The WTO was established in 1995 as an organization which protects and promotes free trade among its members. However, since about this time they have signed many bilateral and multilateral FTAs and joined many other new international agreements and organizations, the purpose of which at times overlaps with that of the WTO. Some existing works on international organizations contend that these FTAs and many other IOs could weaken the role of the WTO as a promoter of free trade. However, the results of regression analyses on the use of the WTO do not support this argument, but show that the experiences of WTO members in these FTAs and many other IOs help them to use its dispute settlement mechanism more frequently

최근 치근단 와동 형성 시 초음파 또는 음파 기구를 이용하는 것이 보편화되어 있고 여러 측면에서 평가되어져 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 혐기성 세균을 이용한 미세 누출 모델을 이용하여 초음파와 음파 기구를 사용, 치근단 와동 형성을 하였을 때 두 기구의 사용이 충전된 치근단 와동의 미세 누출에 미치는 영향을 비교 평가하는 것이다. 48개의 단근치의 근관을 crown-down방법을 이용 Profile로 .06 black까지 근관 성형을 시행하고 수직 가압법을 사용하여 gutta-percha와 AH26 sealer를 이용하여 근관 충전을 시행하였다. 각 충전된 시편의 치근단 3mm를 절제하였다. 각 시편은 이미로 4군으로 나누었으며 1군에서는 치근단 와동을 초음파 기구로 형성하였고 2군에서는 음파 기구로 형성하였다. 3군은 음성대조군으로 4군은 양성대조군으로 분류하였다. 형성된 치근단 와동은 공기 분사침을 이용하여 건조 후 super EBA 시멘트로 충전하였으며 Anaerobic chamber에서 Fusobacterium nucleatum (VPI 10197)을 사용한 혐기성 세균 미세누출 모델을 이용하여 30일간 미세 누출을 관찰한 결과, 초음파 기구를 사용한 군에서는 80%에서 음파 기구를 사용한 군에서는 75%에서 미세누출이 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의성 있는 차이는 보이지 않았다.

This study attempted theoretical considerations for the formation and roles of international organizations. More specifically, the study examined experiential cases of IAEA's formation and roles, based on the points of realist and liberalist paradigms that show different viewpoints on the formation and roles of international organizations. The findings of this study show that many parts cannot be explained only with theoretical assumptions of liberalist paradigm, such as international organizations' functional merits, game rules, interdependent interests and role independence. Especially as seen in the formation and operation cases of IAEA, the formation of international organizations is mainly motivated by the security of vested rights among powers and their roles may be changed, depending on the mutual policy objectives of the countries concerned.. In this respect, international organizations do not seem to be strictly protected in independence or efficiency of their roles. Therefore, the liberalist hegemony stability theory is useful to explain the formation and roles of international organizations.

In this study, we present how our assistive technology service worked in the public funds delivery system through the center of professional assistive technology in Gwangju. In detail, among total 253 applicants for assistive device support business for disabled, 28 clients and 28 clients failed to get the support because of self-withdrawl and insuitability, respectively. The left 225 clients finally got the chance to use the assistive device; especially, 28 clients will get the alternative device which was recommended through the assistive technology professionals. Therefore, this work is believed to be a good example of how mediation of professionals in assistive technology center leads to the efficient use of public funds.

The uniform truss mechanism is widely accepted as a shear transfer mechanism in reinforced concrete members. However, the uniform truss action cannot be expected when the bond stress distribution is not constant along longitudinal bars. A test method in which only the truss action takes place is developed and conducted to investigate the truss actions under various bond contributions. Based on the experimental results and analysis, the following findings can be obtained: 1) The bond stress distribution depends on the axial compression force, the amount of shear reinforcement and loading conditions. 2) The analysis using the combined truss model consisting of uniform and fan-shape trusses can predict the experimental results

In this study, a 3D printed assistive device was applied to X-ray examinations to diagnose human diseases. Based on the results of evaluating the device, statistical and regression analyses were conducted to evaluate its clinical utility and purchase intention, respectively. In the experiment, 90 radiologists performed X-ray examinations on patients who agreed with the use of the assistive device in oblique view X-rays of the lumbar spine, and then statistical analyses were undertaken with a traditional aid and factor analysis. The non-standardized coefficient values of the multiple regression analysis performed by setting the purchase intention of the 3D printed device as the dependent variable and the 3D printed device and traditional aid calculated by factor analysis as independent variables were 0.893 (p<0.001) and 0.269 (p<0.001), indicating statistically significant results. The results show that the 3D printed assistive device proposed in this study has higher clinical utility than traditional aids used in oblique view X-rays of the lumbar spine.

국제 표준화 기구인 ITU, ISO/IEC JTC1을 비롯해 지역 표준화 기구인 ETSI, 국가 기구인 Committee T1, TTA 등은 표준의 신속한 제정 및 적기의 공급을 위해 각각의 표준화 절차에 기반한 전자적 문서처리(EDH)시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통해 표준화 진행에 관련된 각종 정보를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 전자적 환경을 구축하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 고에서는 유럽의 ETSI, 미국의 Committee T1, 국제 기구인 JTC1, 지역 표준화 협력기구인 GSC, 그리고 지난해 7월 조직 개편을 단행한 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)를 대상으로 최근 인터넷 관련 각종 정보처리기술을 이용하여, 이를 표준화 절차에 활용하고 있는 전자적 작업방법 및 이와 관련된 지침을 조사분석하였다.

공용어로 스페인어를 사용하며 통화는 미국 달러를 사용하는 에콰도르 공화국(Republic del Ecuador)은 남아메리카 북서부에 위치한 중소국가다. 미주 기구(OAS), 석유수출국 기구(OPEC), 남아메리카 국가 연합(UNASUR), 라틴어 연합(Latin Union) 등에 가입되어 있고 활발한 대외활동을 펼치고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사실 에콰도르의 대외 위상은 그리 높지 않다. 생태학적으로 중요한 갈라파고스 제도가 에콰도르의 영토라는 사실을 아는 사람이 극히 적을 정도로 에콰도르는 우리에게 먼 나라다. 그러나 최근 에콰도르는 항공우주분야에서 급격한 두각을 나타내고 있다. 2007년 11월 설립된 에콰도르 민간 우주기구(La Agencia Espacial Civil Ecuatoriana)를 중심으로 우주개발에 적극 뛰어들고 있기 때문이다. 에콰도르 최초의 우주인을 배출하고 주요 항공우주 선진국과 협력을 강화해 나가고 있는 에콰도르 민간 우주기구의 활약을 소개한다.

식품의약품안전처는 "기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격"(식품의약품안전처 고시 제2016-51호, 2016. 6. 29.)을 일부 개정함에 있어 국민에게 미리 알려 의견을 듣고자 그 취지, 개정 이유 및 주요 내용을 "행정절차법" 제46조에 따라 지난 9월 29일 '기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 일부개정고시(안) 행정예고'를 공고했다. 식약처는 기구 및 용기 포장에 대한 현장 실태조사 결과 반영 및 다양한 제품에 대한 소비자와 산업계의 수요에 부응하기 위하여 히드록시부틸폴리에스테르 등 3품목의 기준 및 규격을 신설 개정하고, 효율적인 안전관리를 위하여 용출시험용액의 조제, 프탈레이트류 시험법 및 1,4-부탄디올 시험법 등을 개선하는 등 기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격을 재정비하기 위해 일부개정했다. 다음에 '기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 일부개정고시(안) 행정예고'의 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.
