  • Women's social status is marginal in the patriarchal system, therefore it is not easy to express their's desire. Women's social role are restricted by the Confucian culture in the late of Chosun Dinasty. But women freely expressed their's gamseong(感性) by singing the folk songs. Many researches have focused on the reality of life or the structure and meanings of the women's folk songs. On the contrary, no one has paid attention to the gamseong in the women's folk songs. This is the reason why this thesis focused on the aspects of gamseong in the women's folk songs. The aspect of gamseong expression in women's folk songs can be classfied as follow: HAN(恨) resulting from living with one's husband's parents (Si-jip-sa-ri); LONGING caused by parting with the lover; HOPE due to childbirth and bringing up; SHIN-MYOUNG(神明) through deviation and liberation. In conclusion, We can find out women's gamseong would be formed from the their own roles and relationship with the others. Besides they could offset their sorrow and cure their pain through loving others and selfloving.

  • Expected consumer's consumption propensity affected by advertisement using media facade and how this advertisement can affect consumer response and advertising effectiveness will be examined practically. This research showed TV advertisement and media facade advertisement to each participants of research in order to evaluate consumer response and effectiveness of media facade advertisement and took a survey. Research result, positive response was observed that consumer who were exposed of media facade advertisement showed more positive cognition/emotional response than TV advertisement. And effectiveness of media facade is more than standard. However, product attitude was not statistically positive. Therefore, it can be said that media facade advertisement does not affect positively on product attitude, but it is effective on purchase intention. Next, consumer who is exposed of media facade advertisement showed little low correlation on cognition response and product attitude, but showed positive correlation on cognition response, purchase intention, emotional response and product attitude. Accordingly, more positive consumer's cognition and emotional response is, the higher advertisement effect can be observed. Last, positive result were not presented in consumer's consumption propensity in regards to rational/emotional response. This means that it is invalid to state that consumer response differs for consumer propensity. Through result of experiment, a statement that media facade is a new media that has various possibility as advertisement mediator had been proved. Especially, as it shows that positive effect exists regardless of consumer's consumption propensity, use of media facade as marketing means is reasonable for firm in order to increase satisfaction of consumer and brand value.

  • According to increasing SNS users and developing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC recently, many techniques to classify user emotions with social network information are researching briskly. The use emotion classification stands for distinguishing its emotion with text and images listed on his/her SNS. This paper suggests a method to classify user emotions through sampling a value of a representative figure on a trigonometrical function, a representative adjective on text, and a canny algorithm on images. The sampling representative adjective on text is selected as one of high frequency in the samplings and measured values of positive-negative by SentiWordNet. Figures sampled on images are selected as the representative in figures; triangle, quadrangle, and circle as well as classified user emotions by measuring pleasure-unpleased values as a type of figures and inclines. Finally, this is re-defined as x-y graph that represents pleasure-unpleased and positive-negative values with wheel of emotions by Plutchik. Also, we are anticipating for applying user-customized service through classifying user emotions on wheel of emotions by Plutchik that is redefined the representative adjectives and figures.

Effects of Haiku Writing on Mindfulness and Empathy Cultivating of the Graduate Students Majoring in Clinical Psychology (하이쿠 시 짓기가 임상심리학 전공 대학원생들의 마음챙김과 감정이입 함양에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Haiku writing on mindfulness and empathy cultivating of the graduate students majoring in clinical psychology, and that it would also serve as enhancements of self-compassion and acceptance. Twenty-two graduate students in clinical psychology were to writing a Haiku poem about nature, the situation and themselves during a semester. Before and after the Haiku Writing Programme, mindfulness, empathy, self-compassion, and acceptance were measured and the subjective responses were analyzed after the programme was completed. The results of the study are as follows : First of all, quantitative analyses shows that Haiku writing has a significant effects on mindfulness, empathy, self-compassion and acceptance. Even in qualitative analyses, there are positive changes on those constructs in Haiku writing. Finally, the meaningfulness of the study, limitations, and recommendations for future work were discussed.

  • This study was designed by paying attention to the negative aspects of the performing arts service. As interest in performing arts increases, various studies on services are being conducted in the performing arts field as well. However, although research on the positive side of performing arts services is steadily increasing, research on the negative side is insufficient. In this study, the limitations of existing studies were supplemented and the study was conducted by applying the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model for empirical research. The effect of failure of performing arts service as a stimulus variable on the response to complaint behavior through negative emotion as an organism was verified. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the factors of failure in performing arts services, performance works and personal services had a significant influence on negative emotions. In addition, the influence of negative emotions on public and private complaints was confirmed. Lastly, this study will have academic significance in that it analyzed consumers by converting the factors of service failure of performing arts into variables.

