본 논문에서는 선로 전력조류제약을 고려한 경제급전(SCED : Security-Constrained economic dispatch)에 내점 선형계획법을 이용하여 최적해를 구하는 문제를 다룬다. 최적전력조류(Optimal Power Flow)식으로부터 선로의 유효전력만을 근사화하여 선로 전력조류 제약을 고려할 경제급전(SCED)의 식을 정식화한다. 선형계획법을 적용하여 최적해를 구하기 위해서 발전기출력과 유효전력, 부하, 손실과의 관계를 이용하여 경제급전의 식을 선형화 하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 선형화 알고리즘은 목적함수로 계통 발전기의 총 연료비를 취하고 전력수급평형식으로 발전기출력증분에 대한 선로의 증분손실계수를 이용하며, 선로의 제약조건은 일반화발전 분배계수(GGDF : Generalized Generation Distribution Factor)를 이용하여 선형화한다. 최적화 기법으로서 내점법(Interior Point Method)을 적용하고자 하며 사례연구를 통하여 선형계획법 중 가장 많이 사용하는 심플렉스(Simplex)법과의 수렴특성을 비교하여 내점 법의 효용성을 확인하고자 한다.

도시철도 DC 급전시스템은 부하전류가 사고전류보다 클 수 이는 특징을 가지고 이다. 이러한 이유로 DC 급전시스템에서는 di/dt를 측정하여 사고전류를 부하전류로부터 구분하고 있다. 이것은 사고전류의 di/dt와 부하전류의 di/dt는 서로 다른 상이한 특성을 보이고 있기 때문이다. 본문에서는 DC도시철도급전시스템에서 흔히 사용되는 di/dt 계전기와 이의 설정을 위한 사고전류의 분석 및 설정방법에 대해 알아본다.

In this paper, the novel patch antenna for polarization diversity using switching element is presented. The proposed antenna consists of the square patch with a pair of truncated corners and a microstrip-feed line with power divider. A switching microstrip-line feed works at schottky diode ON / OFF that is placed at $\lambda$/4 point from branch-off point of power divider. Polarization diversity has two types(LHCP. RHCP) as switching the schottky diodes. The measured 3 ㏈ axial ratio bandwidth for switching operation is about 2 %.

본 논문에서는 전력IT 국책과제로 선정된 한국형 에너지 관리시스템(Korean Energy Management System, K-EMS)의 네트워크 해석 프로그램 중 하나인 급전원 조류계산(Dispatcher Power Flow, DPF) 프로그램의 구축 및 통합에 대해서 다룬다. 여기에서는 조류계산의 기본기능 보다는 실시간 운영을 위한 DB, 프로세스, 화면 간 연계방법을 설명하고, 기존 Off-line 검토용 조류계산 프로그램과의 차이점 및 급전원 조류계산 환경에 대해 서술한다. 본 논문에 소개된 급전원 조류계산 프로그램은 K-EMS의 중간 결과물인 Baseline 단계의 성과이며, 국내 실계통 데이터를 취득하여 성공적으로 실증시험을 마친 결과임을 밝혀둔다.

본 논문에서는 차세대 EMS(Next Generation Energy Management System : NG-EMS) 급전원 훈련 시뮬레이터(Dispatcher Training Simulator : DTS)의 이벤트 시나리오 기능 개발 및 모의에 대해 기술한다. DTS는 EMS 급전원의 훈련을 위한 시스템으로서 EMS와 동일한 동적인 환경에서 시스템 조작, 사고모의 및 사고복구 기능을 제공한다. 이벤트 시나리오 기능은 급전원 훈련교관의 훈련 진행을 위해 필요한 기능으로 이벤트, 이벤트그룹, 요청이벤트, 조건이벤트, 시간이벤트, 시나리오로 구성한다.

In this paper, a modified feeding structure for microstrip patch antenna is suggested for improving the performances. The proposed antenna has a gap between the transmission line and the recessed part of the radiating patch which makes a capacitive coupling. It shows higher 511(-l4dB) and lower cross polarization level(-2OdB) compare with the conventional inset ftd patch antenna while having a similar characteristics in another evaluating items. Experimental results are examined and considered to apply to the S-Band application, and the effectiveness has been confirmed by FDTD simulation and measurement simultaneously.

21C 정보화 사회를 맞이하여 디지털 부하의 사용이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 친환경 녹색성장의 일환으로 풍력, 연료전지, 태양광과 같은 신재생 에너지원을 이용한 발전 시스템도 증가 하고 있다. 이에 따라 교류에 비하여 신뢰도가 높고, 저손실의 전원 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 직류급전시스템의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 직류급전시스템에 있어 효율성, 신뢰성, 전송능력 등이 고려되어야 하지만 직류 배전의 상용화를 위해서는 직류 전용 보호차단기 등을 개발하여 보급하여야 한다. 미국의 통계에 따르면 아크사고는 전기화재의 큰 요인으로 꼽히고 있다. 이미 교류 아크의 검출 알고리즘이 다방면으로 연구되어 아크차단기(AFCI)가 개발되었으며 미국의 경우 AFCI 사용을 법제화 하고 있다. 따라서 직류급전시스템에서의 아크 검출을 위해 직류 아크의 특성을 분석한다.

일반도로에서 자유주행이 가능한 온라인 전기자동차(On-Line Electric Vehicle, OLEV)에 적용하기 위해 전류원 급전방식의 직렬-직렬 공진형 자기유도 전력전달시스템(Inductive Power Transfer System, IPTS)을 개발하였다. OLEV용 IPTS에서는 급전선로의 누설 인덕턴스가 크고 집전픽업의 유무에 따라 입력측에 유기되는 전압변동이 심한 특성을 반영하여 급전측에 공진형 전류원을 사용한다. 또한 자화 인덕턴스와 집전픽업의 누설 인덕턴스를 포함하여 변압기를 완전 공진시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 방식의 IPTS에서 최대출력을 전달하기 위한 조건을 찾고, 이로써 최대 출력전류 및 출력전력을 제한하는 요인을 찾아 최적설계를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 실험을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

A single-layered radial line slot array (SL-RLSA) antenna etched on a substrate and fad by a rectangular waveguide is presented in the 60 ㎓ band. The design curves are obtained by an efficient electromagnetic coupling analysis using Ewald Sum technique and Shanks transformation. The antenna has rectangular waveguide feed structure using a rectangular waveguide-to-radial line transition. The prototype antenna of 10 cm-diameter was tested and the gain of 31 ㏈i and the efficiency of 38% were measured at 60 ㎓.

In this paper, to transmit and receive the differently polarized signals simultaneously with a single antenna system, the dual-frequency microstrip array antenna with dual-polarization is proposed and designed. This antenna operates simultaneously at 14.25 GHz and 12.50 GHz. To extend to two dimensional array, microstrip feed line and coaxial probe through via-hole used.
