Fuzzy Testing of Independence in Bivariate Normal Distribution (2변량 정규분포의 독립성에 관한 퍼지 검정)

  • We furnished some properties of fuzzy testing of independence for correlation in a bivariate normal distribution by agreement index. First we present some restriction of the fuzzy data, define fuzzy sample correlation coefficient and agreement index for testing hypothesis with acceptance or rejection degree. Also, we show that UMP unbiased fuzzy test and drawing conclusions the fuzzy test.

Effect of Characteristics of Public Enterprise CEOs' Leadership on the Leader Trust and Organizational Effectiveness of Organizational Members (공기업 CEO의 리더십특성이 조직구성원의 리더신뢰수준과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.

A Study on Effect of Technological Innovation Activities on Innovation Performance in Firms: Focused on the Moderating Effect of Innovation Resistance and Performance (기업의 기술혁신 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향연구: 혁신저항의 매개적 효과를 중심으로)

  • Although the technological innovation activities have depended on corporate, organizational and personal capabilities and activities, innovation resistance to practice was not actively considered in previous studies. This study is intended to the effects of corporate technology innovation capabilities and activities on intra-organizational innovation resistance and performance by compensating the limit of previous studies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 293 domestic IT and BT companies. First, technological innovation competencies had a positive effect on technological innovation resistance, adopting hypothesis 1. Second, technological innovation activities had no positive effect on technological innovation resistance, rejecting hypothesis 2. Third, technological innovation resistance had a positive effect on technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 3. Fourth, technological innovation resistance was positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation competencies and technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 4. Fifth, technological innovation resistance was not positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation activities and technological innovation performance, rejecting hypothesis 5. Overall, the higher technological innovation competencies had a significant effect on technological innovation resistance. Consequently, technological innovation resistance can improve or reduce technological innovation competencies and performance depending on the level of resistance.

A Study on Realism of a Digital Signage using 3D Hologram (3D홀로그램을 활용한 디지털 사이니지의 사실감)

  • It is expected that if a viewer feels the higher realism, it will increase efficiency at 3D hologram. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the evaluation factors on realism for digital signage using 3D holograms. For empirical analysis, the evaluation factors were derived and built up hypothesis(The evaluation factors of digital signage using 3D holograms will affect the realism). As a result of the experiment, Hypothesis 1 (Social presence) and 3 (Harmony with the space) were adopted while Hypothesis 2 (Graphic's elaboration) was rejected. Finally, research has shown that in order to improve the realism of digital signage using 3D holograms, the contents should be produced in consideration of presence so that the viewers could feel as if they were actually inside of contents rather than expressed extremely well made higher image resolution. Hence, the 3D hologram contents should be installed in a place where it would fit well with the space around it.

  • 본 연구는 최근 고객접점근무자인 콜센터 산업 근무자들은 고객과 기업의 접점에 위치하여 일대일 고객 응대가 이루어지는 곳의 중요 인적자원으로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 콜센터 산업은 높은 이직률로 인하여 안정적인 조직성과 달성 및 긴밀한 고객관리 관계를 어렵게 한다. 또한 콜센터를 운영하는 기업은 인적자원의 직무만족과 조직에의 몰입도를 제고함으로 조직유효성에 전략적으로 접근할 수 있다. 즉, 고객과 기업의 접점에서 기업의 연결고리 역할을 수행하고 있는 콜센터 부분 인력의 직무만족과 직무몰입 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 오늘날 기업 경영 흐름에 전략적 대응을 이끌어 내고 이직률이 높고 직업만족도가 낮은 고객접점근무자들에게 화두를 제시하고 있다. 고객의 요구를 즉시 반영 할 수 있고 고객관계 관리를 위하여 고객정보 수집이 이루어지는 대고객접점위치의 콜센터 산업(부문) 여성인력들의 직무만족과 조직 몰입도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 먼저, 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 첫째, 동기요인 중에서 직무, 승진, 능력은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 동기요인 중에서 성취, 책임은 기각되었다. 둘째, 위생요인 중에서 보수, 상사는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 결과가 나타나고 위생요인 중에서 동료는 기각되었다. 직무의 몰입에 대한 결과는 첫째, 정서적 몰입은 동기요인 중 직무와 능력요인은 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치나 위생요인은 그렇지 않을 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 조직몰입에 대한 신호방향(인/아웃바운드)으로 나누어 보면 인바운드 부서에서 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성취와 보수이고 아웃바운드는 직무, 능력, 승진, 성취, 보수가 채택되었다.

