This study identified the perception and coping ability of an emergency involving the elderly for facility directors in charge of services in long-term care facilities, and used it as basic data for developing educational programs and policy data for improving the ability of emergency facilities. The subjects were 192 directors of elderly care facilities and home care centers. Data were collected from March 15 to April 20, 2019 and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. Data analysis was performed using t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Scheffe, and multiple linear regression. The results revealed 97.4% of emergency experience, 6.16 points of emergency perception, and 62% of correct answers, and coping ability of an emergency was 69.61 ± 13.537. The negative correlation between emergency experience and ability to cope with emergencies(r=-.202, p= .005) was the long-term care facility type(β = 8.253, p<.001). Overall, an education program considering the type of long-term care facility is needed when applying emergency education for facility directors.

This study aims to examine the relationship between performance evaluation systems and managerial effectiveness of responsible administrative agencies. Previous studies mainly emphasize the institutional changes of evaluation system and its impacts. This study articulate important factors in performance evaluation systems like interactive communications the credibility of performance indicators top manager's concern. A survey was conducted by 510 employees of local statistical office agencies and a structural equation modeling was used in order to test hypotheses. Results show that the credibility of performance indicators and top manager's concern about evaluation are positively related to performance results and procedural transparency and to managerial effectiveness. Interactive communication did not show statistically significant on managerial effectiveness. The empirical test results indicated that the interactive communication about the evaluation system of responsible administrative agencies should be considered.

The purpose of this study was to identify the meaning of performance experienced in the process of practicing at the elderly suicide prevention center. Therefore, the actual results perceived from the subjective viewpoints of the chiefs, staff and service users from the public institutions, which offer the elderly suicide prevention services were examined. The results classified the service provider's view, service users view and multi-dimensional view. The research method is a case study of qualitative research method. The results of the study found that the analysis commonly perceived from the perspectives of both the chiefs and staff from the public institutions offering elderly suicide prevention service were 'the perception of structural obstacles during the process of practicing the services and focused on the achievement of experiencing changes in the service users and the community'. On the other hand, the analysis from the perspective of the service users turned out to be 'focusing on changes in the users'internal perception according to service experiences'. The meaning and essence of the analytical results perceived from each perspective are summarized as follows. First, the analytical results perceived of the chiefs of public institutions offering elderly suicide prevention service were 'the process in which the identification of the institution is rediscovered through the service'. Second, the analytical results perceived by the staff from the institution were 'being acknowledged in the community and organization while experiencing changes in the service users in the process of struggling to survive in such community and organization'. Third, the analytical results perceived by the service users were 'holding on to the lifeline at the edge of a precipice'. Based on the results, political and practical implications of elderly suicide prevention service were discussed.

본 논문에서는 지방행정혁신의 모델이 될 만한 외국기업 GE의 혁신 사례를 살펴보고, 충북도청에서 추진하는 브랜드사업에 GE 혁신 사례의 적용가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업과는 달리 행정기관은 비영리적 기관임에도 불구하고 운영 면에서 두 유형의 조직은 점차 비슷한 성격을 띄어가고 있는 데, 이러한 현상은 공히 고객 중심적 사고방식을 지향하고, 요즈음 CEO형 단체장이 각광을 받으며, 행정기관들도 점차 효과성/효율성을 중시하는 점 등에서 살펴볼 수 있겠다. 이러한 현상들이 행정혁신의 배경이 됨을 고려해 볼 때, 행정기관들은 이미 수백 년간 혁신을 추구해온 기업들로부터 많은 것을 배우고 참고할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

램제트 추진기관의 개념/특징과 현재까지 발전되어 온 여러가지 램제트 추진기관의 기술현황에 대해 기술하였으며 성능, 제작비 등 여러면에서 타 체계와 비교하였다. 또한 실제적 적용분야가 대부분 무기체계 임에 따라 현재까지의 적용현황과 함께 향후 어떻게 적용되고 발전되고자 하는지를 분석하였다. 이로부터 지난 40～50년간 무기체계 임무 및 특성에 따라 액체 램제트, 고체 램제트 및 닥티드 로켓형의 3가지로 발전되어 왔으며, 차세대 유도무기의 성능향상/생존도 향상 측면에서, 즉 고속/장 사거리 능력확보를 위해 램제트 추진기관이 세계적 관심 집중 대상이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Institutional Repository offers integrated capture, management. preservation and access intellectual asset of individual institution and is also considered as a strategy to disseminate and exchange intellectual output as part of global 'Knowledge Bank'. A case of Institutional Repository, 'dCollection,' was introduced in Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) as an institutional repository solution. This paper drew related issues in order to apply institutional repository to domestic universities. The results will bring a paradigm shift in scholarly communications, as a guideline of institutional repositories in the university libraries.

The purpose of this study was to suggest rating factors of the importance and the satisfaction for selecting physical education institutes for preschoolers and to provide an implication of vitalizing physical education class for preschooler with comparative analysis between importance and satisfaction using IPA analysis. 253 directors of educational institutes for preschooler have chosen through a convenience sampling method, and 430 was used for analysis. The results were as follows. First, the instructor qualification items and the program items ranked highly positions in physical education institute for preschooler. Second, the instructor qualification items, the program items, tuition items of discount benefit and institution image items of reputation had the significant difference between importance and satisfaction. Lastly, The quadrant I is "the keep up the good work" part and includes 8 items such as the expertise of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant II is "the concentrate here" part and includes 2 items such as teaching ability of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant III is "the low priority" part and includes 6 items such as reasonable prices of tuitions.
