The purpose of this study was to identify the importance and performance ranking and differences in inflight meal service quality. Data were collected from A airlines passengers. In order to secure the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, exploratory factor analysis were conducted, accordingly meal, service, cleanliness were deduced. IPA results are as follows. First, the quadrant I consisted of meal flavor, meal quality, meal menu, balanced diet, korean food availability, cleanliness of dishes, cleanliness of crew clothes. In the II quadrant, appropriate temperature, appropriateness of meal distribute time, cleanliness of the meal were found. So, the airline managers should have the most interest in these attributes and had to improve first. The quadrant III showed meal quantity, liquor diversity, polite attitude, immediate response to the meal, knowledge of the meal, meal freshness. Lastly, the quadrant IV showed a variety of beverage and special meal order. It is considered that resource allocation is necessary for minimizing the amount of resources invested to the quadrant IV, and then it should be allocated the quadrant II, which is high in importance but low in performance.

본 논문의 주목적은 경쟁이 치열한 항공 산업의 주체인 국적 항공사들의 효과적인 기내식서비스 품질 경영을 위한 항공사 서비스품질 차원의 규명을 위함이다. 항공사 서비스에서 객실 서비스가 차지하는 비중이 상당하며, 그 중 기내식 서비스 시 승무원과 고객 간에 많은 상호작용이 장시간 유지된다. 특히 좌석등급에 따라 고객들의 인구통계학적 특성도 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 좌석 등급에 따라 기내식 서비스 품질 차원들이 어떻게 다르게 나타나고 그 구성요인들이 무엇인가를 밝힌다. 본 논문의 결론은 항공사의 기내식 서비스 품질 차원들은 좌석 등급에 따라 큰 차이를 보이고 있어 고객의 만족도와 충성도 또한 다르게 나타날 것이라는 예측을 가능하게 한다. 그러므로 앞으로 기내식 서비스 품질만이 아니라 항공사 서비스 품질 평가 시 좌석 등급에 따른 서비스 평가가 필수적임을 본 연구 결과는 시사하고 있다.

현재의 항공사 기내식 수요예측 시스템으로는 항공기 운항의 지연이나 초과 주문으로 인한 손실 문제를 해결하기 힘든 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 항공기 기내식 시계열 자료만을 입력변수로 사용한 단순인공신경망모형(simple neural network model), 단순인공신경망모형에 전통적인 시계열 기법(본 연구에서는 지수 평활법)의 예측 결과를 입력변수로 추가한 혼합인공신경망모형(hybrid neural network model), 그리고 혼합인공신경 망 모형에 상관관계가 높은 다른 시계열 자료(본 논문에서는 유사 노선의 다른 항공기 기내식 시계열 자료)를 인공신경망의 입력변수로 추가시킨 하이퍼혼합인공신경망모형(hyper hybrid neural network model)을 새로운 항공기 기내식 수요예측 기법으로 제안하고, 이들 모형의 예측력을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 하이퍼혼합인공신경망 모형의 예측력이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타나, 인공신경 망을 기반으로 한 수요예측에 있어 상관관계가 높은 다른 시계열 자료를 입력변수로 추가함으로써 인공신경망모형의 예측력을 개선시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다

The purpose of this study is to present the components about well-being in-flight meal associated with increased customers' interest on health, to empirically analyze the impact on customer's satisfaction and to propose the methods to establish the strategy of in-flight meal of airlines in the future. The results are as follows: First, it was shown that the environment-oriented in-flight meal and sanitation services of flight crew among components of well-being in-flight meal significantly affected the customer's satisfaction. Second, it was shown that healthy in-flight meal and sanitation services of flightcrew significantly affected the customer's loyalty and satisfaction. This study has the practical significance, since it presents the compoents of well-being in-flight meal affecting customer's satisfaction and loyalty and proposes the measures.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the convergence of the in-flight meal quality, the customer satisfaction, the brand image and brand loyalty. A total of 170 questionnaires were finally used for the 'analysis of factors, analysis of reliance, analysis of corelation and multiple regression analysis.' We found out that the in-flight meal quality came up with the food factor, service factor and cleanliness factor. The results of the study are as follows; First, only the food factor and the service factor positively affected the customer satisfaction. Second, the food factor and the service factor positively affected the brand image. Third, the customer satisfaction positively affected the brand image and the brand loyalty. Lastly, the brand image positively affected the brand loyalty. According to this study, the in-flight meal quality, customer satisfaction, brand image and brand lo oyalty in the airline service are very important factors for a successful marketing strategy.