An Impact of VR Travel Contents on Emotions in Untact Era (언택트 시대 VR여행콘텐츠가 감정에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to analyze through empirical experiments for the effects of a 360 degree's VR travel contents on stress in the era of COVID-19, as stress has emerged as social problems due to restrictions on freedom of movement. For the empirical experiment, the hypothesis (Happiness level or Depression level or Arousal level will affect the level of stress after watching VR travel contents) was established. As a result, the depression level was adopted while the others were rejected. In order to relieve stress, it is necessary to be careful not to feel depressed, and it was found that even if we can't travel freely, we can reduce stress somewhat with VR travel contents in the untact era. In other words, the emotional state after watching VR travel contents has changed positively. It is hoped that the results of this study will be of some help to the tourism industry and VR production industry, which have been contracted.

The Empirical Analysis of Differences in Recognition of the Genders in the Media Facade (LED 미디어파사드에 있어 남녀에 따른 인지정도의 실증분석)

  • Recently, the Department has utilized the media facade as a means to attract new customers and promotional tools. In particular, we checked the rate of customer's gender who visited a large department store. The ratio of women's visit is 4.6 times more than men. This can confirm the need to produce a differentiated content of LED media facade by gender. This study are subject to an empirical analysis of differences of perception of evaluation factors of media facade in gender. At first we specified four factors which can evaluate the media facade according to gender by previous studies. There are aesthetics, artistry, comfort and harmony. And the hypothesis was set as "Each factor might be differences between the recognition of their gender" In order to verify a hypothesis the country's large department store was selected and experiment was performed. In the result of the experiment, among the four factors, aesthetics, creativity, and harmony were chosen, while comfort was dismissed. This results confirm that the following factors are needed to attract more women's customer at the department such as combination of space and media facade, combination of shape and color, appropriateness of the information and beautiful place, and directing way of content.

The effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Identification and Customer Orientation by Flight Attendants (항공사 승무원이 인식하는 사회적 책임이 조직동일시 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility on organizational identification and customer orientation by flight attendants. In this study, 2 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. Questionnaire was also developed based on previous studies. A convenience sample of 217 flight attendants was surveyed and 203 usable questionnaires were analyzed. Corporate social responsibility was divided into economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility by the literature review. Confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to validate the measured variables. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) by AMOS. The results are as follows. Firstly, 'economic responsibility' and 'philanthropic responsibility' have positive effect on organizational identification while 'legal responsibility' and 'ethical responsibility' have no effect on 'organizational identification'. As for the degree of influence, 'philanthropic responsibility' has a greater impact than 'economic responsibility'. Airlines should focus on the responsibility to the community as well as social contribution. Secondly, 'organizational identification' has positive effect on customer orientation. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.

A Comparative Study on the Applicability of A Priori Estimates of Adjustment Models for Assessment of Surface Parameter Estimates (표면 파라미터 추정값 평가를 위한 조정계산모델별 전통계량 적용도 비교분석)

  • This paper presents a comparative analysis on the applicability of a priori statistic information about adjustment models when the surface shape parameters are estimated at an arbitrary point in an elevation data. Although the reliability of the estimates are known to be affected by surface condition and the adjustment models, there has been little research in a systematic and detail way. When the raw data have been taken from a real measurement, its true value cannot be known, however, thus this study used simulation data in order to analyze clearly the applicability of adjustment models. The generation of simulated data was performed by superimposing horizontal, slope, and curve surfaces and adding a certain amount of noise. Comparative analysis was performed by associating the a posteriori estimates with a priori statistics of each adjustment models. The experimental results show the estimation characteristics of adjustment models against varying surface conditions.

Estimating the Spatial Distribution of Satellite Image Classification Error Using Index of Spatial Distribution (공간분포지표를 이용한 위성영상 분류오차의 공간적 분포 평가)

  • The quality of image classification results is not always uniform over entire image. Thus, this study proposes the concept of ISDd (Index of Spatial Distribution by distance) and ISDs (ISD by scatteredness) for the evaluation of unevenness of result quality, and spatial distribution of satellite image classification errors. The ISDd is indexed mean distance of misclassified pixels and the ISDs is statistical indicator of scatteredness of misclassified pixels. In this study, the ISDd and the ISDs are calculated and evaluated for some satellite images, then misclassified area is extracted and the reasons of misclassification are examined. As the result of this study, using both the ISDd and the ISDs, the basis of decision on adoption/rejection of classification results is offered at sub-image level by evaluation of the local aggregation of misclassified pixels. Using Index of Spatial Distribution. as well as overall classification accuracy, users can understand the spatial distribution of misclassified pixels, and can have the additional criterion of the judgement on suitability and reliability of classification results.
