Since the global financial crisis in 2008, countries around the world have emphasized the activation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship as essential strategies for survival. In the case of developed countries, the United States, the European Union and China actively promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. In Korea, on the other hand, the importance of entrepreneurship is emphasized by stagnating growth of companies and strengthening their competitiveness through convergence within companies or companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship and learning orientation in order to enhance competitiveness of Korean companies and to be the basis of management strategy for growth of convergence companies based on this. For the progress of this study, the convergence companies were targeted and the hypothesis was verified through the questionnaire survey through the statistical program. The results of the study showed that Innovation influenced learning orientation. Second, Initiative was found to affect learning orientation. Finally, it is shown that risk sensitivity does not affect learning orientation.

Most of the stock price prediction research using text mining uses news and SNS data. However, there is a weakness that it is difficult to get honest and vivid information about companies from them. This paper deals with the problem of the prediction for the direction of stock price by doing text mining the online company reviews of internal staff indicating employee satisfaction. The comparative analysis of the prediction models for the direction of stock price showed the prediction model, which adds internal employee reviews, has better performance than those that did not. This paper presents the convergence study using natural language processing in financial engineering. In the field of stock price prediction, This paper pursued a new methodology that used employee satisfaction. In practice, it is expected to provide useful information in the field of forecasting stock price direction.

While there is the active integration of various industries, a convergence of the software and knowledge service industries including software used in finance and counseling products is creating the necessity to include software industry utilization sectors aside from covering only software products and service production activities. Furthermore, to cope with the radical environment changes in the software industry when it comes to categorizing mobile and cloud computing areas into a software and classification system, we are at a point where there is a need to establish a directional nature on what should be included. In order to establish an integrated classification of newly introduced technologies, products and services, this paper aims to discover areas not included in the classification standard because of the ecological characteristics of the software. It also wants to differentiate the classification system and identify its incomplete areas such as the lack of connections within the system to ultimately establish such for newly surfacing software fields.

This research is to investigate the concept of Local Housing Association, and stepwise implementation procedure, through the theoretical consideration, and then to find out overall problems happening in the process of pushing ahead with Local Housing Association, including problems in the corresponding business stage, based on the cases of Local Housing Association that have been appearing in Changwon areas, Gyeongnam, and to present legal and policy directions for solutions to it, based on it. First, regarding improvement measures at the stage of promotion committee, it is necessary to introduce the system to report the establishment of promotion committee to cities, provinces, and districts under the jurisdiction of the location of overall business, for the establishment of association. In order to secure the professionalism of promotion committee, it is necessary to enforce those members to receive education and training for a certain period, and improve the system to post on Website or through public notices. Second, regarding improvement measures at the stage of the approval of establishment, Local Housing Association have difficulties in replacing members and joining new memberships, after getting the approval of the establishment, which can put the brake on business operation. Finally, in order to prevent crime actions, such as embezzlement or breach of duty, in advance, it is necessary to establish the institutional system that allows every member to check details of business fund. It is expected that this research would minimize side effects incurred by Local Housing Association System and help Local Housing Association take full institutional responsibility and play an axis of housing supply policy.

To analyze the main topics related to the use of blockchain technology, the Topic Modeling Technique was applied to the 'Blockchain Technology Utilization' big data shown in newspaper articles. To this end, from 2013 to 2019, when newspaper articles on the use of blockchain technology first appeared, the topics were extracted from 21 newspapers and analyzed by time to 15,537 articles. As a result of the analysis, articles related to the utilization of blockchain technology have increased exponentially since 2015 and focused on IT_science and economics. Key words related to cryptocurrency, bitcoin and virtual currency were weighted high, although they differed depending on time. Blockchain technology, which had focused on financial transactions, gradually expanded to big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. As a result, changes in corporate topics were also made together to expand into various fields at banks for financial transactions, focusing on large and global companies. The study showed how these topics were changing, along with the main topics in newspaper articles related to the use of blockchain technology.

