the fourth industrial revolution, the social demands and directions for Industry 4.0 cannot be reversed, and the scalability and universality of 3D printing technology are attracting attention. 3D printer is a technology developed for the purpose of reducing product development costs, and with the recent expiration of 3D printer technology patent, related technology has been revealed and various technologies applied are being researched and developed, and various singularities have been discovered and supplemented. Thus, to compensate for the inconvenience of the current output method, which requires direct offline adjustment of the machine in the use of 3D printers and 3D printing through direct input of modeling data, the design of the IoT system is proposed to perform real-time online output requests for multiple 3D printers, monitoring functions that can expect normal outputs, and online real-time remote management functions for multiple 3D printers.

  • In LTE-Advanced that different networks coexist, it is considered that it is actually difficult to provide service continuity with a procedural and static control method applied to the existing voice service. This research suggests a resource management framework to support the service continuity effectively based on QoS support. In other words, as context information of mobile terminal and base station changes, set-up of related functions such as ISHO, cell selection, source allocation, load control, and QoS mapping is adapted; each function fits into the change, exchanges the process of reorganization, and interacts; these actions go toward to satisfy service continuity. For this aim, the sequence diagram between the function modules for supporting four kind of ISHO is described and then a scenario for ISHO is considered.

  • This study explores the possibility that the figure of the Estill Voice Training model, which is based on speech science, can contribute to the expansion of vocal expertise in the acting art where an actor creates a character. The purpose of this study is to examine the usage plan. The training model through the fluidity and structural functionality of the voice production organ is differentiated from the existing voice training that focuses only on the results of sound due to its ambiguous abstraction. Developing the voluntary coordination ability of the occipital region and vocal tract, such as False Vocal Folds, Cricoid Cartilage, Velum, AES, and Anchoring, has scientific efficiency that makes it easier to produce artistic target sounds, and it is a technical skill that can creatively overcome the functional limitations faced by actors. It can be used as a methodology. The Estill model Figure, which is a principle training for harmony and coordination between the elements of voice production, has a practical value that can be used as an alternative training model for the voice education of actors in Korea, where images and abstractions are the mainstream.

A Study on State Dependent RED and Dynamic Scheduling Scheme for Real-time Internet Service (실시간 인터넷 서비스를 위한 상태 의존 RED 및 동적 스케줄링 기법에 관한 연구)

  • To satisfy the requirements of the real-time Internet services, queue management and scheduling schemes should be enhanced to accommodate the delay and jitter characteristic of them. Although the existing queue management schemes can address the congestion problems of TCP flows, they have some problems in supporting real-time services. That is, they show performance degradation when burst traffics are continuously going into the system after the queue is occupied at a predefined threshold level. In addition, under the congestion state, they show large jitter, which is not a desirable phenomenon for real-time transmissions. To resolve these problems, we propose a SDRED (State Dependent Random Early Detection) and dynamic scheduling scheme that can improve delay and jitter performances by adjusting RED parameters such as ma $x_{th}$ and $w_{q}$ according to the queue status. The SDRED is designed to adapt to the current traffic situation by adjusting the max,$_{th}$ and $w_{q}$ to four different levels. From the simulation results, we show that the SDRED decreases packet delays in a queue and has more stable jitter characteristics than the existing RED, BLUE, ARED and DSRED schemes.mes.mes.

기업집단(企業集團)의 금융겸업구조분석(金融兼業構造分析)을 통한 금융산업(金融産業)의 소유구조정책방향(所有構造政策方向) 모색(摸索)

  • 본 연구는 우려나라 기업집단(企業集團)의 비용함수분석(費用函數分析)을 통해 제조업과 금융업간의 기술적 생산조건을 규명함으로써 제조산업(製造産業)과 금융업겸영(金融業兼營)의 효율성여부를 분석하고, 앞으로의 바람직한 금융소유지배규제정책방향(金融所有支配規制政策方向)을 모색하고 있다. 기업집단의 비용함수분석결과에 의하면 비금융제조업(非金融製造業)과 증권업(證卷業)간에는 범위(範圍)의 경제(經濟)(상호효율증진효과(相互效率增進效果))가 있는 반면 제조업(製造業)과 은행업(銀行業)이나 기타금융업과(其他金融業)의 사이에는 그런 관계가 부재(不在)하며, 우리나라 기업집단(企業集團)들은 평균적으로 규모가 과대하여 비효율(非效率)을 초래하고 있는 것으로 관찰되고 있다. 앞으로 우리 경제(經濟)의 개방화(開放化)와 금융자율화(金融自律化) 그리고 세계경제(世界經濟)의 통합화(統合化)가 진전됨에 따라서 제조업(製造業)과 증권업(證卷業)의 겸영(兼營)및 소유지배관계(所有支配關係)는 지속강화(持續强化)되겠지만 제조업(製造業)과 은행업(銀行業)과의 관계는 오히려 그 연계(連繫)가 약화(弱化)되며, 기업집단(企業集團)의 평균규모도 축소조정(縮小調整)될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 장기적으로 금융소유규제정책(金融所有規制政策)은, 우선은 은행업과 제조업간의 소유지배를 허용하든 금지하든 어느 경우나 뚜렷한 자원배분(資源配分)의 왜곡(歪曲)이나 효율증진효과(效率增進效果)가 나타나지는 않기 때문에, 정부가 특정 소유구조를 강제하기보다는 은행(銀行)이나 기업(企業)들이 자체판단(自體判斷)에 의해 최적소유구조(最適所有構造)를 결정(決定)하도록 하되, 특정 소유지배관계(所有支配關係)의 형성이 금융산업 및 경제내에 경쟁저해적(競爭沮害的) 효과(效果)를 초래하지 않도록 하는 경쟁정책적(競爭政策的)차원에서 접근(接近)하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 소유집중(所有集中)에 따른 은행(銀行)의 안전(安全) 건전성(健全性) 저해효과(沮害效果)를 방지하기 위해서는 동일인(同一人) 여신한도(與信限度)의 엄격한 운용(運用) 등 건전감독기능(健全監督機能)을 보강해야 할 것이다.
