국내 축산업은 1970년대 재래식 사육방식에서 벗어나 기계화.자동화 시설을 갖춰 보다 전문적인 사육형태로 바뀌어가고 있다. 최근 산란계농장은 자동집란시설을 갖추어 빠른 시간 내에 효율적인 작업을 진행하고 있다. 이 같이 농장 내 자동화 시설을 갖추기 위해서 국내기술을 이용해 집란시설을 연구한 지현테크놀로지 심승원 사장을 만나 계란선별기, 자동팩커, 세란기 등 1990년대부터 끊임없는 연구에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

본 논문에서는 가장 경제형의 PC-NC의 구조와 소프트웨어의 개방형 개념에 대해 서술하였다. 수치제어장치의 사용자와 생산업체간의 상응된 필요성에 의해 발전을 거듭하고 있는 PC를 이용한 수치제어장치의 개방형 구조는 공작기계 및 공장 자동화에 혁신적인 산업구조의 변화를 야기시킬 것으로 예상된다.

Since mechanical security systems are mostly composed of electronic, information and communication devices, they have effects in the aspects of overall social environment and crime-oriented environment. Also, the importance is increasing for wireless recognition of RFID and tracing function, which will be usefully utilized in controlling the incomings and outgoings of people/vehicles or allowance, surveillance and control. This is resulting from the increase in the care for the elderly according to the overall social environment, namely, the aging society, and the number of women entering, as well as the increase in the number of heinous crimes. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical considerations on ubiquitous sensor network and present a direction for securities companies for their development by focusing on the technological and application areas. To present strategies of response to a new environment for security companies, First, a diversification strategy is needed for security companies. The survival of only high level of security companies in accordance with the principle of liberal market competition will bring forth qualitative growth and competitiveness of security market. Second, active promotion by security companies is needed. It is no exaggeration to say that we are living in the modern society in the sea of advertisements and propaganda. The promotional activities that emphasize the areas of activity or importance of security need to be actively carried out using the mass media to change the aware of people regarding security companies, and they need to come up with a plan to simultaneously carry out the promotional activities that emphasize the public aspect of security by well utilizing the recent trend that the activities of security agents are being used as a topic in movies or TV dramas. Third, technically complementary establishment of ubiquitous sensor network and electronic tag is needed. Since they are used in mobile electronic tag services such as U-Home and U-Health Care, they are used throughout our lives by forming electronic tag environment within safe ubiquitous sensor network based on the existing privacy guideline for the support of mobile electronic tag terminal commercialization, reduction in communication and information usage costs, continuous technical development and strengthening of privacy protection, and the system of cooperation of academic-industrial-research needs to be established among the academic world and private research institutes for these parts.

유럽제국 뿐만이 아니라, 일,미등 모든 방문업체가 서독의 Hanova시에서 1977년 9월 20일에 열렸 던 구주제이회 국제공작기계전 출품작에 대한 열의가 대단했었다. 각사가, 자사의 출품예정인 제 품에 대하여 소개해줄 때에 비밀이지만 상대방이 연구자이기 때문에 특혜를 입힌다는 느낌이 시종들었다. 이것 역시 내 직업이 기술을 탐구하는 일이기 때문에 받게되는 신의 은총으로 생각 이 되며, 새삼 부담과 고마움을 느끼지 않을 수가 없었다. 결국 기술에 대한 빚을 지게 된 셈이되 어 버렸다. 아마도 생애를 통해 이 부채들을 청산이나 할 수 있을런지 모르겠다. 1976년 9월 미국 의 Chicagc에서 열린 국제공작기계전, 동년 11월에 열린 동경전, 1977년 8월에 서울에서 열린 국제 기계전, 그리고 이번 시찰견학을 통해 느낀 최근의 공작기계제조경향과 1978년 9월 6일에 예정된 사상 최대규모가 될 것이라는 Chicago국제공작기계전의 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

히트파이프에 관한 연구는 구미, 일본 등 선진 각국뿐만 아니라, 중국, 독립국가연합 및 동구권 에서도 다년간 활발하게 진행되어 왔다. 석유파동 이후 에너지 절약을 위한 노력의 결과로 폐 열회수 장치가 많이 개발되면서 히트파이프를 전열소자로 사용한 폐열회수 장치가 상당히 늘어나 이에 소요되는 히트파이프의 생산량도 급격한 신장세를 나타내고 있다. 이는 히트파이프 자체가 응답성이 좋고, 구조가 간단하며, 전열성이 뛰어난 장점으로 인하여 많은 연구가 이루어졌기 때 문이라 하겠다.그 응용분야는 인공위성으로부터 폐열회수용 열교환기, 전기장치 전자소자의 냉각, 음향기기의 냉각, 태양열과 지열의 유효이용, 플라스틱 금형의 냉각, 공작기계의 주축냉각, 포장 기계, 주방기기, 전력케이블의 냉각, 엔진 및 브레이크의 냉각 등 응용분야가 광범위하여 급격 하게 발전하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 히트파이프와 관련된 학술적인 연구결과가 발표되고 있을 뿐, 체계적이며 지속적인 연구가 수행되지 못하고 있다. 또한 산업계에서도 관련제품의 대 부분을 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 일부 제작업체에서는 제품이 나오고 있으나 축적기술결여로 그 성능면에 있어서 보증이 어려워 업계의 연구개발에 대한 노력이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