The trade balance for the information and communications technology (ICT) industries in 2014 have reached 863 hundred million dollars as the main export products such as smart phone and semi-conductor increase, since the ICT industries have played an important role in economic growth in Korea. Until now, the consistent supporting of government and investment of company have been doing with the growth of ICT industries, as a result, Korea marked as the first in the UN electronic government preparing index, and rank 12 in the network preparing index through the policy of national information and basic plan of inter-industry convergence. However, as the unstable international economic circumstances, ICT industries is faced with the stagnation, and then preemptive development of products and services for ICT convergence industries is needed to continually get definite ICT Korea image. In this paper, the ICT convergence industry is analyzed and forecasted. In specific, the international and domestic market for cloud, 3D convergence, and internet of things is diagnosed. The market for ICT convergence industries is predicted to be 3.6 trillion dollar in the world, and 110 trillion won in domestic. From the analytical results for technology and services development, the preemptive supporting of the technology development and policy for the internet of things and 3D convergence industries is required. In addition to, through the future forecasting by socio-tech matrix method, the policy supporting for the ICT convergence area of healthcare, fintech, artificial intelligence, body platform, and human security is needed.

WCDMA 의 등장으로 영상통화를 지원하는 휴대폰의 보급은 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 하지만 예상과 달리 사용자들의 실제 영상통화 이용율은 그리 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구자들은 이러한 현상이 나타나게 된 원인이 영상통화 기능이 단순한 통화기능으로만 활용될 뿐 그 실질적 효용성이 높지 못하기 때문이라 판단하여, 영상 통화를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 오늘날 IT 기반의 서비스 중에 매우 활성화 된 것이 쇼핑 관련 서비스이다. 무선 인터넷과 모바일 환경에서 금융과 통신의 융합이 사회적 화두로 떠오르고, 이러한 이유로 영상통화 기능을 쇼핑과 연계한다면 그 효용성이 매우 커질 것으로 판단하였다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 사용자 행태 조사을 통해 그들의 needs 를 범주화하고 분석하여 영상통화 쇼핑 서비스 어플리케이션을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 어플리케이션의 세부적 절차와 원활한 인터페이스의 설계를 위해 시나리오 형식으로 개방하여 그 형태를 구체화시키고자 하였다.

모바일 시장의 급경한 성장세와 기존의 복잡한 결제방식 절차 간소화에 대한 사용자 요구의 증가는 ICT 기반 금융산업에서 최신 기술과 융합된 핀테크 기술을 등장시켰다. 핀테크에 대한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 핀테크 기업에 대한 투자규모, 핀테크 기업 수, 핀테크를 기반으로 한 모바일 결제의 세계시장 규모가 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 이에 핀테크 기업이 서비스를 함에 있어서 하나의 운영 요소로 취급되던 보안 기능이 보안을 위한 처리 기술 자체로 하나의 서비스 유형으로 부각되기 시작했으며, 핀테크 내 보안 분야에 대한 시장규모의 비중, 업체 수는 꾸준히 증가할 것으로 보인다. 본 논문은 이러한 추세에 맞춰 핀테크 보안에 대한 기술로드맵을 수립하여 기술의 추세를 전망하였으며 시장 추이 분석을 하였다.

A Study on the Information Security System of Fin-Tech Business In traditional electronic commerce, there have not been severe issues of trading information through documents in paper or the closed EDI. The scale of e-commerce has increased as internet develops, however, turning to the online e-commerce, which caused a number of issues such as authentication, information forgery, and non-repudiation between the parties. To prevent conflicts from such troubles and perform the post management, security technologies are applied throughout the process of e-commerce, certificates intervening. Lately, meanwhile, FinTech has been creating a sensation around the mobile payment service. Incidents of information leakage from card corporations and hackings imply the need of securing safety of the financial service. Development and evolution of FinTech industry must be accompanied by information protection. Therefore, this research aims to inquire into the information security system of leading FinTech company in a foreign country.