지구온난화에 따라 농업부문 신재생에너지의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며, 화본과 식물은 바이오에너지작물의 중요한 소재를 제공하고 있다. 화본과 식물의 기내대량증식연구의 일환으로 홍띠식물의 기내 재생 식물체의 유전적 안정성에 대한 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 기내배양으로 재분화시킨 홍띠(Imperata cylindrica 'Rubra') 재분화 식물체 중 녹색체 재생식물체를 대상으로 ISSR 표지를 사용하여 유전적 안정성을 조사하였다. 재분화식물체는 MS (Murashige and Skoog, 1962)배지에 생장조절제를 첨가한 배지에서 배양하였다. 생장점 부위를 적출하여 캘러스를 유도하고(0.1 mg/L 2,4-D와 2 mg/L BA), 캘러스 증식(0.1 mg/L 2,4-D와 0.05 mg/L BA), 신초 재분화( 0.01 mg/L NAA와 2 mg/L BA) 후 MS배지에서 식물체를 양성하고 순화시켰다. 배양은 26±2℃, 25 µmol/m²/s, 14h/10h (day/night) 광조건 하에서 실시하였다. 재분화식물체는 홍띠 및 녹색 재분화식물체 2 종류로 나타났는데, 이는 생장점에서는 홍띠가 분화되었음에도 불구하고 생장점 주변조직에서 유래한 녹새체가 분화된 후 우세하게 자라서 녹색재생체가 우점하는 것으로 추정된다. ISSR 분석은 대조구로 모식물체 홍띠를(8개체), 재분화식물체는 녹색체 중, 1년간 노지포장에서 재배중인 녹색체(10개체)와 실험실내 화분에서 재배중인 시료를(10개체) 사용하였다. ISSR 밴드패턴을 비교한 결과, 재분화체는 실내포트 재배식물체 10.3%, 노지1년 재배식물체 8.3%로 대조구의 4.1%보다 유전적 다형성 비율이 2배 이상 높게 나타났다. 또한 재분화식물체들의 유전적 유사도를 평가하고 군집분석을 실시하였다.

본 연구에서는 유류-유사 분리기내에서 유체의 흐름거동을 상용 3차원 수치모형인 FLOW-3D를 이용하여 해석하였다. 유류-유사 분리기는 도심지의 우수로 인한 유출발생시 동반되는 이물질을 여과시키는 기능을 가진 지하구조물이다. 우수로 인한 유출이 발생하여 유류-유사 분리기내로 흘러들어오는 유입수는 3차원적 거동을 하고 다양한 흐름특성을 갖는다. 따라서, 분리기내에서의 흐름거동을 정확히 해석하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 정류판(baffle)과 유류흡착기(oil skimmer)로 구성된 유류-유사 분리기에서의 유류와 유사를 포함하고 있는 유출수의 복잡한 거동을 해석하기 위해 수치모의를 실시하였다. 유류와 유사에 대한 포착률(oil and grit trap)은 유류-유사 분리기내에서 유체의 흐름거동과 관계된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유류와 유사의 포착률을 향상시키기 위한 수치모의의 기초적인 단계로서 유류-유사 분리기내에서 유류흡착기(oil skimmer)를 설치한 경우와 설치하지 않은 경우에 대한 유체의 흐름거동을 FLOW-3D를 이용하여 3차원 수치모의를 실시하였다. 수치모의를 통해 유류흡착기의 유무에 따른 유류-유사 분리기내에서의 흐름거동을 알 수 있었으며, 유류흡착기를 설치한 경우엔 유류 흡착기에 의해 여과될 수 있는 유류와 유사에 대한 각각의 포획률이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다.

본 글에서는 자동차엔진을 모형화한 정적연소기내의 라디칼 계측기술에 관해 언급하고자 한다. 밀폐연소기내에서 연소반응에 의해 발생된 국소 및 평균 라디칼 강도를 계측하여 순간당량비를 구할 수 있는 관계식을 유도할 수 있으며, 이것을 이용하면 기관에서 발생되는 연소과잉에 의하여 순간당량비를 구하거나, 각종 산업용 버너 등 다양한 연소기에 적용할 수 있을 것이다.
