해상물류는 대형 선박일수록 톤당 수송비가 절감되므로 선박의 대형화 트렌드는 불가피한 반면 기존 항구의 항로와 부두의 확장은 현실적으로 어려울 뿐만 아니라 출입항 선박의 수가 증가하여 항로와 항내 조종구역이 상대적으로 좁아지는 효과가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 선박의 항내조종 안전을 위한 연구가 필요한 바 선박조종의 현장경험을 정리한 비교지침을 가지는 것이 합리적이다. 항행중인 전후 선박간의 합리적인 안전거리, 부두 설계기준 초과선박의 접안시 운동량의 안전범위와 감소방안, 적정예선과 예선의 효과적인 사용방안, 부두앞 조종박지에서 선회권의 축소방안, 극저속에서의 조종성 확보방안, 안전한 자연감속의 범위와 급감속 방안, 비상시의 안전대책을 정리하고 다른 현장조선의 실무에 비교지침이 되고자 함이 본 연구의 목적이다.

This study analyzed the relative vehicle speed and vehicle deceleration time caused by traffic conflicts using vehicle speed data at expressway toll gates and traffic conflict occurrence data. According to the analysis, the greater the relative vehicle speed is at the toll gate, the more sudden vehicle deceleration occurs due to traffic conflicts. In particular, a comparison study of cases in similar operating conditions presents a finding that usage of lanes influences traffic conflict occurrences as well as relative vehicle speed. With this finding, the study further conducted a quantitative analysis of the accident rates in relation to the relative vehicle speed between vehicles using a "Hi-Pass" lane and a regular lane at the toll gate. It indicates that when the relative vehicle speed is greater, the accident rate is higher due to sudden vehicle deceleration and shorter deceleration time. Furthermore, when the expressway entrance/exit point is closely located to a toll gate and the relative vehicle speed is great, a analysis at a traffic conflict shows a low value.

Safety improvement has been a continuous challenge, especially at toll gate of express highway where traffic conflict often occurs due to frequent lane change by drivers of "Hi-pass" lane and regular "TCS" lane. As a part of research on safety at toll gate, this study videotaped traffic conflict data between vehicles using centrally located "Hi-pass" lane and regular "TCS" lane and analyzed accident risk. According to the correlation analysis of vehicle speed, relative vehicle speed, and sudden vehicle deceleration rate due to traffic conflict, when the relative vehicle speed between centrally located "Hi-pass" lane and regular "TCS" lane increases, sudden vehicle deceleration rate also increases. One of the findings is that centrally located "Hi-pass" lane at toll gate shows different location for traffic conflict, and frequency of traffic conflict and the relative vehicle speed was also different based on vehicle lane use. TA (Time to Accident) analysis shows that accident rate is high at toll gate where Hipass lane is installed in center lane, when the occurrence of sudden vehicle deceleration and deceleration time of vehicles rise for vehicles on "Hi-pass" lane. Furthermore, if the expressway entrance/exit point is closely located to toll gate, TA showed a low value. Thus, it is necessary to reduce the relative vehicle speed in order to improve safety. The Study presents reduction of the relevant vehicular speed and prevention of accidents at the centrally installed "Hi-pass" lane as an important strategy for safety improvement at toll gate.

Recently, as the importance of Economical Driving has been gradually growing up, the needs for research on automatic analysis of driving patterns that will ultimately provide drivers the methods for Economical Driving have been increasingly risen. Based on this purpose, we have executed two things in this paper. First, we have collected overall driving information such as date, distance, driving time, speed, idle time, sudden acceleration/deceleration count, and the amount of fuel consumption. Second, we have analyzed the influences of driving patterns on economical driving by employing the data mining techniques. These results can be applied in preventing bad driving patterns which will have consequently bad effects on Economical Driving in two aspects: by presenting some information on the terminal of the vehicles such as idle time, over-speed time, sudden acceleration/deceleration count continuously and by providing the drivers with alert information when the idle time ratio and the over-speed time ratio are excessive.

The great recession which caused by financial crisis made steep rise of oil price and the serious problems of the aircraft industry. High oil price increases operating cost and the recession decreases air traffic. After a period of high book order and delivery from global economic recovery, the aircraft order fell down suddenly. Also the Aircraft price and lease rate deceased and the MRO market is reduced, too. But, the air cargo and passenger increase again since late of 2009. So, it is difficult to predict the market movement, most of the forecasters agreed that the air traffic and aircraft demand will grow gradually in long term with the growth of emerging markets like China, India and Africa. And more efficient, safe and clean aircraft is needed and will need in the market.

쥐노래미는 쥐노래미과에 속하는 연안정착성 동계산란어종으로 우리나라 전연안과 중국, 일본에 서식하고 있다. 최근 무분별한 남획으로 인하여 자원량이 급감되어 쥐노래미는 일찍부터 양식대상종으로 각광을 받아왔다. 지금까지 쥐노래미과에 관한 연구ㆍ보고된 것은 정과김(1994)에 의한 노래미의 성숙과 산란이 보고되어 있을뿐 쥐노래미의 성성숙과 산란에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. (중략)

1인당 쌀 소비량이 80kg 이하로 급감하고 미국 · 중국 · 태국산 식용 수입쌀이 본격 시판되고 있다. 만성적인 국내 쌀 시장의 과잉 공급 기조 속에서 정부 · 농협 · 민간의 수급 조절 및 소비 촉진 노력이 이뤄지지 않는다면, 국내 쌀산업의 여건은 급속도로 악화될 것이다. 이 때문에 최근 정부와 학계 일각에서는 쌀 의무자조금 제도의 도입과 관련, 세부적인 정책 추진계획까지 논의중이다. 국산쌀 소비 촉진을 위해 쌀 자조금 제도 조기 도입이 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다는 것이다. 그러나 쌀 의무자조금 도입에 관련된 논의는, 국내 쌀 산업 전체의 시장 구조가 지닌 특성은 물론 핵심 종사자인 350만 농업인들이 처한 현실 조건을 최우선적으로 감안하여 보다 신중하고 체계적으로 이뤄져야 마땅하다

Because of the development of varieties multimedia and information technology, university students's book reading and university library's book borrowing rate is decreasing. As a center of liberal learning, university libraries have many events for the promotion of reading. But those events do not give practical help for students. In order to solve this problem, researcher benchmarked 4 university libraries that have most active in reading events. The results is below. For reading promotion about the liberal books that was recommended by university, it is suitable to be reading in university education system. Reading discussion is effective for motivation in library reading events. Writing is preferable at reading education by integrating the personal and reading experience. The reading ability of librarians is essential for good reading service in library.

The Korean government introduced an automated speed enforcement system (ASES), which uses traffic enforcement cameras, to counteract safety issues that are caused by speeding. As the information of the traffic enforcement camera locations is provided to the drivers via navigation systems and mobile applications in a timely manner, drivers can avoid enforcement by momentarily diminishing their speeds only near the camera locations. To prevent drivers' evasional behavior and improve the effectiveness of ASES, section control, which enforces speeding vehicles by measuring their average travel speeds over a stretch of road and checking against the speed limit, has been recently implemented. In this study, Section Speed Enforcement Zone and Comparison Zone are compared in terms of traffic stream characteristics under free flow conditions. To this end, loop detector data were obtained from the three study sites and analyzed. The study results demonstrated that drivers maintain their speeds below the speed limit over the enforcement section with a lower variance of speeds.