EEG-Based Explorative Study of the Role of Emotions on Business Problem-solving Creativity (비즈니스 문제 해결 창의성에 미치는 감정의 영향에 관한 EEG 기반 탐색연구)

  • This study aims to contribute to the existing literature in creativity from the viewpoint of neuro-physiological analysis. Further, we looked at emotional influences on creativity within a business problem-solving context that implemented the use of a cognitive map in exploring creativity. For this purpose, we measured brain cortical activity as people solved a business strategy problem to explore the neural mechanisms of "insight problems" that are influenced by distinct emotions. Through an Electroencephalography (EEG) analysis of 34 qualified participants, we investigated the relationship between emotions and business problem-solving creativity (BPSC). Insightful results were derived such that participants primed in a negative condition evoked higher temporal alpha band activity compared to those primed in the positive condition. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences between two priming conditions on the other band activities. Therefore, this study sheds a very positive light on the scholarly value of conducting rigorous studies about the relationship between emotional states and BPSC status.

A Study on Interrelationship to Justice dimensions of Chinese Consumers (중국소비자들의 공정성 차원 간 상호관련성에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the effects of justice dimensions on negative emotion, consumer satisfaction after service recovery, repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention in a context of service recovery. Behavioral intentions(repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention) are critical to the discount store sellers' survival and success. The research model is an extension of previous studies, especially considering more recent developments in the service recovery literature. A survey using 458 customers in China was conducted, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the validity of the measurement model, and AMOS analysis approach was used to gain important insights into how customer retention in the discount store business can be ensured. The results suggest that all three dimensions of justice had negative effects on negative emotion, had positive effects on satisfaction after service recovery. Negative emotion had negative effects on recovery satisfaction. Recovery satisfaction had positive effects on repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Finally, this study suggests the implications of these findings and offers directions for future research.

Affective interaction to emotion expressive VR agents (가상현실 에이전트와의 감성적 상호작용 기법)

  • This study evaluate user feedback such as physiological response and facial expression when subjects play a social decision making game with interactive virtual agent partners. In the social decision making game, subjects will invest some of money or credit in one of projects. Their partners (virtual agents) will also invest in one of the projects. They will interact with different kinds of virtual agents which behave reciprocated or unreciprocated behavior while expressing socially affective facial expression. The total money or credit which the subject earns is contingent on partner's choice. From this study, I observed that subject's appraisal of interaction with cooperative/uncooperative (or friendly/unfriendly) virtual agents in an investment game result in increased autonomic and somatic response, and that these responses were observed by physiological signal and facial expression in real time. For assessing user feedback, Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor, Galvanic skin response (GSR) sensor while capturing front facial image of the subject from web camera were used. After all trials, subjects asked to answer to questions associated with evaluation how much these interaction with virtual agents affect to their appraisals.

Social Roles of Child Sexual Crime Faction Films: Text Mining Analysis of Audiences' Emotional Reactions (아동·청소년 대상 성범죄 팩션영화의 사회적 역할 탐색: 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 수용자 감정반응 분석)

  • Child sexual crimes have increased, but there has been no effective plan to combat this. Films reporting problems, amplify the attentions and propose countermeasures, which leads to changes. The current study examined the audiences' reactions to child sexual crime faction films using text-mining. The analysis of Naver's 2,727 blogs showed realistic words while 3,000 review comments' analysis demonstrated emotional responses. The positive and negative emotional category and degree were also different. In , the higher degree of negative emotions, such as 'angry' and 'unpleasant' appeared frequently. In , only negative emotional worlds were used. On the other hand, 'sad' was the highest ranked word, and the negative level was weak. In , 'good' a positive emotional word solely emerged. The audiences perceived the accidents objectively before release while they expressed their emotions and feelings after watching the movies. caused explosive anger and organized the participating citizens for changes. This movie provided an opportunity to enforce a legislative bill intensifying heavy punishments. The present study is significant in scrutinizing the audiences' diverse emotional reactions and discusses the future direction of society prosecution movies. Based on the text analysis of the audiences' linguistic expressions, a future study will be needed to hierarchically classify the diverse emotional expressions.

  • 본 논문은 소비자의 리뷰 데이터를 기반으로 한 새로운 감성 분석 방법을 제안한다. 긍정, 부정, 중립으로 분류하는 전통적 감성 분석방법은 텍스트에 나타난 감정의 섬세한 차이를 파악하기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 GPT 모델을 사용하여 텍스트에서 사용자의 감정을 8 가지의 카테고리로 세분화한다. 부정적 정서를 가진 리뷰에서 분노, 혐오, 실망과 같은 구체적인 감정들을 직관적으로 파악할 수 있었고, 감정의 강도까지 파악할 수 있었다. 제안된 방법을 통해 기업은 고객의 요구 사항을 정확하게 인지할 수 있으며, 고객 맞춤형 서비스 개선에 기여할 수 있다는 점이 기대된다.
