Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of sustainability management in institutional foodservice on store image and behavioral intention (revisit intention, word of mouth, willingness to pay a premium). Methods: Based on a total of 371 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the model. Results: According to results of exploratory factor analysis, sustainability management derived three factors, economic value, socially responsible, and environmentally sound. The structural equation modeling showed that social responsibility in sustainability management had a significant positive effect on store image and behavioral intention. In addition, customer's perceived store image in foodservice had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. The relationship between sustainability management and behavioral intention was found to be a partially significant effect. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed the importance of sustainability management of foodservice to improve store image and behavioral intention.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the compaction and virtue experienced by police officers in the organization on positive emotion and, second, to demonstrate the effect of positive emotion on the organization uniformity, which is subordinate variable. Third, we intend to verify the mediated effect of positive emotion in the relationship between compassion and organization uniformity, and fourthly, to demonstrate the coordination effect of collective self-esteem in the relationship between positive emotion and organization identicalness. Sampling of this study was conducted on 353 male and female police officers working at police stations belonging to the National Police Agency and used these samples for hypothesis testing. Studies have confirmed that the compaction and virtue experienced by police officers have a positive effect on positive emotion, and that positive emotion has a positive effect on the phenomenon of tissue co-ordination. And it has been shown that positive emotion plays a full role in the relationship between compassion, virtue and organizational co-ordination, and that positive emotion and collective self-esteem plays a controlling role in the relationship with organizational co-ordination. The theoretical implications of this study will contribute to creating a positive organizational culture by maintaining a strict hierarchical relationship and spreading the compaction and virtuous behavior to police organizations with high task stress.

This study is to suggest the needs of laughter recreation convergence education as educational program to promote leisure use and happiness with the expectation that laughter recreation education will generate positive effect positive attitude and psychological happiness. So we prove that this education contributes to one's happy life through this study since it arouses positive changes on behavior. We included 108 Sampling targets and 216 copies of questionnaires to be done before and after education. As a result, partial factors of positive attitude on laughter recreation convergence education had a good influence on psychological happiness and there were differences between before and after the education. So this proves that it is meaningful to have laughter recreation convergence education.

본 연구에서는 1990년대에 들어와서 국내의 많은 대기업들이 실시한 Corporate Identity Program (CIP)으로 인한 기업 이름의 변경이 기업의 이익 흐름에 미치는 영향을 event study method를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 1992년부터 1996년 사이에 CIP의 일환으로 기업 이름을 모기업 또는 그룹의 명칭과 동일하게 변경시킨 31개 기업들을 대상으로 event study를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평균적으로, CIP에 의한 상호 변경은 그 기업의 주식 가격에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 업종별로 분석해보면, 비금융기관의 상호변경이 금융기관의 상호변경보다 주식 가격에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 소비재를 생산하는 기업들의 상호변경이 산업재를 생산하는 기업들의 상호변경보다 더 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

We aim to confirm empirically that a corporate's R&D expenditure effect positively on its value. As a result of the regression analysis on financial statements of KSE and KOSDAQ enterprises, the sum of R&D expenditure effects positively on corporate value. Moreover, we have the result that R&D expenditure appropriated as cost has more effect on corporate value than the expenditure appropriated as asset.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parents' positive and negative parenting attitudes on multicultural expropriation and the mediating effect of community spirit in the process. For this purpose, 1,336 first - year students who entered the university were sampled based on the 7th year data of Korea Youth Policy Institute for a regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the positive parenting attitude of the parents recognized by university students has a positive influence on multicultural expropriation, and the negative parenting attitude has a negative influence on multicultural expropriation. Second, Community spirit is found to have a positive influence on multicultural expropriation by university students and shown to have a partial mediated effect between positive or negative parenting and multicultural expropriation. Based on the above research results, various programs were developed and applied to enhance parents' positive parenting attitude and multicultural expropriation, and to promote positive parenting attitude and community spirit.

This study aims at checking up influences imposed on mathematics learning abilities in communication teaching through small group leaning for the sixth grade pupils of elementary schools. Results obtained through the study are as follow: The communication teaching through small group cooperative learning showed an affirmative reaction in terms of mathematics learning achievement degree and mathematical tendency. However, the pupils of the lower group showed a meager effect in terms of mathematics learning achievement degree. It means that such an effect is required to a sustained teaching for a long time by teachers.

This study investigated how Korean drama viewing of chinese people influence their formation of Korea's national image as well as their satisfaction through consumption of Korean products. The direct effect and indirect effect of Korean drama viewing on Korea's national image were focused. The survey data on 105 Chinese citizens in Shanghai was put into the analysis. The study found that 1) Korean drama viewing has a positive effect on consumption satisfaction of korean products; 2) Korean drama viewing does not have any direct effect on Korea's national image; 3) the consumption satisfaction of korean products has an positive effect on Korea's national image; 4) Korean drama viewing has an indirect positive effect on Korea's national image, mediated by consumption satisfaction of Korean products. Theoretical and practical implication were discussed.

The kindergarten teachers play a role in closely babysitting infants, teachers' high empathy helps respect infants' emotions and opinions, and leads to positive relationships, ultimately improving their job satisfaction and confidence, but lack specific research results. As a result, this study sought to find out how the empathy of kindergarten teachers affects job stress through positive psychological capital, and to find ways to increase positive psychological capital and empathy. To achieve this, the research method identified the causal relationship of each variable based on the results of the survey of 212 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. According to the study, first, among the empathy abilities of kindergarten teachers, emotional empathy has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Second, cognitive empathy among empathy abilities has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Third, looking at the overall positive psychological capital of kindergarten teachers and the effects of job stress showed that it negatively affects self-efficacy and resilience.

변혁적 리더십이 비전제시, 동기부여 등으로 부하 직원의 심리상태에 영향을 주고 변화를 유도한다는 점에서, 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구결과(Lyttle, 2007; 이동섭 최용득, 2009)가 최근 발표된 바 있다. 또한 리더의 유머사용이 직원에게 긍정적인 마음과 동기를 심어줌으로써 긍정심리자본형성에 중요요인이라는 연구결과(Lyttle, 2007)처럼, 인재중시의 측면에서 재미있고 훌륭한 일터의 구현을 제공 및 기여하는 리더의 유머 경영에 대한 관심은 지속적으로 높아지고 있는 추세이다(Avolio, Howell, & Sosik, 1999). 본 연구는 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 유머사용이 긍정심리자본을 매개변수로 하여 부하의 혁신성향, 직무 만족, 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 국내중소제조업을 대상으로 검증하고 최종적으로 대안모형을 탐색하였다. 근로자 272명을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과, 모든 가설에서 유의한 결과가 나타났으며 또한 변혁적 리더십은 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 직접적으로 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 중소기업의 경우 리더가 리더십 발현과 유머사용으로 부하 직원의 동기를 부여하고 긴장을 완화시켜주는 등 긍정적이고 낙관적인 심리형성에 기여함으로써 혁신성향, 직무만족, 조직시민행동에 영향을 준다는 것을 보여준다.