T.A.B란 공기조화설비에 대한 종합시험조정으로 시험, 조정 및 균형(Testing, Adjusting & Balancing)이라는 뜻이다. 이는 설계 목적에 부합되도록 모든 빌딩의 환경시스템을 검토하고, 조정하는 과정이다. 따라서 T.A.B기술은 공기 및 물이라는 유체의 흐름과 온 습도에 관련된 분야이기 때문에 시각적으로 그 성과를 알아보기 힘들고, T.A.B를 적용한 후 결과치를 정밀 분석해 판단할 수 있으며 T.A.B기술을 적용하지 않은 건물과 간접비교하는 방법으로 그 효과를 쉽게 알 수 있다. T.A.B기술을 적용할 경우 시공 중인 건물에 설계도서가 완료되기 전, 또는 장비의 구매발주 전에 T.A.B측면에서 모든 기술 도서를 면밀히 검토하게 된다. 그 중 일부에서 발견되는 문제점들 즉, 적정치 못한 용량 선정, 시스템 구성상 미비점, 불필요한 장비 선정, 누락 사항을 발견할 수 있다. 따라서 T.A.B 기술을 적용할 경우 향상된 품질의 시공이 가능해 준공 후 빈번히 대두되는 하자 문제가 현격히 줄게 되며 또한 운전경비 절감, 쾌적한 실내환경 조성, 장비수명 연장 등 효율적인 운전관리 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 우리나라 공기조화설비기술은 꾸준한 발전을 이루었고, 최근에는 도입 초기단계시 전혀 고려되지 않던 공조공간의 쾌적성 및 소음 방지 대책 등의 문제가 주요사항으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 공조설비에 T.A.B실행의 표준화 정착과정에 있으며, 국내 학계 및 연구기관에서 공조설비에 대한 연구 및 T.A.B용역업체의 기술축적 등 T.A.B분야 발전을 위해 노력하고 있다. 본지는 T.A.B의 수행절차 및 수행계획, TAB 수행업체 등에 대해 알아본다.

세계는 지금 post-genome 시대에 접어들고 있고, 하루에도 수백개 이상 밝혀지는 새로운 유전정보들이나 모든 유전암호가 밝혀진 생물들을 기존의 방법들로 연구한다는 것은 너무나 많은 시간을 요구한다. 즉, 인간 게놈 프로젝트 뿐만 아니라, 식물 게놈 프로젝트 등 다양한 분야에서 DNA chip의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 DNA chip의 생산에 있어서 chip 제작에 필수적인 DNA chip 제작용 microarrayer를 고가를 들여 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 DNA chip 생산비를 높이고, 더 나아가 우리나라 생명공학분야 연구의 발전에 악영향을 미치는 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 몇몇 국내 생산 업체가 있지만, 아직 그 실요성을 입증하지 못하였고, 대부분의 chip 공급업체는 아직 수입품을 사용하고 있는 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 microarrayer의 국산화를 통해 안정적 DNA chip 및 microarrayer의 공급을 위해 microarrayer의 개발에 관해 수행하는 연구이며, 앞으로의 연구방향을 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 1) 유전자 검색을 위한 DNA chip 제작용 로봇 시스템 (microarrayer)을 pin 타입으로 설정한다. 2) 정밀도 향상을 위하여 로봇 시스템의 구동은 XYZ 직교좌표형으로 설정한다. 3) 1$cm^2$당 5,000개 정도의 DNA를 붙일 수 있도록 한다.

This paper presents an analysis of construction project management from supply chain management perspective to gain insight from all constituents and to identify areas of improvement. In order to suggest opportunities for improvement, interviews with the members of a typical urban office building project in US were held. Based on that, a qualitative analysis of construction projects is presented. Focusing on electrical and mechanical sub-systems, this study illustrates the roles of subcontractors, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing representatives as well as the complexity that a general contractor fares in managing its supply chain. The author$^{\circ}\phi$s recommendations are focused on process restructuring and automation, which include some quantifiable performance measures, incentives, and their alignment with each other

Recently, as construction projects are getting bigger and more complex, the number of participants has been tremendously increased. According to the current trend, the necessity of collaboration design management controlling communication and information exchange among many participants has came up. So this study considers the roles and tasks of each participant and informations that occur in each design stage, and looks into the present status of collaboration in design management of domestic design companies. Finally, the function of collaboration system is drove. It supports tasks of design participants, such as input design outcome, decision making among concerned people and solution of design change and interference.

STEP-NC 는 기존의 G-code 를 대체할 새로운 CNC 인터페이스 언어로써 현재 밀링 공정에 대해서는 국제 표준 단계에 있으며 조만간 기존의 G-code 를 대체할 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로 국내에서도 CAD-CAM 업체, CNC maker, 공작기계 제작 업체, 사용자 등 생산 환경 전반에 걸쳐 이에 대한 대응이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서의 STEP-NC 의 promotion 을 위해 1) STEP-NC data model 을 분석하고, 2) 파트 프로그램의 작성 방법을 자세히 설명하고, 3) STEP AP203 CAD 파일로부터 STEP-NC 파트 프로그램을 생성하는 과정을 Korea STEP-NC 시스템을 통해서 설명하였다.
